London fog matcha, Ham and cheese croissant
    Grace K.

Went here for a quick drink and snack. Very spacious and cute inside with many people working on laptops. Outdoor seating area as well! Kind baristas working here. I got the iced London Fog Matcha (really good) and the Ham and Cheese Croissant (not that good, would pass next time, tasted a little strange and couldn't taste the ham). Would return again for another latte and maybe to work with a cute ambiance.

I was looking for a place to stop and get coffee before work and stumbled into this gem! Not only is it located in a cute strip with easy parking but as soon as you walk in the atmosphere is very cozy and bright! They decorate very well and looks like a great place to work from home! Lots of outlets! But the workers were very very kind and helped with picking out their favorites for the season food wise and drinks! I 10/10 recommend and will be coming back here for my morning coffee from now on!

Adorable coffee shop. I usually get an Iced Vanilla Latte which is awesome. I've tried a few baked goods which are very good also. The baristas are very friendly.

    Dead flies everywhere

We ordered two iced lattes--one oat, the other almond. As we were waiting, we looked for seating , but everywhere was dirty. From the couches with weeks worth of crumbs stuck in the crevices, to seats next to the windows where I counted five dead flies on. We decided to take out drinks to go. The espresso wasn't good. On top of that, they don't use barista alternative milks, making the drink unsatisfactory.

The food is good. The service is excellent. They offered my foster dog a pup cup the moment they saw him come in. The ladies at the counter were very sweet. It's a cafe where you order at the counter and pick up your food before grabbing a table of your choice. The atmosphere is pretty quiet, with some music playing in the background. Very relaxing. PS. They are currently running a toy drive, so feel free to pop by and donate a toy for the less privileged.

Great fast service with really good lattes. Seasonal flavors available. Nice location with cute interior.

Excellent cafe with such a cute open vibe! It's a great spot to meet with friend a or get some work done. You have to try their house made syrups- the lavender in an iced latte was amazing. They also have gluten free breads and a variety of pastries. Can't recommend this spot enough! The baristas were so kind and helpful.

An absolute win. To be fair, the selection wasn't vast by any means, but that's why we check menus before we go, people! Came in on a Saturday morning around 11 and it wasn't overwhelmingly busy. I think a big part of it is the cafe itself is very spacious! Solid wood furniture and a warm ambiance, tables spaced a respectable distance from each other (COVID or not, nobody wants to be jammed literally back to back with strangers!) and huge windows in the front to let in all the lovely light. I got an iced mocha with- get this- FLAVORED cold foam. They have a few varieties (mocha, vanilla, caramel) but I decided to try the Beehive (or Honey Bee? I forget, something with "bee" in it) cold foam. Let me tell you- HEAVENLY. Honey, brown sugar and cinnamon topping my weekend treat and I was so pleased with it! The baristas were really friendly, joking around with each other and us. The girl working the reg was super cute and helpful and the man behind the espresso machine worked that thing like a pro. My friend got a small oat milk latte with whipped cream and it was so good that she got a second one before we left, which is unlike her. I asked for a quote directly from the source and got this: "Oh, an oat milk latte with whipped cream- just delightful! Creamy, smooth, not bitter, just how I like it!" Safe to say this is a five star experience!

    Tuesday (5/17/22) lunchtime

Carryout lunch on a Tuesday when several other shops were closed. Large and clean inside with a limited, but appetizing sandwich menu. I went with a turkey, bacon, guacamole, and havarti on a croissant and my wife ordered chicken salad on a croissant. Both were very good and came with chips. It was a good stop. The emphasis apparently is about coffee, latte, teas, and expresso. Maybe next time we'll do a sit down and try their beverages with a sandwich.

    Good stuff on offer!

I stuck with my usual two eggs, which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My fiancée ordered the Pretty Toast, their take on French toast, topped with cream cheese, pecans, and sweetened peaches. It honestly reminded me of peach cobbler! When I saw her plate, my jaw dropped--I was instantly jealous! She let me steal a couple of bites, and it was absolutely delicious. It's one of those dishes you could enjoy for breakfast, brunch, or even as a sweet snack. The food was a solid 10/10. Our server, Ben, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to tell us a little about the menu and even suggested we try something different. Looking back... I probably should have listened! The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and inviting. It honestly felt like sitting in your nonna's kitchen--warm, comfortable, and full of charm. We can't wait to come back and work our way through the dinner menu. I have stayed in countless B & Bs and have contacted Select Registry (the B & B directory that highlights luxury inns) four times to suggest myself to become one of their reviewers. They haven't responded, and maybe they shouldn't hire me because I'm brutally honest, picky, and have high standards when it comes to inns. Inns have to pay a hefty fee to be featured that book, so I'd probably piss off their paying inns. But I'd make a lot of them happy, too, because when something is good, I let the world know. But I digress. Let's get back to Haddonfield Inn. I'd like to give them 5 stars because they are a dog-friendly inn. And when I called to book the room, Nicole, the innkeeper's daugher, was such a sweetheart. I really, really wanted this to be a fantastic experience because it's close to NYC, they take dogs, and we could return time and time again. Yay for NJ! We were off to a GREAT start! Right? WRONG. We get here and I go to the restroom to relieve myself. I see that the maid has not yet cleaned the floor... there's hair and dirt on the floor. I know, I know. I'm picky, but for $259 a night, a clean bathroom would be a nice touch. I told the innkeeper (I was very nice and charming about it) and she came to clean it herself. It took her 2 seconds flat. She ran back out and called my name. "Angela, you owe us another $20 because you are only staying for one night. Can I have your credit card again?" Huh?? Now normally an extra 20 bucks would not throw me. But we were told when I booked the room that it was $259 and were sent the receipt in a follow-up confirmation. So I asked her about it and she just mumbled something about the fact that Nicole made a mistake and she was just going to have to charge me the extra $20. I told her that this is not what was told to us when we booked and I had the receipt to prove it. She turned to me and said, "Well, if you aren't happy about it, you can just leave." I stuck my 8-month pregnant belly out (just in case she missed it... doesn't she know that you aren't supposed to mess with a lady who is that pregnant?) and said, "I'm not unhappy, I'm shocked at the way you are treating your customer." She knew she was wrong and after mumbling some comments that I chose not to hear, she said she'd reimburse us the $20. And, to her credit, she wrote us an apology note later in the evening. I would have given this place 2 stars, but because Nicole was such a nice person to us and because they accept dogs, I give them a freebie star.

I was immediately impressed that we were greeted by the owner & innkeeper for the evening as soon as we parked. They gave us a quick tour of the house and showed us to our room. I really liked that Inn is kid friendly. We have a 2 year old daughter, and I've heard most B&B's do not allow small children. Since this was practically the only lodging available in Haddonfield, we were very thankful that we were able to bring the 2 year old on the trip with us. Drinks, snacks, and wine were available at any hour of the day. We really liked our room, but it got pretty chilly on our first night. We could not figure out how to turn on the fireplace in our room. We found out the next morning that the gas was off in the entire house, which was why we couldn't turn the fireplace on. However, they quickly remedied the situation and our room returned to a comfortable temperature in no time. I would return based on the location and the super friendliness of the staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

This wasn't my first time at Sabrina's, so I already knew the service would probably be a little different with the Mother's Day rush -- and understandably so. Overall, the food was still good! We started with their Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, made with blueberry and lavender, then garnished with fresh blueberries and lemon. It was so refreshing and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. For our entrées, I ordered the Shrimp & Grits and added salmon, while my daughter got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. For appetizers, we tried one of their "Heated Rivalry" May specials: Shane Hollander's Jambalaya Benedict. It came with shredded potato waffles, two poached eggs, fried shrimp, Creole sauce, smoked beef andouille sausage, pico de gallo, and green onions. Now listen... it looked AMAZING on the menu and had so much potential, but the taste was a little underwhelming for me. The dish came out room temperature, almost like it had been sitting for a while, and I really think it would've hit differently if it had been served hot -- especially the potato waffles. Still, I understand they were extremely busy and trying to accommodate everyone during the holiday rush. Sabrina's is definitely still a local favorite that I'll continue to support. Overall rating for this visit: 8/10

My young son really enjoyed this. The fried buttermilk chicken was so on point that we ordered a second one as a side dish. Likewise the buttermilk chicken sandwich was great. I added bacon which was a good call. I would have liked the bacon a bit crispier and I think raw spinach rather than sautéd spinach would have helped the chicken stay crispier. We also order pancakes. The pancakes were super big. I'm talking dinner plate big. Unfortunately the taste did not live up to the big size. The texture was off putting and the flavor was strange. As for ambiance, it can get a bit loud since it is essentially and empty room with only a little decoration. They do have a small outside eating area which was quieter and could be quite nice on a day with comfy temperatures. All in all it was a good experience and we would go back again.

The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely pleasant from the start. Julian, our server, greeted us promptly, got coffee on the table quickly, and kept everything moving smoothly. In addition to standard coffee, they offer craft espresso-bar style drinks, which is a nice touch whether you are there for breakfast or brunch. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, not ideal in December, but it would be great in warmer weather for people-watching along Haddonfield's main street. The menu has plenty of options, and I went with the fennel sausage frittata with roasted potatoes and bacon. It was hearty and well executed, the bacon was crisp, the potatoes were crunchy, and the portion was generous enough that I could not finish it. My wife ordered the green goddess roll, which she really enjoyed, though her potatoes came out cold while mine were hot, the only real miss of the visit. We also shared a bowl of lentil soup, which was perfect for a cool day and a nice surprise on a brunch menu. This spot works well for weekdays or weekends, breakfast or brunch, and it does get busy, so reservations are a good idea or be prepared to wait with a coffee. Pricing felt very reasonable for the area, and overall it was a good stop we would happily return to.
