We have passed this place several times and it always is Hopping! My husband surprised me and we had a mini ice cream date because it was early evening and we rarely get out lately. Life has been Life-ing but one of their freezers broke, but no Sign up and No vegan chocolate ice cream, but the sign posted.... Says Try Me! So... I ordered my Old Faithful.... Butter Pecan in a cup. My husband ordered their Banana Pudding. It was ok but both weren't anything special so, next time, we will just get a pint for $3 at Walmart The staff were quiet and nice, but they kind of acted Clueless. Our visit was Honestly.... Disappointing. ‍ oh well. read more

This is a cute little place with great ice cream. I had the banana pudding ice cream and it was so delicious. My girlfriend insisted I try it and I gave it a shot and did not regret it, it's full of flavor and very yummy especially if you like bananas. The first time I visited with her I got the mint chocolate chip and that was so good but I love that flavor it's one of my all time favorite flavors of ice cream. The inside to the ice cream parlor is small but very cute. It has outdoor seating nearby so don't worry about finding a place to sit and enjoy your ice cream. They serve Richmans ice cream here, and the quality is pretty decent. I got the death by chocolate, and it was great, not super sweet. We surprisingly had to wait in a short line for a bit, even though it was a Thursday in the middle of the day. There are a couple tables inside, and some benches outside to enjoy your ice cream. read more

Great spot to stop by for a treat! I got a small cup with salted caramel pretzel and tiramisu, both were good but I loved the salted caramel pretzel flavor best. About $5 for the hard ice cream, but they have a pretty large menu with hard and soft serve ice cream, sundaes, and different blended shakes! Pro tip: a small is still 2 scoops! I had ice cream from here. I got the 'Banana Pudding' ice cream Ina cup. It was so delicious & it was also a good portion too. I love ice cream, but who doesn't? Right?? The ice cream was very creamy and it was also a good portion too. The employees here are so kind and friendly. I usually come here a lot with my boyfriend at least once a week & we have a nice time here and also walk around too with our ice cream. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone I know. Small little shop that sits just off main Street Moorestown behind the church, shoe store, and passareillo's. Went in on this beautiful day, the two younger girls that were working were both very friendly and helpful. I ordered a custom banana split, both girls thought it looked good and we agreed it should be a staple on the menu lol... You can call it the Yelper! Coffee, cookies n cream, peanut butter ripple, topped with peanut butter, hot fudge, and cookie crumbles.. Whipped cream and cherry! I call it my usual (not a traditional banana split fan). The ice cream was very good, good sized portions, and reasonably priced. Just a heads up: Cash Only! Great job though, lots of choices. read more

Walked in with a few friends from work. Ordered and went to pay, only then did the workers behind the counter tell me that they are cash only. I didn't see a sign, I wasn't alerted before ordering, only at the register with my card in hand was I told. "We have an atm" cool, no problem, I know the atm charges a fee. But god forbid you hit the wrong button and go to check your balance. Then you'll get charged a 3 dollar fee for that. And if your bank only allows you to use their atms you'll get another fee. It cost me 9 dollars to just withdraw cash and pay for ice cream. God forbid this place take credit cards like every other business. I've literally had food trucks on the side of the road accept credit cards. Pop up shops in the middle of a field during state fair accept credit cards, but an ice cream shop off of main st in moorestown can't? Ice cream was good though. read more

A wonderful experience even with the COVID restrictions. They have a few chairs to sit on outside. My only issue is that the young folks on their skateboards in the parking lot and it can get rowdy and noisey. read more

Hard to find little ice cream shop in Moorestown. ...not advertised well at all. Very limited seating so don't expect to hangout unless you want to sit in the heat outside. Went with the family (with a baby), had to sit outside in the hot sun while a group of young, high school age kids loitered at the only little table in the joint, without any purchases, while they chit chatted with the unfriendly girl working behind the counter...must have been friends or something. Ice cream was good, we got the arctic freeze. Lots of Oreos. May have been a bit overpriced but guessing the small business requires higher prices to make it in that community. We probably won't be back. read more

This is the best ice cream place that I have ever been to! The workers are so sweet, nice, and polite. Their cotton candy ice cream is very good and I've heard their açaí bowls are extremely good. There's nothing like the beautiful scoops of ice cream, the unmatchable milk shakes, or the never stale cones. When you come to the window, the care shared by associates such as Sophia, Anne, and Jon Le are incomparable to all other experiences. With Anne's fulfilling scoops of ice cream, Sophia's cleanliness, and Jon's clicking of the cashier buttons, everything at Brain Freeze Ice Cream Parlor could not ever be matched as an experience, the quality, or the happiness you'll feel after you travel to the great town of Moorestown for some scoops of ice cream. read more

You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find out the name of this establishment. As far as I can tell, they did/do not advertise at all. Which is sad, because I think it could have done really well this summer. I'm worried it will have the same fate as Friendly's, Nelly Bly's, and all the other ice cream/frozen yogurt places that have tried to make it Downtown.... Anyway, this is just your standard, no frills scoop shoop. The girl behind the counter was kind enough to let me read the actual tub to see if the flavor I wanted was gluten free. I don't remember what I got, but it was yummy! Please check it out and support local businesses! read more

I am long overdue in posting this review. A few months ago we visited this ice cream parlor and fell in love not only with the ice cream but most importantly with the customer service. My friends and I were pleasantly surprised with how the owner and his wife ran the business. One night after dinner we decided to walk over to get ice cream as dessert. Little did we know, the place just closed. Just as we were going to walk away, the owner and his wife saw us and let u know that they can still serve us. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people that run it, so I will close my message with this quick note... If you have the opportunity to visit it, please do.
