You'll need to be flexible with your choices here, as our recent visit made clear. The dressings for our chosen lunch items were not available, and the ice machine was out of order for our drinks. The model is the same as qdoba/ chipotle/ cava etc- you choose what you would like to eat and it is assembled into a bowl or wrap. proteins are extra, and there is an array of dressing options (but not always). On this particular day, we ran into road blocks with things not being available, but it is a clean efficient little place. read more

I really like the decor and how you can see the different types of lettuce behind the counter. A diverse menu, plus the "create your own" that the majority of these salad spots have. I went with a Southwest steak salad, only altering it by leaving out two toppings. They didn't have my "plain Jane" Thousand Island dressing . . . nor French - I forget WTH I got but it was just okay. I wasn't wow'd by my salad (like I was at SALAD HOUSE in Cherry Hill) . . . not enough steak or dressing. There wasn't anything special about it. Very fresh at least though. Clean space and there are electrical outlets under the benches for phone charging purposes I guess. When the self proclaimed "App Queen" doesn't download your app, there's a problem! There are too many options to return here. So sorry. I love the plaza CHOPT is located in but it's just not happenin' . . . read more

Great staff. Food is very good. Only problem was they forgot to put the chicken in the chicken tinga bowl. We did take out and immediately got back on the road or I'd haven gone back. read more

The person who was working the pick up area was LICKING HER FINGERS to separate the bags. I should have said something but I was shocked. Who does that while working around peoples food ?? And do the other employees see her do that ? read more

I usually go to the Cherry Hill location, but after walking out on a terrible customer service experience and still really wanting a salad from this business, I drove the extra miles here. I am so glad that I did! The employees working were very friendly, helpful, and even funny! The woman who made my salad did so carefully and the gentleman who was working with her was enthusiastically talking about a customer who repeatedly comes in and how he can save him a few dollars the next time by suggesting a slightly different way to make his salad that usually he orders with several extra toppings. I thought that showed these employees really cared about the customers walking through their door and I appreciated the friendly service that Cherry Hill was lacking. The salads can definitely get up there in price with toppings so having good customer service along with fresh ingredients makes this business worth it. Thank you for making up for the other experience! read more

Chopt Creative Salad - Kale Caesar Salad with crispy chicken, tomatos, and parm crisps - Salad Near Me - Marlton, New Jersey

I visited on a Saturday at 1:20 pm and ordered a single salad. It was 12 mins before I was able to order, with only one person ahead of me. There were 2 people working the front. When I thought it was my turn, the female worker proceeded to start yelling because the online orders rolled in. Instead of prioritizing the 4 people waiting in line--she looked at me and said: "sorry I gotta do these. He'll get you next." The other customers and I looked at each other dumbfounded. One customer said to me, "when I walked in, another person said 'good luck, they're really slow!" For the price of the salad ($16) this level of service is unacceptable. Also, when I went to take a seat at a booth, they were filthy. See photos. I had to use napkins and water to clean one booth, while the workers looked at me. Marlton is a small town; rent is expensive in this shopping center. The customer service, inability to prioritize live customers over electronic orders, and the lack of cleanliness I experienced today are sure indicators of this place not being able to thrive long term. read more

Overpriced and just not that special. I ordered a pretty basic chose your own: romaine, cabbage, chicken, cucumbers, cheese, and an avocado sticker when I did not order avocado. Sigh. When I returned for a refund, the manager seemed bothered and tried to convince me that it was safe. Needless to say, I will not return. There are many salad spots in the area, so not patronizing Chopt is of no consequence. read more

I went to Chopt for the first time today since I have been to Sweetgreen before and figured it would be similar. I ordered the kale Caesar salad and added in grilled chicken. It was very yummy and had the perfect amount of dressing added! There were lots of employees working however the service was slow since they have to mix the salads and add the dressing at the end. The mixing takes about 3-4 minutes to do. The restaurant was very clean and had multiple tables to eat in. I will definitely be back again soon! read more

I like this place. Normally not a salad person, but this stupid diet I'm on has me watching my calories. I like that the menu has the calories listed. I also like the fact that there is a very large variety of things the chose. Salad was very good, and I opted for the cauliflower rice over instead of the grains. Saved a few more calories and really tasted good. Good looking and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. read more

Great food and super friendly staff! Tiny made my crispy chicken ranch salad and it was soooo good read more

Chopt Creative Salad - Salad Near Me - Marlton, New Jersey

This afternoon June 23 I had lunch at the Rte 73, Marlton, NJ cafe. I ordered a "make ur own salad" with romaine, beets, sweet potatoes, tomatoes & dried onions mixed with honey Dijon dressing. Unfortunately I added chicken nuggets. I must tell you it was awful - tasteless veggies with extremely dry chicken & watery honey Dijon dressing . Sent from my iPad read more

The customer service here is beyond amazing!!! I have been 3 times now and every time they exceed my expectations! The young lady Awa is the absolute kindest worker I have ever met anywhere! Ronald/ Randell ( I can't remember his name exactly) was also very kind and helpful the last time I came. I drive past the one in cherry hill to come to the Marlton location because the service is just so much better! Also want to add Awa was very nice to my impatient and indecisive kid. read more

Chopt Marlton opened this week! They are decorated out front with a fun balloon arch and the restaurant is bustling with energy and excitement. You can make your own salad or order one from the menu. You can still customize the ones on the menu. I ordered the crispy chicken ranch salad, which comes with Romaine, purple cabbage, chicken, hot peppers, pepper Jack, and celery. I got blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. It also came with a slice of bread. The salad was a decent size and definitely filled me up. While I sat to eat two gentlemen (owners/managers perhaps) checked in to see if I had everything I needed. They even brought me a small cup of olive oil for my bread. The restaurant is bright and clean. I will definitely be back! read more

Chopt in Marlton has amazing food options. The staff is amazing. My salads are always fresh and delicious. I like to make my own and it never disappoints! Definitely recommended! read more

consistently excellent - great salads & great healthy choices! Very friendly and helpful staff -

I have order pickup twice from them. Once it was alright but barely any dressing and a few wrong ingredients. Tonight was the lowest of low with literally the smallest squirt of dressing, wrong ingredients and other dressing flavors in there. There was barely anyone in the store when I picked up. I don't know how hard it is to make a salad but they had plenty of time. read more

The Chopt menu has plenty of options and the salads are always fresh. When I walk in the door, Scotty is there to greet everyone with a big smile and is always friendly. Their entire staff is pleasant and helpful. I recommend this place for those who enjoy an amazing fresh salad! read more

Great options for salad and beverages. Staff are friendly and non judge mental. Kid friendly with outside seating

I love the locations in NY but the Chopt in Cherry Hill is very inconsistent. They forget to include all ingredients, fail (and refuse) to mix the salad before serving, or are very unfriendly (the male with the big plug earrings at least). I'm glad there's one closer to home but if this it it, I'll pass from here on out. read more

The chicken in my salad was bright pink and raw. It stunk up my whole office because it smelled like rotting fish. I almost threw up on my first bite and it went straight to the trash. Disappointing because the one in Princeton is always fantastic. read more

Such a delicious lunch spot! Service was impeccable, food delicious and location was so clean! Highly recommend

Went to Chopt tonight to get salads to go. We weren't greeted and were confused with the ordering process. Finally when acknowledged we had some menu questions answered and we started to build our salads. We get through the entire process until it's time for dressing and that's when we were informed "WE ARE OUT OF BUTTERMILK RANCH.... ITS REALLY POPULAR." Perhaps any unavailable items like a popular salad dressing should have been told upon starting the order. Under pressure I chose the steakhouse blue cheese which was lack luster and more peppery than anticipated. There were huge chunks of hard boiled egg and avocado that could've been "chopt" better. The bacon is very fatty and chewy. Overall the salads purchased were unremarkable and overpriced. Won't be giving it a second chance or second thought. read more

Great customer service. They walked us through the process and helped every step of the way. The food was fresh and delicious. Great variety of dressings! I will definitely be back. read more

I'm in south Jersey for the week so here come the new reviews. Eating out every night and passing on my lives to you. And we're else would I start with other than my favorite salad spot. Chopt has got it. Hot cold and handheld to go. I've been eating their wraps for the past few days and loving them but needing to slim up a bit I'm moving back to salads. I've turned my Cobb salad into a Buffalo Chicken Cobb. I switch out the grilled chicken for fried chicken and I get ranch and Valentina hot sauce to spice it up. Try it, you will not be sorry. I'm also going to try the Drive thru at the Cherry Hill location this week so more to come. read more

This place is amazing! Tina and the rest of the staff were super helpful and kind. All the food is amazing.

The app makes ordering so simple. My orders are ALWAYS ready within 10 minutes, and I order at least weekly, sometimes more often. The food is tasty, fresh and as requested. The team members are friendly and accommodating. I LOVE ordering from this location!! read more

I got the palm salad with shrimp almost $16, pricey. It's huge but not a lot of taste. The shrimp had no seasoning and overall was a very bland salad. The normal amount of dressing was not enough for the size of the salad so extra is needed. I might give them another try since they are new and try something else. read more

Love Chopt! I first tried Chopt in Princeton and was so excited when they opened the one in Marlton! The salads are just delicious and fresh, can't beat it! read more

Chicken Tings salad or wrap is very good. Great customer service and restaurant is kept clean.

great and wonderful food and salads. please expand your bussiness and come to CT. Guilford Commons, Branford, Orange, Milford. There is nothing like this in CT. Your business would do well here. read more

Customer service is terrible! On two separate occasions I stood in line, no one else in line, and had to wait a long time. The person in the back saw there was a customer waiting. After she finished pulling the plastic wrap she proceeded to the back. When I peered through the window, she was talking and laughing. I decided to leave on both occasions and went to Poke Bros next door. Their prices are significantly cheaper, unlimited toppings, great selection and they immediately greet you when you walk through the door. They also have a frequent shopper card to punch every time you purchase a bowl. Poke Bros just gained a loyal customer! read more

I love Chopt and I love this location! Everything is really clean and fresh. The salads are amazing with a wide variety of options. The staff are friendly and helpful.
