Drove by Cherry Hill to have lunch and saw 85C Bakery. We are very familiar with this chain in the west coast and decided to pick up some Marble Taro for my son who lives in Queens with no 85C Bakery close by. This store is relatively small compared to other 85C I have seen, but it is very pleasant. The various kinds of bread and pastries were very well stocked and placed in close proximity to each other. All the choices seemed so attractive. They had a good selection of cakes on display, and also served drinks. I picked up some Marble Taro buns and a Taro Mochi Boroh which seemed to be a new product. Everything was delicious as usual. The Taro Mochi Boroh has a crunchy Boroh crust and taro and mochi filling which was a nice combination. Service was very efficient and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Holy moly I mean my sister was raving about how amazing this bakery was but it was even better than she described. The cheese bread and the pork floss buns are the standouts. When we first arrrived there was only one pork floss bun left. The bakers told us it would be about 15 min so we grabbed a few things to taste and sat in the car to wait. I can't even describe what I experienced. The buns were super soft but had an amazing chewiness as well. Not too sweet. Just perfection in each bite. After 15 min of taking a piece of each pastry, a flood of people walked in and I was like oh no they better not take all of the pork floss bun. When I walked in, they were just getting ready to put them out and the baker asked me directly how many I wanted. Just fabulous service! Walked away like a little school girl with another box to take home for breakfast lunch and dinner. Yes, this will be all I'll be eating until I throw up.

After driving by during opening weekend and seeing the line wrapped around the building, I knew I needed to give 85°C a try. During my first visit, I wasn't sure what to expect so I picked up a few random things and ordered a smoothie. The smoothie I ordered was delicious and clearly made with fresh ingredients. As for the bakery items, I picked up a few buns - which I've now gone back for. The double chocolate is a household favorite. This bakery also has an online kiosk for ordering and a drive through. Totally worth checking out for some unique bakery items!

I've heard good things about 85°C and it did not disappoint. The store is small and considering the amount of people that come in and out, it can get alittle crowded but the lines move fairly quickly. We ordered a variety of savory bread, pastries, and cake to try and they were all 10/10. We did also order a mango strawberry smoothie with 25% sweetness which was good but after awhile there was a separation between the liquid and "solid" which was alittle off putting. Overall, I would definitely go back.

I am more than thrilled that we have our first 85c bakery near Philly! It is in Cherry Hill, and convenient located in the same plaza as S-Mart, and other Asian businesses. Compared to Paris Baguette and Tous Les Jour (both Korean bakeries) 85c (Taiwanese bakery)'s price point is very affordable. All of their pastries (savory, and sweet are nice). My personal favourite is the Taiwanese pineapple cake (more like pineapple filled butter shortbread). When you go in you can see workers continuously baking and packaging the pastries; there is a separate counter to pick up your drinks after you order from a kiosk. The workers at the cake counter (and also where you pay) are helpful and professional. The one big downside to this store is their size. It is small, and since the drink order kiosk is right when you enter it gets backed up. Also, people waiting for their drinks have to wait around the pastry aisles so it is difficult to maneuver around. I understand 85c took over whatever business it was there, but I wished they spend a bit more money and enlarged the area. There is no place to sit and eat either. However, overall, it is well worth going there.

Wow, all of their pastries are soooo soft. I've never had any that really melt in your mouth. Loved the pork floss bun and the cheese bun. Can't wait to come back and try even more. The place was beyond crowded and a lot of items were out, but the line for checkout moves pretty fast. I don't think an off time exists for this bakery. Totally worth the drive to NJ for this

This hidden gem in Cherry Hill was so clean, bright and well organized! So many goodies to choose from! All well priced and individually packaged. The cakes in the case looked so delicious and fresh. They also have an expansive drink menu including oolong tea, green tea, etc. I tried a Thai iced tea. The cashier informed me that I could adjust the sweetness by 50% or 25%. I went with 25% and it was so good. It's a shame there's no seating. It would be nice to sit inside or outside and sip and snack. Definitely would like to return and try out some of the baked goodies.

Wonderful Asian bakery in Cherry Hill. You grab a tray and can pick from any of the baked goods and pastries available, all freshly made and prepared. They also offer sandwiches and cakes. There is also a vast selection of drinks available; teas ans coffees, iced or hot. The store is a standalone store, right next to the plaza, and has quite a bit of space to fit many people shopping and looking around. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Taiwanese bakery chain that has made a name for itself. I think this location is the first on the East Coast. Serving both savory and sweet pastries that are made in house. Establishment is small with no seating. Often times it does get crowded. Theres a separate line for just beverages. Shelves are fully stocked. I think for the area, price is very reasonable and cheap compared to others. Possibly the best egg tarts I've ever eaten!

You have to go early or they will sell out quick! Everything I got was so fluffy and tasty. Even after two days, the bread was still fluffy and good to eat. The prices were very reasonable, that's why I got a whole tray of goodies. Def recommend and go back again and try the drinks too. The machines were down so I couldn't get anything I wanted.

It left such a negative impression that I chose to take my business elsewhere. Recently, however, I needed to pick up a cake for a friend, so I decided to give Sweet Eats another chance. I'm so glad I did, and it's all because of Alicia. From the moment I walked in, Alicia was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the bakery's cake options. Her enthusiasm, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Alicia completely changed my perception of the bakery. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and she deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does. She made me feel valued as a customer and reminded me how much a positive interaction can matter. Thanks to Alicia, Sweet Eats Bakery has earned my business back. She is a true asset to the bakery, and I hope management realizes how fortunate they are to have someone so dedicated, personable, and exceptional representing their business.

I was quoted $51 for a 10-inch yellow cake, and for that price I expected at least some level of customization and customer service. I wanted a 3-layer yellow cake with real fruit and two different filling flavors between the layers. However, I was told that Sweet Eats Bakery only makes cakes in bulk and that customers must choose from a pre-set list of cake and filling combinations. I was informed that each cake contains two layers of the same filling and that selecting different fillings for each layer was not an option. Wanting to see if an exception could be made for what seemed like a simple request, I spoke with the manager, Bridgett. Unfortunately, she also refused to accommodate the request and reiterated that I had to choose from the existing options. When I asked whether they would rather lose a customer than honor a simple request that would not create any hardship for the bakery, she responded that they would rather lose a customer. At that point, they lost me as a customer. For a bakery charging premium prices, I expected more flexibility, better customer service, and a willingness to work with customers on reasonable requests. Instead, I was told to take it or leave it. I chose to leave it, and I will not be returning. If you're looking for a custom cake tailored to your preferences, this may not be the place for you. I highly recommend Sweet T's Bakeshop in Haddonfield, NJ, they are better anyways!

My husband, who has been to Paris and is very particular about his escargot, said it was the closest he has ever had to the real thing. That alone says a lot. We started with the mushroom toast, which was hands down the best toast we have ever had, along with deviled eggs topped with salmon roe that added the perfect burst of flavor. Every bite felt thoughtful and elevated. For our mains, we ordered the coq au vin and duck frites, and both were outstanding. The sauces were rich and balanced, and the meats were cooked perfectly. Dessert sealed the deal with crème brûlée and pot de crème. The crème brûlée, especially, was a masterpiece. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is small and charming with a cozy, intimate feel. The staff were warm and attentive and made the whole experience even better. This place deserves way more hype than it gets. If you are anywhere near Haddonfield, do not miss it.

We made our reservation the night before and were off. Entering, you immediately notice only about half a dozen tables in the same room the food is prepared. It's a nice setting that is definitely unique. We started with a tomato bisque. It was creamy, smooth, and a great hot soup to start off a chilly winter evening. My main course was the Duck Frites. A generous helping of fries, with a smaller helping of duck strips. The amount of duck was a little disappointing, but it had a good flavor and a touch chewy. It came with an unusual banyuls aioli sauce on the side, that I quite liked. We finished the evening with a crepe cake that was quite large. I would definitely recommend splitting it, but I found it to be lovely sweet way to end the evening. The crepe was probably about ten layers and soft enough to cut through with a spoon. It came served with a raspberry coulis and powdered sugar. The ends were fired to conclude the dish with a light crunch. All and all, I enjoyed my meal at the Little Hen. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to have an upscale meal or a romantic evening in a small town not all too far outside of Philadelphia.

We didn't realize that the restaurant was a part of a country club until we arrived (no where in the reviews did it mention this) but we've done brunch at other country clubs throughout Jersey and it was wonderful. Upon entering the restaurant we saw their only brunch option was for a brunch buffet and from our quick scans of the buffet walking to the hostess stand we all decided we would not be doing brunch (pastries looked like they were from Coscto, warm food looked as though it had been sitting there for a while and the omelettes coming from the omelette station didn't look spectacular so we opted to do their lunch menu instead. Service was SSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW! From the very beginning until the very end. It took about 15 minutes before our server arrived to greet us, then another 15 for our first round of cocktails to come out, the about a half an hour for us to be told that they were out of 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered ... so no lie, after being there a full hour we finally received 2 of the 3 appetizers and were then just able to order a second round of cocktails and our main courses. The cocktails weren't the greatest either. We thought perhaps the first round was our fault because we all tried their "blackberry espresso martini" and we knew it was a risk from the beginning ... so we ordered "safer" cocktails for round 2 and the prosecco based cocktails were even worse than the blackberry espresso martinis smh. I truly don't understand how one messes up prosecco + a splash of limoncello and cranberry (that was what was supposed to be in the cocktail) but they certainly messed it up, to the point where I didn't drink it. Our entrees finally arrived and WOMP WOMP WOMP! Overall every single one was MID at best ... and all I had was French onion soup and a wedge salad .... like how is it possible for those to be BLAH? Food was so MEH we didn't even take pics lol. Needless to say we all agreed we wouldn't be back and wished we had decided on what was our 2nd option for brunch instead.

So, the only reason I opted for Randalls is because it's a short drive and I had work after dinner so it was convenient. Based on their IG posts, it seemed decent. From what I was told, they try to be an upscale steakhouse so bad but just couldn't get it right. But enough of this heresay and here's my actual experience. There's valet. This is a golf course/club house and they have plenty of private spaces for parties and events. They seemed to have coat check but when we arrived, no one offered to check our coats. The main hostess lady that night (in her mint green sweater dress and leather booties) talked to us with a flat face, sans warmth and hospitality, and couldn't manage to fake a smile. She stopped by a couple of times to say we are doing okay and not needing anything. It was more of a statement rather than a query or concern. Then she walked away before I could answer, both times. The ambiance, it's very intimate. They have ample space. Our server was very accommodating and pleasant (I believe her name was Robin). Now here's my honest review on the food. We ordered fried calamari, nothing fancy just good old fried calamari. I feel like you really can't get this wrong because it's breaded and deep fried. It was stinky! Really fishy fish bite that you couldn't ignore it! I mainly ordered this for the kids but after I tasted it, I didn't want to give it to the kids. So they had bread instead. No complaint there. MIL got the filet mignon, ordered medium - it was barely cooked and begging to be seasoned. My husband and I got the lamb chops and I ordered an extra side of toasted sweet potatoes. The lamb chops were also not to the temperature I ordered it and was very undercooked. It didn't have any flavor whatsoever, and the only way I was able to tolerate this bland meat was to dip it in the sauce it came with. The potatoes were very charred on the outside but tough on the inside. The sugars on the outside were so burned it was bitter. If you're looking for a legitimate steakhouse, this ain't it!

That alone made the dish bad, but then we tried the rest and it was bland and also.. dry? idk, dish wasn't good at all . Very overpriced, and I would never get or recommend someone order that ever again. Another minor issue, on their take out menue they have a bunch of coupons. One was for $5 off orders over $30 or something like that. i asked to use it, despite there being an expiration date of 12/31/25 on it. I figure, 'you're putting these out still, so you must still be honoring this coupon, right?" NO. The host asked a manager and they said they "shouldn't have put those menus out.' But you did.. so you honor the coupon. That's business 101. Fair, I guess? But just for some business advise.. it's $5 off for a first time customer that would have potentially come back and even told others to do so. Not now though. This was a take out experience, so I cannot comment on how it is if you order in the restaurant. i will say that the hostess/ girl at the counter was very nice, and accommodating though.
