But after a bit, the fans seemed to do a fine job at keeping the place cool. There was plenty of tables, which was ideal for breaking out a computer and doing some work. Second time I've been here and I am a big fan. I got a sugar free s'mores latte and it was very tasty, and that is rare with sugar free syrups. I also got a chocolate chip cookie that was good. The baristas were very pleasant and were good with making connections with customers. The shop was very clean with music that was an enjoyable volume to still be able to have conversation, and plenty of seating available. read more

I love this coffee shop & I'm excited to come back and try more of the food/drinks on their menu. It was pretty busy this morning, but the staff was still very friendly and helpful. Our orders also came up pretty quickly for how busy it was! The restaurant itself is so cute - I love how it's decorated with the gallery wall and variety of seating. Perfect place to get some work done because there is a lot of seating inside and outside with their wifi password on the wall. The place seemed clean. Was definitely staying steady with people. They give you a number that they will call. I got an iced caramel macchiato. Although the coffee grind or taste itself tasted good..it didn't have any Carmel flavor to me. This is my go to drink to try at different places. Stopped in on a busy Friday morning. The line was to the front door and moved somewhat quickly. I'd say I was ordering within 10 minutes. I ordered a 12oz hot coffee, a cranberry apple scone, and egg & cheese on an everything bagel. The staff were very friendly and my total was somewhere around $12 after tip. They have one small unisex bathroom that was clean. There are a good variety of seating options including bar seating along the windows and 2 and 4-top tables. I opted to take my order to go. My complaints come with the coffee lid, specifically. It did not fit securely on the cup and I spilled hot coffee all over my hands, my clothes, and my car seat. The scone was also a lot drier than I would have liked. The coffee itself was good and so was the bagel sandwich. The bagel was toasted lightly and still had a great chew. I'd maybe go back on a slower day and try something other than a scone and anything in a to go coffee cup. read more

The service is quick and the staff are polite and typically pretty knowledgeable. They do get busy on weekends mornings so be prepared for a little wait during typically busy times. They have a decent sized food menu for a coffee shop and have savory options for breakfast and lunch. They also have the typical sweet treats like muffins and pastries! Excellent place for coffee! Local parking in the back is frequently available, although street parking tends to be rare. They have a limited lunch and breakfast menu. On busier days they may be out of bagels or another item but they also have croissants, muffins & other baked goods. Staff has an amazingly warm energy and the inside has a fair amount of seats of 2-4 mostly. There are also 2 spots to sit outside. Brews are served quickly and the waiting area is in a good amount of open space. Local shops are open nearby which makes this area in Haddon Heights a nice place to visit for locals. Sunday is the seasonal Farmers Market & the town has small festivals in various seasons. read more

Cute coffee shop with a peaceful atmosphere. I loved that there were quite a few menu options for food, but this time we just got drinks. The Iced chai latte is good with the perfect amount of sweetness. My daughter got a frozen coffee and loved that they had a good amount of syrups to choose from to add. Parking can be a challenge, but I was able to circle around on a weekday afternoon and find a street spot. We stopped on a road trip, since it's just off 295. I was indecisive at first and they recommended a delicious specialty coffee. I loved my "chunky money" latte and my friend enjoyed a cold brew iced coffee. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in and trying the coffee... we are already planning on going back next weekend We also tried their breakfast sandwiches which were enjoyable as well. Loved this place when it opened but it slowly went downhill. The owner was great (haven't actually seen him in quite awhile) and the breakfast sandwiches were good although tiny. The main draw was the atmosphere and the fresh La Colombe coffee and massive selection of draft cans. The more we went to worse the sandwiches became for the price. The place also seemed so damn cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The drinks were consistently.....inconsistent and we didn't feel like taking the chance each time. Went here to catch up with an old friend. Even at 8am in the morning when they open the staff here is friendly. We ordered bagels with cream cheese, a chai tea latte and an americano. It's nice to find a coffee house in a small town. Trouble Brewing can make some pretty good coffee. I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk. Which was pretty good, the chai could be a bit strong however. They also serve some breakfast items, but beware the eggs are previously frozen!! That's right, when I went to order a breakfast sandwich the server said she just unthawed some more egg patties(insert gulp sound here). This place has a very cute aesthetic. I got a cold brew and breakfast sandwich. The cold brew was okay. It wasn't bad, but it is not somewhere I am running back to. The breakfast sandwich took 10-15 mins to come out, and it had a weird smell. I got home and opened the sandwich and the egg was burnt. I had to take it off to eat it. My wife and I stopped in to try Trouble coffee after we heard a new coffee shop opened in the area. We left a little disappointed by what we found. Coffee & Food - La Columbe is the only roaster served which admittedly I've never been much of a fan of. I feel they are on same level as Starbucks and share in the crime of over roasting the majority of their coffees. They also only serve La Columbe's generic house coffee and only on drip so if your looking for single origin or pour over there is none to be found. In light of this, my wife and I opted for lattes and a shot of espresso. The espresso was well pulled, roasty sweet chocolate notes with no bitterness. The lattes were unfortunately not on the same level. The milk was frothed way too dry so you had esspresso flavored milk with bubbles on top. Basically the same quality you get from vending machine lattes. To top it off, everything was served in paper cups, no glassware to be seen. We didn't try any of the food but it looked like your pretty standard array of light breakfast and lunch sandwiches with the addition of glazed Belgian waffles which looked pretty good. Atmosphere & Service - The interior was clean and freshly decorated with a fitting local small town coffee shop vibe. One two person couch with two padded chairs and scattered tables and chairs inside and out are the seating options. It wasn't very busy and the service was quick. Overall - If your looking for a no frills coffee shop for a simple caffeine fix this place will get the job done. Seemed like it was more of a small sandwich and waffle shop that served coffee then the other way around. Things that could improve are changing up roasters or at least offering different varieties of coffee (single origin please), better training and equipment for baristas and purchasing glassware. If your looking for local roasters revolution in Collingwood, Crescent Moon in Mullica Hill or Rival Bros. in Philly are all better options. Counter Culture and Intelligentsia are some high quality non-local roasters too. read more

The cashier was lovely and I had told her it was my first time there, and she pulled out a list of drinks that are specifically iced (since I told her I liked iced drinks). She was so helpful giving recommendations and when I asked for a BLT, she took the time to go in the back and make sure they had all the ingredients just in case. I came here for a little lunch and coffee with my grandfather, who happens to live in walking distance. We came in around 2:00 and were greeted by the staff right away. I ordered a vanilla latte and a breakfast sandwich. It was egg and cheese on a bagel. The food was cooked to perfection and the coffee was amazing. Plus, the staff was so friendly and conversed with my grandfather for a little while. This shop is very cute, clean, and well designed.
