I left to go walk my dog and came back to my food being ready with some small samples of queso and guacamole to boot. Between stickers and dog talk, Andy served up some great customer service. I really appreciated it, because sadly it's kinda lacking these days. Not here though! The quesadilla looked so appetizing and I could hardly wait to eat it. I had to though, because I needed to jump into a work meeting when I got back home. The quesadilla was well packed and still warm when I got off the meeting. The flavors were sooooo good they perked up my taste buds! I liked the queso which a lot which was nice and creamy and the guacamole was good, it had a nice tangy taste. They rival Cafe du Monde: Please note they are softer with a more pillowy texture, and they are served with a more moderate amount of powdered sugar, which I prefer, but others might not. The 3rd dish was Drunken Spicy Noodles -which was made with Thai Basil and Peppers. I requested the Thai Basil and Peppers be held and advised we wanted no heat in that dish. My husband doesn't tolerate any spice-even black pepper. His dish looked lovely with sauce covered noodles and lots of thinly sliced beef on top. I served it up. There is a small playscape for the kids that is missing the swings. They even have an outdoor stage for bands to play.I would recommend checking them out on social media to find out when they are having bands play or what food trucks are out there since their website seems to be outdated. My dad was worried they would mess with our food and I said I'm not worried b/c I thought they would be more professional. I way underestimated the maturity of those workers. The sandwich was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. These are expensive sandwiches, and I expected better quality and service.
