    Eggs and blueberry maple sausage
    Justin B.

Blueberry maple sausage. I would walk 500 miles. Even my wife liked it and she doesn't like sweet stuff unless it's candy. Or rather it's supposed to be sweet. Wreckerlys ice cream. All types of fresh meats. Deserts on top of deserts on top of deserts. All fresh baked. This place is really cool. All types of specialty items. I of course left with a CBD seltzer. Lots of merzbacher bread. Everyone was super helpful.

Food: absolutely delicious! I expected the sausage egg and cheese griddle sandwich to be small but it was enough for at least 2 people, maybe 3! I definitely recommend it, it comes on French toast buns. Also- the vegan chocolate chip cookie is insanely good and I love how they add salt on top. The iced latte was ok :( the beans seemed too acidic. When I come back I would get coffee at a different local coffee shop and get food here. :) Ambiance: This establishment is a food market that is also sort of a cafe. They serve breakfast and lunch options (unsure about dinner). I came on a Saturday around 11am and it was super busy! In the back of the market there is a separate room to dine in, where you can take your food you ordered at the kiosk. :) Service: It was pretty busy when I came and the staff got straight to the point. They seemed pretty stressed which is understandable but ultimately did a great job at keeping up with orders and all. One orders food at the kiosk and anything in the bakery case or coffees, are ordered when one pays at the register. My sandwich took a while to come out (~15 min) but it was worth the wait. TLDR: huge portion for sausage egg and cheese griddle sandwich. Coffee was ok. Cute food market atmosphere w separate seating options inside. Service was good despite how busy it was.

    French Onion Foccacia Sandwich

My son who is a regular brought me here for lunch. What a delight! How I wish I were closer so I could be a regular too! Beautiful quality meats for very reasonable prices. I bought lovely made in house chicken, sage and ginger sausage, pork and mushroom sausage, and blueberry maple breakfast sausage for $7 a pound. I brought home a container of Italian wedding soup that was incredibly delicious - the stock was so rich in flavor, the meatballs were delicious and it was generous with vegetables. While we were there we ate lunch which was also terrific. I had the French onion focaccia sandwich - thinly sliced beef round, roasted sherry glazed onions with thyme, Gruyère, Cabernet garlic butter and arugula on everything focaccia. It was wonderful. My son had the brisket burnt end cheesesteak, which was utterly amazing. We got a side of the asparagus salad with bacon and egg in it, which was also very tasty. I can't wait to go back. Such a gem.

I stopped in for a late breakfast/early lunch on a rainy saturday while my pup was at the salon. It was a good flow of people inside but not completely over whelming. They had a giant menu with interesting options to choose from. The guy behind the deli counter was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a Sheppards Pie Potato and a small Chicken Soup. Both were FANTASTIC. Chicken soup can easily be tasteless or overly salty and this was perfect. My boyfriend ordered the Kimchi Reuben w/ chips and he said it was really good. Adding Kimchi to a reuben is a risky move and these guys know what they're doing. They also have a butcher, cheeses, and salads to choose from. Next time I plan on grabbing something from the butcher

Writing this review based on the sandwich I bought a few weeks ago. Triple Crab Po boy topped with jumbo lump crab corn salad and soft bibb lettuce, crab and garlic confit butter spread on a sesame pumpernickel roll with homemade chips. THIS SANDWICH WAS DELICIOUS. Please make again. softshell crab was perfect and I loved the crab corn salad... not too much mayo and loved the addition of corn (would be even better when jersey corn is in season) roll was fresh and the chips were crunchy.

We had the cold sampler which was very tasty. I don't know everything I ate but I did enough most of them. The hummus was my favorite. I had the grilled sampler because I just couldn't decide on what to get and I was very happy with my decision. The salad was a nice fresh accompaniment to the meal. My favorite meat on the plate was the gyro - a mixture of beef and lamb that was seasoned so well I couldn't stop eating it. I would go back just for that alone. The rice was also surprising flavorful.

I have no idea what it was called, but the one that was slightly spicy and had a similar flavor to a Mexican salsa was a surprise and a delight. I loooooooved the fluffy bread that was served to the table. Fresh, steaming hot, and the perfect utensil for testing out the dips. I'm not sure what it was called - it wasn't a pita, I don't think, since it was much lighter. But 10/10, no notes, give me 14 of them. I was craving beef, so I went for the shish kebab. Hands down, one of the most memorable I've had in a very long time. So tender. I loved the perfectly grilled vegetables. I absolutely loved adored the rice - so well seasoned, light and fluffy. Finally, baklava. I would say this was my only disappointment. The serving was miniscule. Service was lovely.

Mother's Day brunch at Sabrina's Café with my beautiful daughter We made sure to get there early…read morebecause if you know anything about this neighborhood gem, you know they don't take reservations. This wasn't my first time at Sabrina's, so I already knew the service would probably be a little different with the Mother's Day rush -- and understandably so. Overall, the food was still good! We started with their Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, made with blueberry and lavender, then garnished with fresh blueberries and lemon. It was so refreshing and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. For our entrées, I ordered the Shrimp & Grits and added salmon, while my daughter got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. For appetizers, we tried one of their "Heated Rivalry" May specials: Shane Hollander's Jambalaya Benedict. It came with shredded potato waffles, two poached eggs, fried shrimp, Creole sauce, smoked beef andouille sausage, pico de gallo, and green onions. Now listen... it looked AMAZING on the menu and had so much potential, but the taste was a little underwhelming for me. The dish came out room temperature, almost like it had been sitting for a while, and I really think it would've hit differently if it had been served hot -- especially the potato waffles. Still, I understand they were extremely busy and trying to accommodate everyone during the holiday rush. Sabrina's is definitely still a local favorite that I'll continue to support. Overall rating for this visit: 8/10

My young son really enjoyed this. The fried buttermilk chicken was so on point that we ordered a second one as a side dish. Likewise the buttermilk chicken sandwich was great. I added bacon which was a good call. I would have liked the bacon a bit crispier and I think raw spinach rather than sautéd spinach would have helped the chicken stay crispier. We also order pancakes. The pancakes were super big. I'm talking dinner plate big. Unfortunately the taste did not live up to the big size. The texture was off putting and the flavor was strange. As for ambiance, it can get a bit loud since it is essentially and empty room with only a little decoration. They do have a small outside eating area which was quieter and could be quite nice on a day with comfy temperatures. All in all it was a good experience and we would go back again.

I stuck with my usual two eggs, which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My fiancée ordered the Pretty Toast, their take on French toast, topped with cream cheese, pecans, and sweetened peaches. It honestly reminded me of peach cobbler! I had requested a cozy spot not a table smack dab in the middle of the floor. We were seated at a banquette corner spot which was great. This was EASILY the best meal I have had out in 10-15 years. Food was stellar. Each dish was unique, well seasoned, interesting, and balanced. Positively delicious. I am irritated I waited so long to come here. I don't live near Collingswood. Prix fixe tasting menus are typically not my first choice.
