I am rating the location at 15609 Ronald Regan Blvd in Leander. Pros: There were a lot of fries and tater tots. The fries have a coating. They take Apple Pay Free WiFi is available They have a drive-through and limited indoor seating Lots of outdoor dining space avialable Cons: Each burger consists of two thin patties of meat. They claim 1/3 pound which I'm sure is raw weight. About like the double at In-N-Out, but without the flavor. In fact, mine was on the dry side and had practically no flavor, but it was on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and condiments included (no cheese). They advertise as "100% Angus beef", but when you grind beef it really makes no difference. It was just bland. I added fries, and it ended up being those coated fries that I didn't expect at a gourmet burger place. My wife got tater tots, and they were fine. They gave a lot of the fries and tots, to make you feel as if you were getting your money's worth. Everything is a-la-carte pricing, there are no "combos". So the $6 burger ended up costing me $10.50 with drink and tax. My wife and I got the cheapest burger-drink-fries available and the bill was $22.73 before tip. It's an industrial atmosphere, dark grey walls, high black ceiling, bare concrete floors. Whenever others talked, it echoed in the room. Not cozy or relaxing in the least; a cold feeling. There were exactly 12 parking spaces that were not handicapped. And within this section of the center there is another restaurant and a doughnut shop located, so they all share the 12 spaces. Luckily nobody much was there at 2pm on the Saturday when we visited. If it got busy, you would have to park quite a distance away and walk to the restaurant. I wanted to like this place, but I would not go back there again. They are in the gourmet price range for their burgers which are not gourmet at all. They make them appear less expensive by the a-la-carte pricing to quickly and exponentially raise the price. I love a good burger, and was expecting a lot from the reviews, but I did not realize any value here, bland food and cold atmosphere. It's out of the way for me to visit, so I'll not be back; not here or any of the other restaurants in the chain. read more

Without a question this is the best burger in the Austin area. The burgers even looks beautiful, especially with the brioche bun that they use. Sharks also serves some fantastic breakfast sandwiches! We use to get the tacos until we discovered how great the sandwiches are! Mmm. There is a small seating area inside the corner store where you can sit if you aren't from the area and want to enjoy your food on site. Edit: Owner reached out and apologized. Sharksburger is known for having great quality, if not the best in town. This is hopefully a one-off situation. What happened here? Was this a bad night to order? Placed an online order and picked it up to go. Got home and saw the avocado on both burgers was bad, and completely inedible. On top of that, there wasn't any bacon on the great white cheddar bacon burger. That's two strikes in one order. If this keeps up then we'll just have to go elsewhere. read more

Historically the customer service is great, but I think they're suffering a little bit with a personnel shortage right now so things take a little bit longer than what they used to.
