Just might be some of the best tacos I've ever had. I first heard about TTIE on Yelp, and after trying it for the first time awhile back, I've eaten here at least once per week. The tacos are that good. I could eat the smoked tri tip tacos every single day and not get tired of them! Cooked perfectly, great smokey flavor, and healthy portion size. I like to eat so I usually get 2 or 3 tacos. I always get them on a flour tortillas and pay a little extra to have the cheese toasted on the tortilla-it's so worth it! Great selection of other smoked meats including pork, chicken, brisket, and on occasion they'll have shrimp which is also fantastic. Service is always good and the food truck is located outside of the night owl bar. Plenty of places to sit and parking along the street. Give this spot a try-you won't regret it!!

This place is a great option for the Leander area. It is a unique blend of BBQ and Mexican style tacos. We went for the chicken Al pastor tacos and nachos. The chicken had a very Smokey flavor and the portions were huge. The chips were a bit soggy by the time we got home but they were quality nachos. The chicken thigh Al pastor tacos weren't my favorite but they were pretty good. I think the chicken needed to be chopped smaller as they were huge chunks of meat and it made it a bit more difficult to eat. But good flavor overall. I think I would go with the suadero or carnitas next time. I'm very tempted to try the esquites next time as well. Staff was super kind and helpful ! Great to have another quality food truck in the area.

The quesadilla and nachos are amazing here, definitely will come again. Service was also great, and food came out quick

Pork belly tacos were amazing! I also ordered the nachos with carne asada and they were huge. Location is outside but It's a covered patio with a huge out door LED TV playing sports. They were so quick also I'm huge on flavor and these nachos had a lot of flavor.

    Texas smoked Tri-Tip

Customer service is great, very friendly and helpful. Now that Tri-Tip tacos 10/10 highly recommend. The meat was very tender and flavorful! This is will always be on my order. The nachos! They are not playing about the word loaded, it was loaded. I did get all brisket and it was very delicious. This was my first time and I will definitely be going back hopefully on a warmer day so I enjoy the outside seating.

Came back for their smoked pork belly tacos again but needed to wait for a little while for the smoker. Also got an order of the Santa Rita tri-tip tacos and they were as amazing and delicious. The owner was so kind and gave me a complimentary street corn for the wait.

This is literally heaven in a taco. Highly recommend everything. Staff is amazing which matches the food. Service is SUPER FAST. Honestly I don't think there are better tacos in Texas. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Alex's safe word is pineapple - try it.

Hi hey hello to all my fellow yelper foodies.... Here is a diamond in the rough that is absolutely laced with intense flavors.!! I am not an al Pastor fan however this place murdered these tacos! I wish I could tell you that I was hammered when I ate them and they were good because of that, but the best thing is is I was stone, cold sober and these MF'ers slapped!! I wanted to order something else however, the night owl was popping in this place was sold out, but the Alastor did not disappoint.!! The ambience is fantastic as it is a food truck attached to a great bar. They have an outdoor patio well covered with picnic tables and a big ass jumbo screen showing sports and or special events that are happening.! The owners are operators of the food. Truck were awesome letting us know how the food was prepared and what they do. It was a great conversation and a definite spot. I will absolutely go back to time and time again.!! I appreciate the amazing food. You definitely made me tacos. Take it easy lifer!!!

These are hands down the best tacos ever - believe me I'm from San Antonio. We had a taco sampler platter and I could not decide which was my favorite. They are flavorful and seriously made with love!!! My fav was the Al Pastor & Tri tip taco.

Excellent tacos! I tried the pork belly, pastor, and tri-tip. Think I'll make it a regular stop!!

It can run on the spicier side, but that's exactly how the dish is supposed to be made. We've been back more than a handful of times now, and it hits the spot every single time. I have been wanting to try BKK FOOD TRUCK for quite some time. Since it has been a dismal rainy day…read more-I decided to give it a try. I ordered an appetizer as well as 3 main course dishes since there was 3 of us here for dinner. I ordered Fried Tofu with Peanut Sauce. I must say I've been searching for the texture and flavor of the same dish that I ordered in Houston a few years ago. I've ordered it numerous times but never found one that duplicated what I remember as so very tasty. Well-this time I hit the jackpot!!! It was the exact taste and texture with the perfect peanut sauce accompanying it. It was fantastic!! One of the entre'es was Pineapple Curry. I chose Shrimp as my protein for an up-charge. It came with a good quantity of white rice. It didn't denote a spice level but when I dug into it -there were some beautiful shrimp swimming in a red curry. I felt it likely it would have some heat and it did. The heat came at the back of my tongue but curiously it tasted so good I couldn't stop eating it!!! It had some grape tomatoes (I think) cooked in it. I didn't care for the flavor of those -?over ripe?- There were a small quantity so I didn't let it stop me. I did take frequent sips of my cold drink in between my bites. The second entre'e was Fried Rice with scrambled egg and peas&carrots&onion. My son chose Chicken Breast as his protein. He doesn't eat veggies so I requested they didn't add them. When we examined the dish they had indeed removed them. He was very impressed and said it was delicious. The 3rd dish was Drunken Spicy Noodles -which was made with Thai Basil and Peppers. I requested the Thai Basil and Peppers be held and advised we wanted no heat in that dish. My husband doesn't tolerate any spice-even black pepper. His dish looked lovely with sauce covered noodles and lots of thinly sliced beef on top. I served it up. Sadly, he immediately advised me it was too spicy for him. I took a piece of broccoli & a small piece of beef and sure enough when I ate it there was enough spice that my tongue and mouth got hot & numb from the spice level. It was actually too much heat for me too. I actually looked at the ticket for the order that was attached to the bag and it clearly had indicated no heat, no peppers and no spice for that last dish. I did withhold a star due to that. It was evident that our food was prepared and served hot as it was still quite warm when it was delivered. I felt that indicated good service. I can't really speak to the setting, I am familiar with that area of food trucks, but since we had delivery, it really didn't apply. I definitely would try BKK again, but next time in person as I feel like you can't clearly communicate in an online order regarding specificity to your requirements for your food.

The seating setup is a big win-I really liked the layout and the outdoor eating atmosphere. It gives the place a relaxed, enjoyable feel and makes it a nice spot to hang out and eat. Food-wise, everything was good, but the loaded bacon fries were a bit dry and could've used more sauce to really bring them together. The other items were solid and satisfying. I'm giving it 4 stars-great atmosphere and good food, just a little room for improvement with the fries. I'd still come back and try more off the menu.

There's also a decent play area that I *assume* kids can play on, though it's off to one side and near some camper vans. Brito's appears to be Venezuelan-Texan food, with a variety of burgers alongside brisket arepas and empanadas. For a weekday, they had a steady stream of customers the whole time I was here, though I didn't have to wait long either. The woman taking orders was so sweet and even ran my card out to me when I accidentally left it in the card reader. I ended up ordering the brisket arepa at the recommendation of a regular customer ahead of me in line. Delicious. They make a good brisket, y'all! The succulent meat fusing with latinx influence of the arepa for a result reminiscent of Valentina's taco truck (RIP). I'm not an arepa expert, but it was delicious, and PACKED with the good stuff. No skimping here. It also comes with a salsa that seemed like an avocado sauce...only thing I would change is for the sauce to be stronger, as it was too subtle for me and I like a kick. Can't wait to come back and try the burgers now that I know they can cook a brisket.
