We were all able to find ~4 spots, and enjoyed our steaks and some gelati from the backs of our cars. Except in frigid conditions, this place is usually going to have a bit of a line, although not that long, and honestly, you probably need the time to figure out what combination of water ice and soft serve you'll be having this time.
