Okay, I know it's peak time during Friday. That doesn't excuse taking my food to the wrong table. Then picking it back up after they'd poked at it a bit and bringing it to me. No, you really should have remade that, you don't bring food to a different table after another customer has physically handled it. Whatever, I'd already been waiting almost a half hour. $5 fries that were cold and soggy. Undercooked nuggets, room temp. Waitress walked off in the middle of me just asking for silverware, it took several minutes before I could finally get that (I had to walk to the bar and get the attention of someone working there, I never did see my waitress again). Never got any refills, couldn't get napkins (no paper towels at my table). Had to track down an employee just to pay. read more

Very tasty. Huge portions! My wife and I did just the hot and it had a great kick to it. I can only imagine how hot the hottest is since ours was only the second or third level. Just went through and attempted to order based off the menu posted here on yelp. The L.G chicken sandwich is supposed to be 2/7.50. Order totals $22+ for two sandwiches and one fry - nothing else. As we attempt to clarify, we are told they don't sell the LG sandwich at the Cedar Park location. Well, okay then you might consider removing that incorrect menu/item from your yelp photos, please. I was trying to make things quick and simple. I won't hesitate to pay high dollar for quality food and service, but today I wasn't feeling a $9 chicken sandwich. I used to love their fried chicken. I have been a regular customer of this location for a year now, since I moved to Leander. However, the quality and portion sizes are going down. They used to have this family picnic deal on tuesdays, which I used to get every Tuesday. Very good value for tuesday. On purpose, I didn't used to cook, so our family can have this delicious chicken on tuesday. But they got rid of it. I understand things happen. However, the issues are below: I always get a family size portion. When I ordered bone in chicken without wings, meaning replace wings with any bone in chicken (which I have always done without issues), the cashier on the drive thru said that it will be extra cost. Why? No reason given. When I got the chicken, there were huge chicken legs pieces, as big as breast. We ate couple and realized that it's not cooked all the way through, it was raw inside. No problem, things happen. The last chicken leg we tried and that was raw too. No, that is completely unacceptable. You charge extra to replace wings with leg or thigh. However, the three chicken legs you gave were raw. Therefore, we threw it. I have attached the picture of the third chicken leg for proof. As recent reviewers have mentioned, the large side portion has gone down significantly. They give you large container but it's only filled quarter or maybe filled with half. This is unacceptable. I understand you took away tuesday deal since it's hard time for everyone. But reducing the portion sizes and downgrading your quality and charging for replacing wings with thigh or leg is unacceptable. It's too bad because I used to love this place. I have brought so many out of towners here too. I have to find another friend chicken spot. I am no longer a fan of paying $79 for uncooked chicken and half filled containers of side. read more

Pros: 1. Lady at window was very helpful explaining menu Cons- not cooked to order 1. Waited 8-10 mins for a room temp sandwich (meat at room temperature and not as crispy as if it was fresh)... my guess is they precook the chicken and add seasoning when the customer orders. 2. They must season the chicken with the spice after it's made... I had spots that were spicy, but most bites were bland 3. Utensils were not included so no way to eat my potato salad Overall, my experience wasn't very good. A complete Waste of 15 bucks. Wish I did one of the spots nearby. read more

5 star service! I really appreciate when a business makes me feel like my business is appreciated and that is exactly how Tumble22 made me feel. I stopped by because I kept hearing that their salads were amazing, so much that I had to try it. So I ordered a salad and drink to go. Once I got home I realized that the restaurant had forgotten the salad dressing. So I called to let them know and would you believe that the Manager, Ray Kirk said that he was going to bring me the salad dressing that they forgot! As a new business in Cedar Park I wanted to give this place a try, especially since it's been packed every time I've driven by. Drive thru line took about 30 minutes, but the staff would come check and make sure you weren't waiting in the wrong line. Once ordering the employee taking orders was extremely friendly, and helpful. I ordered 12 piece tender bites & side of fries to share with my sister. I also ordered a vanilla cream soda. I read a previous review about the small cups, but wow they weren't kidding. Very flimsy, the lid popped off in the car many times. My total was about $18 +$4 tip. Pretty pricy if you ask me. This won't be my weekly choice due to price but the occasional pick me up. Chicken - Hot : Quality chicken, great breading and super flavorful. I love spicy and feel the hot was pretty mild, my sister has a weak mouth and said the "hot" was perfect level of heat. We started with "hot" on our first try and I will be going up the next visit. Great starting point for their heat gauge. Fries- They are similar to the Freddy's fries, thin, crispy, and have a great seasoning. My only advice would be to get better Togo cup options, and also offer dill pickles. Make no mistake, this was a great chicken option in Cedar Park! I left a detailed review because as a new business when people are trying to choose if it is worth it I personally had many questions. Here's a pic of my "queso fries" with pulled hot chicken. I'm about half done and there's no queso left. I think there is more on the box lid than was with the fries... maybe one tiny section (the size of a half dollar) had queso at all. I have been highly disappointed lately with this location on to-go or DoorDash orders. They don't believe in plastic wear or straws apparently because you never get them. I got a chopped salad with zero dressing one time. Yum The food has been not very good now so I am going to give up on it for a bit. I met up with some out-of-town colleagues here for dinner last week. While a chicken joint would not have been my first choice, the chicken here was moist and flavorful. Their website claims to be Nashville-inspired hot chicken that is Texas-raised, all-natural, hand-breaded, and "tumbled" 22 times for a "perfect crunch." The menu is pretty basic--fried chicken, chicken tenders or bites with fries, tenders on a sandwich, a cobb salad with tenders, and all the decadent southern sides and desserts (buttermilk pie) some might call a fast ticket to heaven. The chicken is tumbled with the spice, and you have an option from wimpy, hot, mo' hot, dang hot, cluckin' hot, and stupid hot and a choice between ranch dressing or comeback sauce (like a spicy thousand island). I ordered the deviled eggs and the cobb salad, not realizing there were two deviled eggs already in the salad. I opted for mo-hot with the comeback sauce for the chicken in my cobb. The chicken was moist but a little too hot for me. The drink options were sparse for my taste (only two wine choices). They have a few beers, fountain drinks, some Southern specialties like Arnold Palmer, lemonade, and sweet tea. I did not see any grilled options and the only vegetables were the pickles, salad, coleslaw, and collard greens. So if you are health conscious, watching calories, fat, cholesterol, or gluten... this is not the place for you. Twice in one week, sorry arteries Ordered online with their new Tock app, made things a breeze when picking up. Had a set time slot and "skipped" the waiting line when I came to pick up. I noticed on today's order the mo hot was not as hot as before. The chicken wasn't as clean as last time too, not sure what you call it but it's the black stuff on the underside. But I just ate around those parts. Still tasty as before. I did also notice on my first order they left out the slaw, but to be honest that wasn't good. I got more of the collard greens this time, as that was a huge hit for me. And of course the mac and cheese. We finally decided to give this place a try even after reading all the reviews. I really want to give it a higher review but unfortunately our server Jenna made it extremely difficult to do so. Pros: The manager on shift was very attentive and got us seated right away. The food didn't take long to come out and it was steaming hot. Other than the Mac n cheese, the food was great. Cons: Despite sitting at the empty bar in front of Jenna, it took us 10 minutes just to put in our drink order. We were never asked or given a drink refill. We were never asked anything again after she took our order. When I finally got her attention and asked her for two slices of pie to go and our check, she literally threw the WRONG slice of pie UPSIDE down in the box and handed me the check. Let's start with parking, a bit busy and confusing if you don't pay attention to the arrows! However, busy is always a good sign, the food is good. Something about that ranch, I couldn't get enough of it! We dined in, and I don't think I'd try doing takeout here until you've dined in first. When the chicken came out it was to-die-for delicious hot and crispy. After we'd been there awhile and things had cooled down the chicken wasn't nearly so special, in my opinion. You can go really spicy here. But, I am not for spicy at all so I picked "wimpy" and found it just right. As a final note, when my family dined in the tables had servers. We ordered 1/2 mixed - spice level dang hot which was not that hot but it was dang flavorful and chicken was super tender and moist. Next time will level up. We ordered take out. They had dedicated parking spots for takeout order pickups. This place is always very busy as per some of the reviews we read so we had to wait about 15 min after arriving, which wasn't a big deal in hindsight considering the quality and deliciousness that was being served. We have eaten here as a family 3 times now and we love it. We have had the OG sandwich, the chicken tenders, the fried chicken on the bone. The Deviled Eggs are the best I have ever had! The colored greens and broccoli salad are good. The French fries with cheese and pieces of hot chicken are So good. The service is always excellent. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and good drinks also. The hottest level of chicken we have tried is Mo Hot and it is nice and spicy. There pickles are some of my favorite anywhere. Tumble 22 used to be my favorite but this location's chicken has went from the saucy spicy sauce on the chicken to a dry rub. Not what it used to be at least at other locations. if you all do make the chicken saucier and spicier as it used to be I'd be happy to try it again. Slow time for drive thru and I thought it was horridly over priced until I got home and holy moly Batman! That was so much chicken. Will definitely be back to eat at the restaurant but today I was on the way to visit my my dad and take some things out to him so I just picked up food for us on the way. TLDR: Food is good. Customer service is abysmal. I walked in and ordered my food to go. 15-20 minutes after a waitress gave me a sealed bag and called my name. I picked up the food and drove back. They gave me the wrong order (no biggie). I drove back to return it (20 min there and back). I returned the wrong order they gave me and noticed my food was just sitting out in the open. I asked the server if my order has just been sitting there for the past hour to which he offered to check with his manager to remake the food. Enter the manager. Lisa. She starts off asking me if I want the food remade. I said sure. At this point she starts yelling at me saying why I left in the first place. Sure i could have checked if my order was correct, but the waitress literally called my name and handed me the bag. I was about to lose it here so I requested my refund and proceeded to gtfo of there. They processed the refund but it seemed suss so I requested a receipt. Lisa didn't like that. She condescendingly retorted "Check your phone. you should be getting a text any minute now" This threw me off as I hadn't given them my phone number. I waited for 10 minutes, no text. I asked the friendly server and he and took my cellphone number down and assured me I will get a text. Cool. I leave. 10 minutes driving back I get a text. I pull over to get gas and check. Get this, they refunded someone else. They refunded someone else ~$50. I turn back and go back to the store and show it to the server. He takes my phone back to the manager and 30 minutes later I finally get my refund. This time, the text came instantly after the manager processed it. At this point, it was too late into the night to go somewhere else so I just ordered again and took it to go. The food was pretty good. Almost worth dealing with the rude manager. read more
