My best friend and I stopped by for a quick drink while running errands. We weren't impressed and I doubt we will return. The waitress was very friendly, but the smell was awful. We also noticed tons of fruit flies hovering around the cut up fruit to garnish drinks.

First time yo this new bar/restaurant in Ccedar Park, which opened recently... First note, it's more a sports bar than a restaurant. Big screens everywhere and the sound blasting so loud we couldn't even have a conversation at our table 30 feet from the bar. We even asked our waitress if the volume could be lowered, her response "the guys at the bar wanted it louder." Lost a star for that! Not sure we'll return for that reason! Food was good, we like Indian and spicy, so that was a good fit. Spinach/artichoke dip, chicken tikka masala and the hariyali chicken kebabs (think green chili chicken) were all good. Service was OK ... one waitress for the entire restaurant, so service lagged at times. Frozen margaritas were good too, appreciate the Tajin rim! Not much in the way of decor, except for the TVs. Tall ceilings, ventilation showing, no sound absorbers .... Feels like a big room! Very dark also, almost movie theater-like.

New neighborhood bar in the CP Leander area. They have a full bar and a menu that features traditional sports bar bites and surprise Indian such as Tikka and Paneer Butter Masala. There is a great selection of grilled skewer specials too. There is a large U-shaped bar, booths, and plenty of tables if you are bringing the crew. There are also numerous TVs, so you will always have a good seat to watch a game. Service is friendly, and the owner/chef stopped by to ask how they were doing. My Tikka Masala was very good and it had a good spice kick. Plus one went with chickenb wings and they wer fried perfect. They are still working out their just-opening bugs but there is potential here. Oh and your first beer is free!.

We just discovered this restaurant and I thought it was pretty great. Very extensive drink and food menu... Indian/American fusion. Staff was very attentive and the food was delicious.

So my wife and I gave this new place a try....what a mistake!! My " one piece" fish and chips came out burnt while her very small impossible burger patty was loaded with curry spice... yuck!! If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and grab something to eat at the nearby QT Gas station... in other words avoid this restaurant like the plague!!

    Chicken Diablo (8/10). Would recommend.

Would come back again! The menu is a little overwhelming but nothing we had was BAD! It was a solid choice for a random night out.

I placed an online order, and when we got it home, my husband's burger was missing the tomato and lettuce that was on the order. The may seem like not a big deal, but since he doesn't like cheese, and he doesn't like sauce, except mustard, so the lettuce and tomato are basically what keeps this from being a plain burger on a bun. Since I don't live close, it's not like I can just run back up there. My husband said it was fine, but Mooyah is not a cheap burger. Ok, so whatever. But then I got an unsolicited texy survey from them asking for my feedback so I gave it. Shortly I received the attached text saying sorry and have a nice day. I really hadn't expected a response, but I would rather have had none than that weak reply. Like maybe offer a free fry in the app for my next visit, or $3 off the next order...that at least is a gesture that would bring me back to spend $30 again. Disappointing.

When I ordered, the employee gave me a cup. I assumed she rang up a meal, rather than two items, which was fine. I chose a text receipt, so I didn't immediately verify this. When my name was called, I only received onion rings. So yep, she got my order wrong. I pulled up my receipt on my phone, verified it and went to the pick up counter. I explained the problem and was given the chance to reorder the sandwich. Then employee paused and said not to worry about it; she'd get the sandwich out quickly to me. I was fully prepared to pay; I could have caught the mistake if I had checked my receipt. But she decided to take restaurant responsibility for the error and made it right. That's awesome customer service!

Lazy G BBQ Company in Cedar Park is exactly what it sounds like: lazy. For a BBQ joint in Texas,…read morewhere the standard is high, this place is embarrassingly bad. Rudy's BBQ should be the baseline, yet Lazy G doesn't even reach that. I ordered the ribs and brisket, hoping for something decent, but both were far below average. The brisket was especially disappointing--you could see the congealed fat right in the slices (see pictures). Serving meat at the right temperature is BBQ 101, and their failure here made the texture and flavor a cold, greasy mess. The sides weren't any better. The cucumber salad was bland, with just a dusting of dill and no seasoning whatsoever. Adding salt and vinegar should be a no-brainer, but apparently, even the basics were too much effort here. I was excited to try the smoked mushroom side (as a mushroom lover), but it was downright unpleasant. There was zero smokiness, and the sauce tasted like a watered-down BBQ sauce, giving the button mushrooms a soggy, unappetizing texture. The BBQ sauce was another letdown--it tasted like bottled Sweet Baby Ray's. For a BBQ place, using (or at least mimicking) store-bought sauce is the ultimate red flag that they just don't care. Even at $22 for a two-meat plate, the quality doesn't justify the price. In short, Lazy G BBQ Company doesn't just fall short--it doesn't even try. If their goal was to live up to their name, they succeeded; this food is lazy, uninspired, and, frankly, not worth your time or money.

My husband never eats mac and cheese and I'll be darned if he didn't finish my Trashy Mac and Cheese for me that evening! Finally! Some mac and cheese that is actually delicious and creamy. The toppings of brisket, bbq sauce, french onions and jalapenos all stirred together makes each bite a little slice of heaven. WOW! The next morning he said, "I kept telling myself I need to leave a little bit more for Lee Lee but I kept opening it back up and eating more until it was all gone!" Good thing I had my bites right when we arrived at our hotel because I was so hungry. My husband ordered sliced brisket and we lucked out and got a few of the brisket burnt ends. They weren't all "candified" like a lot of the other bbq places serve; but they were smoky and delicious. I also enjoyed the potato salad. We were excited to order the smoked mushrooms but honestly, they could have used a bit more flavor for me. You could just tap the salt shaker and it would have been fine. I appreciated the creative side dish and love how the bbq scene has doubled down on the side hustle! It was cold out so we sat on the enclosed patio that had heaters and were very comfortable. We order a couple of beers and waited for our food. The service was friendly. This was a nice dining experience.

As I was leaving the We Are Blood donor center on Bell Boulevard, I thought "why not check out a brewery I don't visit very often for lunch?" (kids, I am a professional. Don't try this at home--a brewery visit right after dropping a pint is probably not a donor center recommendation for most normal folks). A search on "breweries near me" revealed that this spot was 1 mile away. Winner. Plenty of parking front and side, the taproom was pleasant inside and out. I took a seat at a nearly full bar next to a good group of World Cup (ESP/AUT) watchers. Two big TVs over the bar, in a large taproom/dining area with 5 more, shared with the sort of "built-in food truck" called "600 Degrees Pizza" except it's a proper pizza shop, no wheels. There's a shaded outdoor patio with a bar window, and 5 more TVs, and a covered tent area beyond that, with a play area for the kiddos. Had a Ray Ray Hazy IPA, crisp and cold and delicious NE-style IPA. I walked over to the pizza counter and ordered a slice, considered the slice/salad lunch special but opted for the HH slice special, pepperoni at $5. Minutes later a guy delivered the single largest pizza slice I have ever tried to hold in my hand to my seat at the bar. Apparently they do a 6-cut TWENTY FOUR INCH PIE for slices, so my slice was 75.4 square inches of tasty gooey goodness. Unwieldy, and took some tactical consumption logistics calculation, but I finished every bit--a meal for me, and I was glad I skipped the salad. Very good pie, and VERY filling. One more small beer, from Jester King, as I watched Spain knock Austria out 3-0. Friendly folks on both sides of the bar, good beer, and good food in a nice taproom. I'll be back.

The flavor profile in this one is good... in it you can have fun with detecting caramel, roastiness and maltiness. The beer is smooth and has nice mouthful due to that.
