Girly brunch time! We came for a weekend brunch at 10 AM and didn't have to wait too long for a table. Total of four of us. The good: That Million Dollar Bacon is sooooo good. A little spicy, a little sweet. The Not So Great: Three out of our four meals came out within minutes of each other. The last dish arrived much much later, which was a bit awkward. Really liked my chorizo omelet, but it was a little on the skimpy side, not that much meat. The breakfast potatoes were waaaaay too salty for me. read more

Second time here and just as great as the first time. Our waitress Victoria was really good.Very pleasant and checked on us a few times. I ordered the Chickichanga and it was delicious. The light lemon sauce on it really added a nice touch. The orange juice is so good I had to get it again. We ordered the lemon blueberry corn bread to take home because it's just that good. Really enjoyed a girls' breakfast out. We devoured the Million Dollar bacon so I wasn't able take a picture. My breakfast choice was potato hash that was topped with bacon, egg and arugula. It was a hefty portion and delicious. Service was quick and pleasant despite the morning crowd. Will return again to try other items. read more

My son and his girlfriend recommended us to go there. So I agreed. Best decision of the day. This is a phenomenal place. And I do not say that much about a restaurant. Actually in all my years of Yelp. I do not think I've called any restaurant "phenomenal" till now. It's a packed house any time of the day. You can call and make reservations but not sure that'll help. This is a revolving door of customers. And seeing that I never felt like I was being rushed out. I had the BLT sandwich with egg. And to say I get a blt at many breakfast spots I go to is an understatement. But this BLT was.. and again I'll use the word phenomenal. I mean the eggs weren't cooked hard. The bacon was not small abs far from the thin bacon on many sandwiches. It all went so well perfectly together. Never tasted anything like it. Put together on multi grain toast, that have it even more flavor. The fresh fruit I got with it was a great addition to the perfect sandwich. My son recommended I try the purple haze drink which was delicious. Lemonade with lavender flavoring and cane sugar and mint. Great things working together to refresh my taste buds. My waitress was again ill used the word phenomenal. She made every thing perfect with her suggestions and her way of giving us space while being attentive. And her tip refected her amazing service. I'm sure she was happy with it. This is a must go to place. They have other locations as well. I will get to another but I know the food nor service may not be the same. But I'll definitely try the location near me and hope it's nearly as good. read more

Probably would do 3.5 stars if we could. It's a solid choice for breakfast or lunch. Or brunch. Clean, modern minimalist interior meets comfortable and cozy inside. The folks that work there that we interacted with are nice. Our server was super friendly and prompt. After our food came he checked on us a couple of minutes in. We got a visit from a manager to check on us to see how things went towards the end of the meal. We all thought the food we ordered was tasty and the portions were large. It wasn't cheap, but then again everything is expensive these days. We liked how the coffee comes in a carafe to refill your mugs. They have shelf stable half and half and flavored single serve creamers like French vanilla and Hazelnut. We did not particularly like that their regular coffee was $3.99 a cup. Yikes. Keep it at like $2.50 where you are still making a 90% profit. Maybe it's so expensive, to offset the cost of the complimentary coffee station in the waiting area. Maybe next time just get that and skip the cup at the table! We went there at 10:15am on a Sunday and were seated right away but the tables in the dining room were all full. By the time we left at nearly noon there was a line out the door. No real complaints, we liked it! Perhaps other choices in the same price range that are better around the area. Certainly other places less expensive around, that are just fine. read more

Very good food. They are always so so busy!! But I really like their food and wait staff.

I want to start off with the service. Although busy, the wait for a table was under 15 minutes. Our server was great. Pleasant, attentive and friendly. From the look of things the whole staff was that way. Moving on to the food. Prices were pretty good for what you got. Portions were above average and I have no complaint about any of it. If you like coffee I suggest getting an iced coffee. Tasted like a sombrerro cocktail without the alcohol. Over all I think this will be our "go to" spot over TP or the diner. The farm field was also a plus for me. read more

This first watch was subpar to say the least the French toast was literally just bread. My wife got burnt toast and when she asked for toast replacement they sent her bread , not toasted at all. I ordered the French toast without sugar powder and it came with so much powdered sugar it was amazing. Won't be eating at this location again. read more

We had such a great experience at the marlton first watch! Every staff member was so friendly, and the restaurant itself is wonderfully designed. This new First Watch location in the Shop Rite center has opened on a great foot so far with me! I'm no stranger to First Watch, which is a chain of sit-down breakfast restaurants that are more upscale than your average iHop in experience. Makes for a wonderful place to bring others if you want to catch up over breakfast. I really love the menu variety and the last few times I ordered, was so happy with how thoughtfully everything was not only prepared, but cooked and packaged. My go to order is the Market Hash which includes loads of delicious fresh vegetables, like Crimini mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach. It's quite hardy and keeps me full virtually all day. Their Market Hash breakfast, and Kettle and Grill's Farmers Skillet, are my go-to, top breakfast in the Marlton area. Haven't had a chance to dine-in yet, have only done takeout, but will be sure to update once I do. read more

Great service and delicious food but won't be going back. My wife and I had breakfast here and initially loved it but were disappointed by a sneaky charge on the receipt. We bought a snack at the register for $2.99. The cashier told us that the total charge with taxes was $3.72, which we paid. But looking at the receipt we discovered that there was a $0.50 charge for "packaging supplies". So I guess we got an undisclosed charge for the wrapper....annoying enough that I won't go back. read more

Had such a great experience at this First Watch location! Service was top-notch--our server answered all our questions and even tracked down what she didn't know. She made excellent recommendations that worked perfectly with my party's allergy and diet needs. The food was delicious, and we lucked out with gorgeous weather, so we grabbed a patio table and really enjoyed the relaxed vibe. I usually wouldn't drive over half an hour just for breakfast, but the First Watch at this location makes it worth it. I actually live closer to the one in Cherry Hill, but I come here because the difference shows. The restaurant feels newer, cleaner, and more inviting; the staff here sets the bar higher. They're attentive without hovering, quick with service, and they actually seem to care that you're enjoying your meal. This shows with the conversations held and the added personal touch given by them remembering you. The other location closer to me has gotten a little too comfortable and complacent, but this one feels fresh every time I visit. Keep in mind, I'm not downing the Cherry Hill location by any means; it's just not up to snuff in comparison. The food is consistent in Marlton, the atmosphere is upbeat, and you get the sense that the staff take pride in what they do. It's the kind of place that makes the extra drive feel like the right choice. That is why I go 2-3 times per week, for the added touch. read more

The blueberry cornbread was amazing, but the service we had as soon as we walked in the door, quick and with warm smiles. Our waitress was very helpful an informative of the menu, she seemed to be always on point, getting things we needed before we could ask. There's not too many places where you can find turkey sausage gravy over biscuits, alittle heavy on the pepper but all in all it was delicious. Ate breakfast there today. wife had pancakes, they were good. I ordered Buttermilk biscuit with turkey gravy with scrambled eggs and potatoes. My meal came and the gravy that was on the biscuit was, maybe, one Tablespoon of gravy that didn't cover it and cold, the potatoes were cold and mushy and the eggs were cold. The gravy over the biscuit didn't cover the biscuit. I asked for more gravy and they did bring more. That was hot. The service was great. Our waitress was personal and greeted us. I was in the hospital for several months. On my trip home my husband took me to First Watch for breakfast. I thought I died and was having breakfast with God! They put a pitcher of water on the table and explained where their wonderful coffee came from. Our waiter who was the best asked how I wanted my eggs. I had asked for fried but he questioned how I wanted them cooked medium or well done! No restaurant ever asked me that . I felt as though I just ordered them but the food came before I could blink my eyes,It was more than good. It was Delicious! The manager came by to say hello and asked how everything was! Went to First Watch in Marlton this morning to get breakfast for my wife and son. The place is nice, not loud at all and the staff seemed pretty nice (I placed a to go order). I had to edit and upxate this review. I thought that part of my order was missing. My wife just found it.....the bacon was under the mountain of potatoes. Yes. I did say mountain of potatoes. Their portions are very generous to put it mildly!!! My wife wanted to try the Shrimp andGrits but that wasn't on the menu as it'a a seasonal (spring) offering. Maybe they should think about making that a full time menu item, Shrimp and Grits is a meal you can enjoy any time of the day!! My son loved his scrambled eggs and 2 Belgian waffles!! We'll definitely have to make a trip down there for a sit down meal soon! read more

First, service was EXCELLENT!! Our server was aptly named Beam which matched his positive energy! Our breakfast was exceptional, thanks to our server. Beam was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The excellent service was definitely appreciated. A friendly manager also checked in to see that we were enjoying our meal, which was a nice touch. The food was excellent! My husband enjoyed his traditional breakfast while I had a veggie sandwich that was phenomenal( it was pretty big too..I took half home to eat later) & our daughter actually ate her french toast. She usually takes one bite & is done. All 3 of us really enjoyed evrrytjing from our meal to drinks. We will definitely be returning. read more
