My latte was just ok. It was $28 for everything which is wild for the quality. And overall the cafe is just dirty and unkept. Again not sure the hype. I don't think I'll come back.

I also completely missed the fall specials and wish they were more prominent. It was interesting that the cream cheese came separate from the bagel in it's on container, but it prevented it from getting too melted and was great for to-go. The chive cream cheese and the Neapolitan iced latte were both awesome. I wish skim milk was an option. Some street parking available. I went on a Saturday morning and was given my first 30 minutes free through Flowbird (the parking app they use).

When it came time to order, the barista told us you need to reserve a flight and they only do so on the half hour - I'm still not sure how you are supposed to do that or if that's even accurate since there was a long line and I felt rushed since the barista was trying to keep things moving and just take our order. The place was cramped and 3-4 tables had reserved signs. It's clear that they are popular but unfortunate you can't get the most advertised drink without planning ahead. That being said, for grab and go coffee, I would recommend! Drinks were standard price and unique. Drinks - 4/5 Space/Atmosphere - 3/5 Service - 3/5

Every employee we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even realizing on their own that the air was blowing directly on us and taking it upon themselves to change the flow and make sure we were comfortable. Everything coordinates in a modern, farmhouse flair, down to the silverware and cloth napkins. Love the dish ware as well! I was the only one to have a beverage. I got a peach iced chai tea and it was sweet, but delicious. Perfect for a warm day! We then had breakfast, two blueberry pancakes that were so thick, they looked like a layer cake. They were topped with fresh blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon icing. Very good! My daughter had the peach, crème brûlée French toast. If you have a sweet tooth, you must try it! It was absurdly good! Soft. With a crispy creme brûlée crust. We also shared an order of potatoes that I'm unsure if they were actually made in house. But. They were very tasty all the same.
