Chopt is my favorite comfort meal while still being healthy and there isn't a time this location has disappointed me. I recently came in at closing time and the store manager, Tommy, was gracious enough to still create two chicken bowls for my husband and I and He was so accommodating and did not rush us out of the store despite it being past 8pm. He made us probably the best bowl we have had to date and was a true gem. We were having a rough day and he truly made ours so much better. This was the first time I was in a Chopt. First of many! It didn't take long take it up to the counter to be able to place my order. I choose a summer corn Caesar salad which was a seasonal item. I love Caesar salads and I love corn-perfect! My boyfriend got a salad with apples in it. He thought it could have used a nut in it as well. Everything was very good. Didn't take long for them to make up our salads. Friendly staff and modern, clean restaurant. Oh and I think they have a drive through. There's a lane for it outside but I didn't confirm once inside. They also have complementary water that you can help yourself to. I always appreciate that! read more

WOW! LOVED this place so much! I was craving a chicken Caesar wrap with crispy chicken, bacon and tomato bc I keep seeing it all over freaking TikTok. They delivered and MORE OMG. It was so fresh and so delicious. They have crazy great build a bowl and build a wrap options. I'm SO happy there's more than one location of these bc I will be a frequent flyer here. Love ya! Had an amazing experience here. The staff is friendly, polite and quick at their job. The food is fresh and tasty. The dinning room is very clean. The kids options are great for adventurous eaters I took my 3 year old son here after his first day at school and the manager came over and talked to us because he saw his school name tag. Chopt hits all of the marks with great customer service, fresh ingredients, and incredible value! Their establishment is always welcoming and clean. The employees are attentive and friendly. My go-to is the Kale Caesar with crispy chicken, tomatoes, and parm crisps instead of croutons. The portions are very generous so don't let the prices discourage you. read more

Just want to start this review off by saying I understand everyone has bad days. I have only been here once so it could've been an off day. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 buffalo chicken wraps. I'm not sure if it was a new addition but when we both received our wraps they just had vegetables and sauce- no chicken. We thought maybe it fell to the bottom of the wrap but there was no chicken. The fact that they both didn't have chicken and we ordered the same thing makes me think it wasn't a mistake? for them to make 2 the same incorrect way. Absolutely not! Big disgusting disappointment! I had my husband grab me a create your own salad, dressing and crunchy scallions on the side. I got my dressing on the side but the lettuce was soggy, lots of browning and wilted pieces. Not appetizing at all. My scallions were tossed in there so they were also soggy. Salad toppings are not as pictured they are actually chopped smaller than shown in tiny pieces. It's just one huge regrettable purchase. I tried to eat it and ended up just trashing it. If I had choose between here and Salad works it would definitely be salad works and originally I didn't even want that. JUST NO! read more

I have been looking for a lunch spot in Cherry Hill since I started my new job. I'm usually a little skeptical with food chains since the other ones I have been to have not been great. This one was absolutely great. I come here at least 2 times a week because the service is phenomenal. The manager Don was extremely helpful as I am on a weight loss journey he suggested a healthy option that was not only delicious but gives me a mid day boost before going back into the office. I look forward to my Chopt lunch days now. The tables are always cleaned. It's very nice to have a spot for lunch on my stressful days, I can read my books and forget about the work stress in this environment. I have such mixed feelings about this. I love chopt and frequent their Marlton location often. Placed a mobile pickup order yesterday and the service was excellent and prompt (5 stars) however when I got home and unpacked my salad and started eating it, there was a good amount of rotten romaine core mixed in. It tasted rancid. 1 star for quality of salad. I really hope this location has better quality ingredients otherwise I will pass and stick to Marlton. read more

The salad is so fresh and the dressings are the best. They're always so nice and go out of their way to say hi!!

The quality was horrid. The sautéed kale was bland at best and besides the kale, nothing in the salad was fresh. I was only able to take 2 bites of the kale before trying a piece of shrimp and noticed it wasn't fully cooked. After mixing the bowl a little more I saw all the shrimp were halfway cooked or completely raw. Would never recommend. read more

I'm very disappointed. We have been looking forward to trying the salads here for quite awhile. Ordered online tonight, sweet apple orchard and Tony's summer salad. The apple salad was ALL lettuce with two tiny pieces of apple and some sliced almonds. The piece of bread was stale. Tony's salad had cabbage I couldn't chew and 2 kernels of corn. $28 for two salads which were basically bowls of lettuce is ridiculous. I never write reviews but this place deserves one. read more

Delicious salad, I had the Cobb salad with chicken. They prepare it And mix it very well with salad dressing. They even ask the amount of dressing you want. Very comfortable to sit & eat. No music blasting, so you can have a conversation. Just a little pricey. read more

SUPER obsessed with the Classic Cobb salad. I get it every time because it's just so good! The dressing is always perfectly mixed and all the ingredients are always fresh! Chopt? Nope. We could really use a solid salad place round here so we gave this one a shot. One of those odd places that thinks if they chop five thousand ingredients really small and toss them in a bowl that they've recreated the salad. It's just all a mess. Uninspired salads you could find anywhere, not particularly fresh, chopped to death rendering everything tasteless. Even the side bread is lame. read more

First attempt, I will give them one more try because I wanted to love this place. I miss living in PA and going to Sweet Greens. I know I built my salad on a lot of green but this was just a big bowl of spinach! (Yes I mixed around and checked the bottom!) the bottom looked no different than the photo. Very small amount of chicken. 4 Cherry size tomatoes cut in half. About 8 chick peas! Where are the Brussels sprouts that I was looking forward to? 3 small pieces of broccoli. First time trying the new location that opened up by me. I was craving their Mexican style warm bowl. It was super yummy and very filling. I added palm of hearts and pickled onions. The Mexican goddess dressing was amazing. It was a good size portion but I think it's still pricey for the type of meal you get. I'm going back to try a salad at some point. read more

I always come here and usually have a good experience but today I came and asked for my usual order which is the Mediterranean bowl but as a salad with a kale base. It's always prepared as a salad but this time the girl made it as a bowl, even though I said salad. Then she packaged it and usually salads are chopped, so I kindly asked her to chop it and her demeanor changed and was filled with attitude as she unpackaged it and chopped it. She even muttered something to her coworker who then looked at me and shushed her. I was not born yesterday.
