Incredible cakes and friendly service! I have now picked up cakes here for 2 occasions and both times it was spectacular. It was ready on time and the group behind the counter was great. They are a good bakery! They have something to satisfy just about every flavor profile! Located downtown in Haddonfield, you can run here when you have that sweet craving & you wont be disappointed. The cupcakes are moist & very flavorful. I feel the overall, the icing sweetness is held back to showcase the taste of the cake itself. This is fine for most people since they may like less sweetness in the icing (not me tho, I love the icing as my fave part). The icing is soft and fluffy almost like a lighter bettercreme to me since I have tasted more sweeter icings. I picked up a 6 pack of cupcakes when I stopped in, all different flavors (AKA "The Sampler"). I think my fave was the Blueberry Velvet with the lemon frosting. The Blueberry flavor is so decadent & yummy. I know I've also had a strawberry daquiri from them too which was excellent but those are specialty flavors & not made all the time. The one I didn't care for the most was the 1 with the pink icing, think it was some kind of champagne icing. It wasn't bad but it was the 1 I preferred the least. I have had the cupcakes also @ a wedding reception and they were just ok. Maybe b/c they were made in a large batch but they were just choco, vanilla, & another basic flavor. Overall, Sweet T's is a good bakery that I will definitely go back to again! read more

When it comes to Sweet T's Bakeshop, I am admittedly bias. Toni & crew created an elegant wedding cake for me and since then this has been my go to bakery for sweet treats, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, platters, etc. What sets this bakeshop a part is that Toni is personable, friendly and has old fashioned genuine customer service, far exceeding what you find in many business owners today. So, exceptional customer service + amazingly delicious cakes et al = REPEATED CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS!! Bravo to Toni & Team for setting such a high standard. I ordered here once during the pandemic and I'm so glad they're still around. My daughter as a severe peanut allergy so it's so useful and helpful to find bakeries that will do their best to accommodate. So I placed an order by phone a dozen cupcakes (you need to give them some notice). They were very helpful. And when I walked into the bakery just now, the delicious aroma hit so hard it actually made my mouth water. I wish I could just live there. It's a really cute bakery. Another great thing is that they have gluten free cupcakes as well (since there's always at least in a group who can't eat gluten, it's so convenient so no one feels left out). read more

This is a great, destination bakery. The town of Haddonfield is adorable (and dry, so byob if dining nearby). Visit the bakery for great sweet treats -- we loved them all. Amazing cupcakes, scones, muffins, creative ball cakes coated in hard frosting. Beautiful to present as a gift, or for yourself. We always regret not buying more since we live quite a distance away. Worth the trip every time but check their hours carefully and maybe call ahead to confirm. . read more

Really delicious cupcakes if you're ever looking to take a break when traveling between maryland to new jersey. I stopped by because I saw the myriad positive reviews and I can also vouch that they have great cupcakes. The frosting is creamy and exquisite while the cake part is fluffy and sweet. They have diverse flavors ranging from oreo, red velvet, blue velvet, peanut butter and champagne. I will admit that not all of the cupcake flavors are home runs such as the blue velvet, PB, and the oreo. But I highly recommend their red velvet and champagne as they are insanely well made flavors. read more

Sweet T's sells all types of baked goods like cupcakes, custom cakes, cake pops/bombs, muffins, pies, etc. and offers a small selection of gluten-free and specific allergen-free desserts like dairy-free, egg-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free as well as some vegan options as well. They also offer coffee drinks. I stopped by Sweet T's Bakeshop to get four cupcakes and paid $13 for all four. The flavors I got were "Champagne White Chocolate Salted Caramel" and "Cookie's & Cream." The champagne white chocolate salted caramel cupcake had a mini surprise filling in the middle. The frosting tasted really nice and I recommend trying it. The cookie's & cream cupcake flavor was okay, almost a bit deeper, very slightly burnt oreo taste and was a bit more crumbly than the champagne cupcake. They do not offer sugar-free options if you are interested in that. There is street metered parking. 3.5/5. read more

Delicious cupcakes! Excellent customer service! I called the shop last minute for two dozen cupcakes. I wasn't sure if they could accommodate the request. Albeit being a very busy time due to other businesses in the area being on vacation, they were super accommodating and so gracious. They returned my calls very promptly and were very understanding. We had a few visitors that asked for gluten-free and so we ordered half a dozen blueberry velvet gluten-free (not pictured) but were divine! So moist and delicious, I actually preferred them over the red velvet and I'm a huge Red Velvet fan. But my favorite in this bunch was the salted caramel white chocolate! It tasted almost like angel food; it was so light and airy - everyone commented on how delicious the frosting of the cupcakes were! I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this. I got an egg-free chocolate cake from here for my husbands birthday today and MY GOD IT WAS DELICIOUS! My 3 year old and husband are both allergic to eggs especially my 3 year old (she can't have any egg based products or she projectile vomits) my daughter will not eat cake, muffins, brownies etc and at her young age she can sense when something has egg in it and she will refuse it. She has never enjoyed cake not even her own birthday cake over the past few years and I felt so bad and sad for her. But today...SHE ATE CAKE AND DANCED! SHE WAS SO HAPPY! 10/10 Recommend! We will now be regular customers and go to them for all birthdays and other occasions! Thank you Sweet T's you guys are awesome my whole family loved your cake! And the shop is so cute and cozy! What you would expect from a quaint bakery. It's so cute inside :) This was my first time and I wanted to buy every sweet thing in sight. Many bake shops have come and go in Haddonfield, but Sweet T's is the pinnacle of all bakeries not only in Haddonfield but also the area. My wife is an avid desert lover, so typically for any special occasion such as Mother's day or birthday I'll pick up 3 or 4 of their cupcakes for her and my son. They have such a variety of different types that you can never get too old. But they also have some great cakes that you can order, a little pricey, but well worth it. We ordered a Wild Thing cake for our son's first birthday years ago with a smash cake to go along with it. Completely worth it, no regrets. I'd highly recommend this place for a special occasion if you want to ball out on a cake to impress your friends. read more

We have used Sweet Ts for my son's baptism and for his first birthday party (both the smash cake and the real cake). The quality of work has been amazing every time. The taste of the cakes get rave reviews from the guests who say it is the best cake they have ever eaten. But the main reason I am writing this review is their customer service and ease of doing business. The team there is super friendly, easy to work with, and does what it takes to make things right. We have visited Sweet T's many times! Usually just for cupcakes (which are amazing) but we have ordered several specialty cakes from here as well which have always turned out amazing and are delicious. They can truly make anything you imagine. We have also ordered in advance for their holiday desserts and their pecan pie is the best I've ever had. The service inside is very friendly and they have even helped me bring things to my car. Some cons are that they don't have prepared birthday cakes to just stop in and get like some bakeries. Everything must be ordered well in advance. Also, they are a little pricier than some bakeries, but it is worth it because they are the best. read more

As USUAL!!!! They are still the best! Funny thing is, I come here all the time but forget to check in because I'm focused on all the yummy goodness! But this time I remembered! Do yourself a favor and GET. OVER HERE!!! Oh and by the way, they made my birthday cake for me last year (Blueberry Velvet iced in white and purple). It was divine! And yeah, my cake this year will be from them too **** This is my first time going to Sweet T's and I must say that it was phenomenal. 1st of all, it is in such a cute and quaint part of town. Once you walk in I felt like I was transported to a Keebler bake shop, minus the little grandfatherly elf Once you clear the doorway, as you look down into the bakery you notice the kitchen with busy staff running to and fro churning out tasty treats. Yes, you look down. The bakery Is unusual in that the entrance is the highest area and the rest of the bakery is located three to four steps down. It smells wonderful and as you can see from my pictures, they are stocked nicely. I bought 12 assorted cupcakes (buy 11, get one free) and I wasn't disappointed with not one cupcake! They are moist, tasty, and true to the flavor of whatever they are named. My favorite was the Blueberry Velvet! The cupcakes sold here are a bit rare nowadays because both icing and the cupcake were great! You could eat each one apart from the other and not be disappointed. That's rare for some bakery's. Either, the icing is great but the cupcake stinks or the opposite is true. NOT HERE! Sweet T's delivers! This was my first time but definitely not my last time. There is no feeling like knowing you can make someone else's day special! Sweet T's is owned by sisters Toni and Chrissy Walton. Toni had the great opportunity of working for the CAKE BOSS and was on season 1 & 2 of the show! Together they plan to make a lasting impression on the people of South Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.

Meet the Business Owner: Toni W.

I moved to NYC in the hopes of gaining more experience in my cake venture. A week before move in, I was walking around Hoboken, NJ with my brother and his girlfriend. We passed by a bakery and loved the cakes in the window. I said, "I have to go in there!" We walked in past a crowd of people and proceeded to the counter. I asked if they were hiring and filled out an application. The owner told me to call him next week to set up a trial. I promptly called early the following week and was back at Carlo's Bakery that week. Owner Buddy Valastro, the "Cake Boss" hired me that day as an intern, and informed me that we would be filming a new show "Cake Boss" for TLC in two weeks! I was thrilled! I had the pleasure of working for Buddy for 1 year, and can be seen on most episodes in season 1 & 2. I then moved to Los Angeles & After a year of working as cake decorator and baker at a small Bakeshop in LA, I knew I was ready to fulfill my dream So that brings me back home to South Jersey!

I was quoted $51 for a 10-inch yellow cake, and for that price I expected at least some level of customization and customer service. I wanted a 3-layer yellow cake with real fruit and two different filling flavors between the layers. However, I was told that Sweet Eats Bakery only makes cakes in bulk and that customers must choose from a pre-set list of cake and filling combinations. I was informed that each cake contains two layers of the same filling and that selecting different fillings for each layer was not an option. Wanting to see if an exception could be made for what seemed like a simple request, I spoke with the manager, Bridgett. Unfortunately, she also refused to accommodate the request and reiterated that I had to choose from the existing options. When I asked whether they would rather lose a customer than honor a simple request that would not create any hardship for the bakery, she responded that they would rather lose a customer. At that point, they lost me as a customer. For a bakery charging premium prices, I expected more flexibility, better customer service, and a willingness to work with customers on reasonable requests. Instead, I was told to take it or leave it. I chose to leave it, and I will not be returning. If you're looking for a custom cake tailored to your preferences, this may not be the place for you. We got our pups to go, tried the first bite as we stepped outside, and 3 dogs were gone before we made it back to the car. This place is SPECTACULAR, and I don't use that term lightly. We came minutes before closing and the workers greeted us like long lost family, asking about our day and where we were from. We shared some laughs telling the owner about our adventure day to a UFO house in Willingboro. The taste of the dogs was spectacular- my husband got the Horsefeather (an ideally horseradish tasting dog) and I got the Haute Mess (homemade pickle cream with hot jelly). We shared a mini meatball dog too. The buns were so fresh... even at the end of the day! The father even showed and told us about the process of how they're made. So fun! We got free cookies and funky stickers to go, the prices are insanely reasonable, the decor is so on point- clean + chic-, the dogs taste OUT OF THIS WORLD, and the workers/owners... man, we just need more people like them in this world.
