The ice cream itself is good! But I would say it is always crowded here and I find the pricing to be a little overpriced compared to other local ice cream spots! The drive through lane does make it easy and convenient and the staff is very friendly! read more

Sundaes - Vanilla Milkshake, Chocolate Sundaes Made with Crushed Cherries, and Chocolate shake with strawberries - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Berlin, New Jersey

It's been awhile since I've enjoyed ice cream at Sundaes. Recently I stopped here with my family on the way home from the shore. My kids (4 & 6) thought the drive through ice cream was the coolest thing ever. While the car line is a little slow, it give you plenty of time to review ALLLLLLL of their ice cream options. To get a better idea of what they have - check out their website. There you'll find a full list of flavors as well as descriptions of each. Everyone got something different (cups only in the car!), and everyone enjoyed the ice cream. I think my kids are going to be begging to stop here every time we pass it. read more

Good selection but horrible service. Not returning. They glare at your when you ask for samples

One of my favorite ice cream spots! The selection is out of this world plus they have such friendly staff

I went here yesterday to try it for the first time and it was great! I decided to get a flurry with chocolate ice cream and Reese's cups mixed in. The ice cream was very creamy and was rich in chocolate flavor. There were tons of Reese's cups mixed in. I would have actually preferred to have less toppings mixed in since the ice cream was so good. What was really nice was they had a drive thru that moved really quickly! I was only in line for 10 minutes! I would definitely come back again and try their homemade ice cream. read more

We love Sundays! We like to go inside and look at all the different ice creams, but their water ice is equally as delicious, our favorite is the cappuccino. And you can't forget about their custard! Quick service, price - excellent, portions a plenty. You sit outside ao dress accordingly. A+++

Customer is service is just awful and passive aggressive. I could understand if myself or others were giving them a hard time by being rude, making complicated orders and acting entitled, but when we are getting hard eye rolls while slamming ice cream cups on the counter passive aggressively when graciously asking for a different scoop flavor as soon as possible before they even started with my order without breaking eye contact was enough to never come back again. Outside seating area smelled like sewage too. Says a lot about a business If you're giving a hard time to the polite customers. read more

OMG! if you THINK you had eaten great water ice or ice cream you are WRONG! This place makes both from scratch with a blend of angel touches and nectar from heaven. After all these years, Sundaes is STILL possibly my favorite ice cream place anywhere. I've been a fan of this place since I first "discovered" it a couple of decades ago, while visiting family in nearby Cherry Hill. It's probably been at least 25 years now, and every time I go back -- first with a family member, then with a couple of friends, then years later with my wife and kid and extended family -- there's always something new and delicious to enjoy. The staff have always been friendly and thoughtful, and seem to enjoy their work. The store itself is always nice and clean, and the ice cream itself is super. It's obvious to me that the people who work there, take pride in having a very nice establishment. Seems every time I'm in town, there's a few new flavors to try (though Jersey Peach is a longtime favorite of mine). I've never had a cone or a cup that I'd consider "average." Somehow, it's all extraordinary. I don't have family living in Cherry Hill anymore, but I still like to stop in at my favorite ice cream shop in Berlin whenever I'm passing by. read more

Sundaes has the best homemade ice cream and the quickest most efficient service! What could be better than an ice cream shop with a drive through??? This is not just your ordinary vanilla and chocolate type of menu. They have flavors like London Calling, Phatter Batter and Dark Side of the Moon! My go to is Pieces of Reese's - vanilla ice cream with peanut butter and peanut butter cups. Choose from a cup, traditional cone or a waffle cone. There are all kinds of yummy toppings too. Service is always fast and friendly. read more

Easily among the best ice cream I've had. Sundaes ice cream is creamy, delicious, and just has a very unique flavor. They have a large variety of fun flavor combinations and names for their ice creams like "Sympathy for the Devil". It's always a very popular spot, but the service is fast and friendly. They also give you massive portions, so bring your friends and come hungry! read more

Best ice cream shop in South Jersey! The ice cream is homemade, the flavors are amazing and I love to order ahead!

I like many have a weakness for ice cream, this is the place you need to get it from if you share that desire. The most amazing home made water ice, and ice cream, long list of flavors, options for the pickiest of eaters. Super friendly people working there, the owners working side by side with their employees! Don't let the long lines inside or the drive thru worry you, they move quick! You can purchase in bulk to take home as well! Simply the best in South Jersey without question! read more

Sundaes - Dark Side of the Moon - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Berlin, New Jersey

This is a great place for a unique frozen treat. The flavors are absolutely hilarious to order, which I think makes the experience better. My friends enjoy Phatter Batter and Dark Side of The Moon, while I prefer Sympathy For The Devil. And ohh, what a magnificent indulgence this is, to have rich chocolate ice cream stuffed with thick chunks of delicious brownie. My only downside is that when going through the drive-thru, they didn't ask about cone type or toppings. I would've loved to have this in a pretzel cone, dunked in a cup of hot fudge to compliment these brownies. Or at the very least, having sprinkles. Regardless - Great for any time of year! The flavors keep you constantly digging in, despite how cold your insides may become. If only these places didn't have to close for winter... read more

The staff was great and some of the best ice cream you can get. It hit every spot for my pregnant wife. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I savored every spoonful of my cold, sweet summer treat. Their gelatis are really good--the water ice makes it so. I asked for cherry water ice and vanilla custard ice cream. The girl taking my order asked if I wanted regular cherry or the "big cherry." I'm glad she asked because I didn't realize they offered two types of cherry water ice. Usually when I get a gelati, I get either mango or cherry water ice. I ended up getting the Big Cherry Bordeaux water ice which has yummy cherry pieces throughout. It was quite good and tasty and paired very well with the vanilla custard ice cream. They have a myriad of water ice and ice cream flavors that you'll either have a hard time choosing or certainly find something you'll want. The prices are reasonable and the portions large. read more

I have tried many ice cream shops around the country and Sundaes is among my top two (the other is Leopold's Ice Cream in Savannah, GA) favorites! Smooth and Creamy, loaded with big chunks of whatever (depending on flavor) and very fresh. Also, waffle cones are always fresh and tasty. A bit pricey, but well worth it. read more

Love love sundaes I got water ice and ice cream, which was delicious but it was the friendly staff for me.

Super cute place with many neat & yummy flavors to choose from. Unfortunately, they didn't have frozen yogurt, which I usually order, so I opted for the sugar free. I had the chocolate-chocolate chip and really enjoyed it. Everyone else liked theirs as well. Nothing to go 'crazy go nuts' for though. My son will beg to differ though - he LOVED his rich & thick chocolate milk shake. I thought the prices were reasonable. Props for taking debit/credit. My least favorite part about this place is the location (location! location! location! doesn't just apply to Real Estate for me!) on crazy Route 73 in Berlin. I'd go back but only if in the area. read more

Generous portions, very creative and delicious flavors and a very unique drive thru. Love this place!

This is a nice little dessert place. There's a good amount of items on the menu and tons of flavors. They have hard, soft, and Italian ice. They call it "water ice"... I've never heard it like that before. There's a drive-through window and holy shit that is always busy the entire time I was there, there was always a line of cars. It never ended. I guess this is a popular place. I got the mix of root beer ice and vanilla ice cream. It was decent. My only gripe is that the ice needed something more. I always get root beer ice by where I live and it blows this places out of the.. water! I ate the whole thing because it was good. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

The Icecream here is sooo good, still! And the portions are huge, still! Totally worth the money! I'm excited for them to open up again, but something I noticed last time I went in, the Phatter Batter Icecream didn't have any cake chunks in it, maybe that was only my cone but I really hope they didn't remove the cake pieces, because those make it another star better and different from other Icecream stores! Still solid Icecream, I've been going here for a bit over a decade now, and this is my FAVORITE Icecream establishment! 5/5 stars Hands-Down! read more
