Every time I leave a sauna session I feel absolutely amazing, and it certainly helps to have a smoothie waiting for you when you're done! It's a great space and the staff here is incredible - friendly, helpful, and explained everything super clearly. The great: + Cute smoothie and juice bar for you to enjoy after your sauna session. + Convenient Old City location. + Sweet touches like writing names on a sign to welcome you, essential oil wipes, ample towels, etc. + The sauna itself is as good as it gets for this kind of experience. Super clean facility and they take a lot of pride in the space. The less great: + I would find it hard to justify the cost of membership with so many clubs around town offering saunas as part of their full gym experience. A 45 minute sessions for two was ~$119. + There was no working remote for us the day I was there to update the infrared lights. Not a huge deal but something that is a key part of the sauna experience not working might turn future customers off. + The plug in for your phone also was really spotty and the speakers kept going in and out. We ended up ditching it and going for silence instead. + Both the sauna space and space outside of the sauna is too small for two people. Overall if you're a sauna enthusiast with lots of discretionary income, OR you're just looking for a new way to escape the winter blues - this is a great option here in Philly.
