A man with a beard, wearing a cap and sunglasses, holds a boy with a big smile, both smiling at the camera. They are standing outdoors in front of a drive-in theater sign that reads 'DRIVE IN' on a red roofed building. Several people are visible in the background, indicating a crowd at the location. The sky is partly cloudy, and the scene appears to be during daylight hours.

The Icecream here is amazing. The service has gotten so fast it's hard to believe this is the maple shade custard stand. Parking is a little tough but worth the hassle. Love the old school feel here.

Large soft serve - A person holds a large chocolate soft serve ice cream cone with a chocolate coating and a chocolate piece on top. The cone is in front of an outdoor ice cream stand with a line of people waiting. The stand has a sign with images of ice cream cones and a neon sign. The scene is illuminated by bright lighting, and the background shows a crowd of people in casual clothing.

First of all, I can't believe they can get that much soft serve on a cone. I ordered a large and it was by far the tallest cone I've ever had. I asked for it dipped in chocolate. I was amazed they could effectively dip a cone that tall. It held up perfectly. And then I couldn't believe how thick the coating was and how chocolatey it tasted. It legitimately tasted like Hersheys to me. And the ice cream itself was as good as any soft serve I've had. It might not be hyperbole to call this the best ice cream cone ever. It was worth the long line.

A cylindrical white trash can with a pink lid is positioned outside a business. The lid has a rectangular slot for trash and a drip of liquid is visible on it. The trash can displays a logo for Maple Shade Custard Stand, showing images of ice cream cones. The background includes tiled and wooden wall surfaces, and the ground is concrete with some small debris.

This custard stand is so vintage Americana. There is a parking lot next to it, although there are no lines so it's a bit of a free-for-all. Pull in with some caution. You approach the window and order, and they have so many options. Milk shakes, sundaes, cones, frozen coffee.... So many delicious cold treats! There are places to sit around the lot, but not too many so you may want to prepare yourself to go. The service was efficient and quick, and the three lines moved quickly. The ambiance will make you feel like you're in an Archie comic! The ice cream is smooth and rich. I had a milkshake that was so refreshing, and although there was some melting in the drive it was really rather minor.

Menu - The menu belongs to an ice cream stand offering a variety of frozen desserts including soft serve, sundaes, floats, and milkshakes. It lists flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and more, with prices for different sizes and toppings. The menu is displayed behind a glass window with a red frame, and includes additional options like banana splits and ice cream sandwiches.

A small custard stand, but the custard is so nice and soft. Very tasty! Also, tried the strawberry/pineapple dole whip which was really good too (fyi it is not made the same way as the dole whip Disney makes). Will be dreaming of going there again someday (hopefully when it gets warmer out)! But I will say that I am really happy it can stay open through the winter too. :) I wish there were some tables to sit at, but since their space is limited it is more like a grab and go type place.

Cute little ice cream stand! Quick service and the custard was great!!! The cones were very fresh, recommend!

The image shows a person holding a soft serve ice cream cone with a straw, positioned in the foreground. The ice cream stand behind features a vintage Americana style with bright signage advertising milkshakes, floats, and other frozen treats. Several customers are seen ordering at the window, and a large illuminated sign reading 'DRIVE IN' is visible at the top. The scene is set at night, with the stand brightly lit against the dark sky.

I love the Maple Shade Custard Hut! They have great flurries with over 15-20 flavors and very reasonable prices! The employees are very friendly and the line moves very fast as well. It is cash only, but they do have an ATM on site. The parking lot gets very crowded and is somewhat of a pain to get in and out of, but its worth it!

Menu - The menu board features a red background with sections for soft serve ice cream, sundaes, floats, water ice, gelati, and milkshakes. It includes prices for different sizes and toppings, with images of ice cream cones and sundaes. The stand offers a variety of frozen treats such as vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry flavors, with options for toppings and add-ons. The board also highlights a banana split priced at $7.75, with an image of the dessert. The overall presentation is colorful and nostalgic, typical of a vintage Americana-style custard stand.

What a fabulous slice of Americana! Bring cash and a sense of humor to this joyful place. After being stunned by how quickly orders fly out despite the endlessly long line on a Wednesday(!?) night, it's worth carving a little time out of your day to sit in the parking lot and relax.

Three transparent plastic cups filled with blue cotton candy are stacked one on top of the other on a counter. Behind them, a popcorn machine with freshly popped popcorn is visible, along with a partial view of a promotional poster and a red frame. The setting appears to be a food stand or concession area, with a focus on cotton candy and popcorn treats.

I used to love coming here as a kid and hadn't been back in years! Of course it had to be one of my first stops after moving back to the area and I'm please to say nothing has changed! This is the best ice cream ever! It's always packed but it's sooo worth the weight! I've always loved the Reese's flurry but they have so many other amazing things too!

Ew Lah Lah Time! - A man wearing sunglasses and a black shirt is taking a selfie in front of Maple Shade Custard Stand. Behind him, a line of people is waiting to order, with some looking at the menu and others chatting. The stand has a red roof and colorful ice cream graphics, with a sign that says 'DRIVE IN'. The scene is set outdoors with trees and parked cars visible.

Sunday afternoon crave for ice cream landed my family at Brain Freeze in Moorestown. At first…read moreglance From the outside it did not look like your typical ice cream parlor. Once you step inside a little voice greeted us and offered us a sample if we wanted to try anything. We had sundae Sunday's in mind on this gorgeous day! The menu was on wall behind the freezer case, and all sorts of toppings line the top of the case in little see through containers. If you prefer water ice they had that too. The most exciting flavors of the day to me were the caramel pretzel vanilla and death by chocolate. Oh yeah! I had both in my sundae and it was worth every calorie. The small hand dipped sundae was $5.25. I asked if she made the ice cream. They don't make it. It is from Richman's. At the end of the day it was a good experience and would definitely go back. I would have given a 5 Star, but they only accept cash. I almost never carry cash. It was a major inconvenience. This potentially could lost lose lots of sales. We pulled our pennies together and bought 3 instead of 4 sundaes. Oh well

It's supposed to come with 2 toppings and she didn't ask me what toppings I wanted; i guess bc she was so put out that she had to make the skookie. So sorry. Floor was still sticky. The ice cream was meh. Sundaes in Berlin is 1,000,000 times better.
