Loved this golden toast. Very simple its not too sweet its enough sweetness. Nice crunchy texture. My friends ordered the matcha lava, campfire, and nutella cookie. Campfire was too sweet for me. The nutella cookie my friend said was super dry she didnt like it.

We went here for some fancy deserts and we were very pleased! We got the Macha and the boba teas, fancy ice cream with a dirt cup that was cookies so fancy in the presentation, and vanilla ice cream with vanilla chocolate that looked like a honey comb with powdered sugar and corn flakes. The service was fast and staff was friendly! Definitely want to go back and try other deserts!

Great atmosphere. Extremely yummy desserts. Good for a casual dessert sit down with the family

Such a cute little find! Perfect for an intimate gathering or date spot :) They unfortunately were out of the milky puff.. but I got the eye of the dragon and harvest desserts with an egg tart and side of condensed milk ice cream. The egg tart was warm and honestly one of the best I've had in the area. It reminded me of the egg tarts I got from a Portuguese bakery in Miami! They warmed it up for you so that it was the perfect temperature with the flakey crust. The harvest dessert was amazing too. From the layers of strawberry and cheese cake to the little milk tea you pour on top. Amazing! The condensed milk ice cream honestly tasted like regular creamy vanilla, but the texture was there and it wasn't too sweet. Unfortunately, I didn't really like the eye of the dragon because I'm not a huge fan on strong caramel tastes, but it was super sweet and my husband enjoyed! The service was also up to par, with the server checking on us and making sure everything went well!

Extremely pricey for desserts. We went with the Sweet Deals Combo which was $17 for one. Since there was two of us we tried two combos. Two combos plus tip was over $40 FOR JUST DESSERT! We did not like the Eye of the Dragon. The Logan pudding cake was not a flavor we liked and the palm sugar syrup was EXTREMELY sweet for an Asian pallet. The condensed milk ice cream tasted similar to vanilla ice cream. The matcha lava cookie was good, had a nice matcha flavor to it. The caramel miso cookie was quite too sweet. We enjoyed the Milkypuff more. We liked the puff pastry mixed with ice cream. The syrup on top was overly sweet. If you do not like overly sweet desserts, this might not be the place for you.

3.5-4 stars. Service was nice but beyond slow. Not sure how long it takes to scoop 3 different flavors of sorbet, but by the time the 2nd one came out, first one was already starting to melt. However, it was tasty and seemed homemade. My hubby n I ordered the golden toast to share. I really enjoyed it. It was lightly sweet, lightly salty, and just deliciousness in my mouth. Lol. The condensed milk ice cream was also really good. I thought it would be beyond sweet but it was not (which was great). It's a bit pricey for the size of everything though, so just be prepared to spend a lil $. but, it's a cute place with plenty of seating, so good for a date day.

I have been wanting to try a dessert bar for so long, but since they're all about 30 mins away from me, it just never felt convenient. Finally we PLANNED our whole night around coming to Spot dessert bar for Valentines Weekend. After dining out at a nearby restaurant we skipped dessert and drove to Spot Dessert Bar. Upon entering we weren't sure if we should wait to be seated, so we stood awkwardly in the doorway. We were greeted with smiles from the ladies preparing the desserts and a server came over and sat us. The seating is fun and unique, but maybe not practical for EVERYONE. We sat at a table with low round stools because the tables with regular chairs were taken. The restaurant is impeccably clean. Glasses of water are brought over along with menus consisting of specialty drinks and desserts. My husband ordered the Oreo Milk Tea with Boba. It was his first time trying Boba and despite me warning him, he wanted to give it a go. We also tried the Cookie Camp and Milky Puff. The milky puff came out first and was a crispy, yet soft shell with crispy sweet corn flakes and condensed milk ice cream. Not too sweet, the flavors combined well together. We were almost done sharing the milky puff when our cookie camp arrived. Since we planned to split both desserts the timing of them worked out. The cookie camp had a soft warm cookie in a warm skillet with a little cup of chocolate syrup to pour on top and condensed milk ice cream. I was surprised that neither of the desserts were super sweet. I actually wouldn't have minded if they were a bit on the sweeter side, but they were both good and the experience was enjoyable. I felt very comfortable during our experience there and could see it being a great date spot or place to hang out with friends and talk while enjoying a little something sweet. If you're in the area definitely check them out!

Spot Dessert Bar in Cherry Hill, NJ is a super cute meet-up or date spot (see what I did there... Lol). All of the desserts and beverages we tried were amazingly delicious, very creative and freshly made. What We Ate: Mini Golden Toast - Honey buttered toast, strawberries, whipped cream, honey, powdered sugar, cookie crumb and condensed milk ice cream. (5/5) Harvest - Layers of strawberries, soft cheesecake, chiffon cake, whipped cream oreo crumbs, earl grey milk tea and raspberry ice sorbet. (5/5) Milky Puff - Choux-puff pastry, brulee banana, white chocolate honeycomb, corn flakes and condensed milk ice cream. (5/5) OMG! The presentation is beautiful. It's served warm with a whipped cream center and the brulee banana is a banana lovers dream. This dessert has a fun texture with the pastry, whipped center, ice cream and crunch from the corn flakes. Oreo Chocolate Cookie (5/5) The thing that stands out among all the desserts and especially the condensed milk ice cream, they aren't too sweet. They're all perfectly balanced. What We Drank: Bubble Tea: Passionfruit Green Tea (5/5) My friend loved the passionfruit green bubble tea! She said it wasn't too sweet, it was very fresh and perfect! Latte: Wonderfully made. (5/5) I see why the price point for the menu is where it is. The homemade desserts, beverages and ambiance are worth the adventure. The Spot is elevated beyond being just a bakery or a coffee shop. I wouldn't classify this venue as being good for children... Absolutely an adult vibe. This Philly Girl loved Spot Dessert Bar Cherry Hill to the very last drop. Njoy Life Tastefully... Cheers!

We went to Spot dessert as a part of their yelp elite promotion week. I'm reviewing the regular page because we ordered items from the regular menu too. We had a very good experience at Spot Dessert. Service was top notch. The person took our order as soon as we got in and was very welcoming. We ordered matcha lava cake. Both menu items were very good. The condensed milk ice cream with the golden toast is delicious. Matcha lava cake had some of the best lava cake I've had in a long time. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Went here on a Sunday night with a large group of my family. Service was really good Friendly staff. I didn't realize it was a dining experience not just a fast food type of place. Everything on the menu looked good. Went with golden toast and it was amazing. Will definitely come back again to try more of the menu.

After seeing this place on instagram, I decided to visit this evening with my family. Its located in a shopping center, so parking is easy. The establishment is pretty and clean. Not super large but a great amount of seating if you're looking to dine in. Bathrooms were fairly clean as well. I ordered the Harvest (listed as a best seller) w/ a Passion Fruit Green Tea. My husband had the Matcha Lava w/ a Thai Tea Float and my baby girl had a Cookie Camp w/ the same tea I had. The Passion Fruit green tea was really good. i can also see why the Harvest is best seller. It was so good. The cheesecake, strawberries, and oreo cookie crumble paired together so well. The pot it comes in is not edible & neither is the little plant inside. It comes with a side of raspberry sorbet, which was good. I also sampled my hubby & daughters selections & they were pretty good as well. The service was great also. We were greeted upon arrival and our waitress was very attentive. The only warning I will give is the pricing can be considered a bit much for the portion size. However id still go back

Everything was amazing! We came at a good time on a Friday night right at 7 before the crowds came. Perfect seats in front of the Spot Dessert sign made for good photo ops. Server was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The Golden Toast mini dessert was the perfect portion to try it so that there was room to try other desserts! I came for a promo and was lucky Of course to get the 30% off everything was icing on top of everything! We went with the Milky Puff which was super yummy! Golden Toast - salty and sweet. You gotta try all the components together for it to taste perfection! Milky Puff - caramel, banana, vanilla condensed milk. What's not to love! Taro Bubble Tea- love everything taro, only wish we can pick the sugar level. Cappuccino - comes unsweetened which wish you just had the option again of sugar level.. but good none the less once you had your own sweetness! Definitely a happening new spot on a Friday night! They will do well.. hopefully they get more staff to accommodate the rush as like everyone said, there was only 2 people preparing the orders with 1 server. Will definitely be back!

I've always loved Spot Dessert Bar when I lived in NYC and am so happy there's a Cherry Hill location much closer to my home now! The desserts are always excellent, especially the Matcha Lava! They have a nice $17 sweet deal that includes 1 dessert item and 1 drink, although there's a $2 extra charge if ordering a special drink. I paired my dessert with a Rose Milk Tea, which definitely tasted like a sweet deal! The service at this location is impeccable with the staff greeting everyone with such a warm, friendly smile. The interior is extremely clean and spacious and inviting. We'll definitely be returning many more times!

Just going to stop by since I was in the area. The bakery is in this shopping center and the parking lot was pretty full when I arrived Sunday afternoon. I agree with the reviewers that this place is small. I felt that I wanted to take my time looking at items but the space felt crowded while looking. Overall they had many options to choose some but there were some empty looking shelves in the far back. I managed to get a few items to try and a slice of cake. There are kiosks to also order drinks. The line was long but moved quickly. The items I tried: Cheesy hot dog: pretty good! very sweet bread with a tiny hot dog. White Chocolate strawberry: delicious strawberry filling. The bun was soft and not overly sweet. Berry bun: I got the very last one! DELISH! The bun of milky, soft and berry filled. My favorite probably. Taro bun: HUGE! Love the taro paste but the bread was alittle off since there was seeds in it. Not loving that texture Tiramisu cheesecake: very good fluffy cheesecake. Would have liked more tiramisu/coffee flavor. Chocolate bun: Another favorite. Very good chocolate fudge on the inside. Wish I bought 10 of theses. Egg tarts: I got the two pack. Wish I got the full box (maybe next time). Flaky buttery crust with sweet egg custard. Also a favorite. Overall everything I got was really good. I also loved that the prices were very affordable ($2-5). The only thing I would add is maybe to have more a description and allergens added to the cards so people with allergies could identify what they can and cannot eat. Cant wait to come back and maybe try one of the drinks :)

My GPS said I'd arrived but I had to look up a picture of the place because it's in an old Victorian house set back from the road with a couple other businesses. Inside is very cute with much more seating, big bright windows that let in the afternoon sun and decor that blends the coffee shop seamlessly into the beautiful old house. I ordered an iced almond milk latte, my warm weather go to. The counter person asked if I wanted any flavor/syrup and, while I usually don't because I don't like sweet coffee, I acquiesced because she said she could make sure it wasn't super sweet but I still got the flavor. This was quite literally the BEST iced almond milk latte I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The salted caramel syrup lent just a hint of sweetness but full flavor. The espresso was flawless. I sipped my latte while walking back down Main Street to my car in 80° weather with flowers blooming and birds chirping and it was the perfect lunch break treat. I will be back.
