    Carne asada taco

Stopped by on a Friday around 5. Sadly, he was out of brisket and lobster, but we got to try the chicken and carne asada taco. We also ordered the carne asada on fries. All dishes were fantastic. And they are BIG tacos; one will fill you up. The presentation, the sauces that go on each taco. Service was great, and I love that he has outdoor seating with tents for those hot, sunny days. We don't live nearby, but if we are ever in the area, we will stop by to try lobster and brisket.

I wanted to try out Killer Taco for a while now and was finally able to taste their tacos. The first I went to Killer taco, it was already sold out and lunch hour had just started. This time got the tacos during the weekday. The tacos are massive, for me they looked more like burritos. The price is justified by the size. I had the Killer Chicken taco and Carne Asada. The Killer chicken was so flavorful and fresh. Gobbled it down. Carne Asada was good too but didnt compare up to chicken imo. The place is a cool looking food truck in downtown Georgetown. There is a parking lot nearby so we parked there and went to the food truck. They have lobster taco in their which is next in my list to try out.

I couldn't ask for better service and food. We came for breakfast, but I wanted a lunch taco. The gentleman made it for me. Not sure if the coffee truck is separate from the killer taco, but it was nice to have a coffee with our tacos. Glad I finally got to try this place out.

what an amazing taco truck! their tacos aren't necessarily authentic per say but they pack a flavorful experience nonetheless !! when we got there at 3 pm on a sunday, 80% of their menu was sold out except for the fish and shrimp tacos ! to start off. the tacos are HUGEEEE. the tortillas is perfectly crispy which serves a perfect medium for the plethora of ingredients they hold. the fish taco is phenomenal truly - crispy and giant pieces of white fish, pico, and avocado. the shrimp taco was also good but the fish was better. it's the owners favorite for good reason. each table is adorned with 5-7 different hot sauces for you to try and they give free beer at the front which is so nice!! no one else was there when we went but after we sat down, the owner came out and put on some music for us!! it was a fun stop for sure

First let me say that these are not Tacos. More like southwest wraps. I tried the cowboy brisket and the killer chicken. For me, the brisket was no good so I would avoid. The killer chicken has a really good flavor and I would highly recommend it! The owner was super nice and recommended trying shrimp or fish but I was skeptical because we are far from the nearest ocean. Just go with the killer chicken and you will be fine.

The Killer Taco is a fun food truck style spot right off the Georgetown Square with a great location. The portions here are huge and the flavor was very good. I ordered the fish taco and really enjoyed it. The tacos were fresh and very yummy. It is a little on the pricey side for a tacos, but the generous portions help balance that. If you are looking for a a unique, and delicious taco near the Square, this is a solid choice. Service and setup were easy and straightforward, and I would go back again.

If you haven't tried The Killer Taco, RUN. Don't walk. It's officially our new obsession! Hands down the BEST place to eat -- no exaggeration. The tacos are phenomenal, the fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (and the crispiness lasts!), and the portions... THEY. ARE. HUGE. Here's what we've tried so far: Fish Taco -- GIANT, flaky fillets Green Chili Carne Asada Taco Two Step Brisket Taco And on our second visit? We leveled all the way up and ordered our tacos served over a half-order of fries... HIGHLY recommend you try it that way. The ambiance is a whole vibe too -- a cute outdoor seating area with covered picnic tables and a massive lineup of hot sauces so you can spice things up just the way you like. Oh, and for the 21+ crowd... they have FREE beer. Yep. Free. Beer. Dylan is in the kitchen cooking like a legend. 10/10 -- you will NOT be disappointed. Go check out The Killer Taco -- your tastebuds can thank me later!

Wonderful experience, love supporting local business. We have been a few times, our breakfast go to's are the Egg & Bacon and Carne Asada. Definitely try the green salsa. The coffee is also phenomenal. Service is wonderful and the outside seating is inviting and has so many thoughtful touches! This has quickly become on of our go to's!

When they say one taco is big enough for a meal, they truly mean it. I order two tacos for myself and they warned me to only get one, but I'm too stubborn and got both. When I say I was full for the entire day, I was stuffed like a Thanksgiving turkey. I love a food good truck and this spot doesn't disappoint. They have a cooler of free beer and a seating area filled with good vibes. The tacos don't take too long to come out and they are so flavorful. The cook was shocked and happy that I was able to eat both tacos and it was not an easy feat. I struggled beyond belief to finish it but the flavor was so good, I couldn't stop eating it.

    Breakfast taco!

The food was very flavorful and huge! And the free beer was a real deal! Nice little area to sit and eat outside.

Just came from The Killer Tacos, and it was great! Today happens to be their two-month anniversary. The owner was honest and pleasant, and the tacos were HUGE with FREE cold beer until they can get their license. We got the brisket cowboy taco, which was moist and tender, and could beat some of the tacos from BBQ joints. The "Lobster" / Langostine Taco had good flavor too. Meat was plump and sweet. Actually, all of them were bold in flavor. The homemade tortillas were unique and addicting. Turns out, the tortillas are gluten-free and made from scratch. The onion rings were the crunchy and not limp or greasy. A fun part was being able to try all the different bottled hot sauce. They're all different at each table. These aren't traditional tacos, more like Torchy's style but much, much better. They're located right outside the noisy hustle of the square. Looking forward to coming back especially in this good weather!

Easily the best breakfast taco I've ever had. Nice folks working there and warned me the tacos were big. Glad I made the mistake and got two! Brisket was super tender. Tortillas were super fresh and I'm told everything was made with super clean ingredients. Worth more than i paid!

Good value for the price and must be popular because about half the menu was sold out when I got there.

Never had it before but it did not disappoint. The cut is fatty since it's the head but the meat was tender and delicious. Paired with the homemade tortillas and salsa it was a 10 outta 10. The staff was so kinda and I was able to tour where they cook all the meat. The time and effort that is put into making the food is a true work of art. The TENDERISM was so real . I will be back again to try the other cuts since it was so good . I believe they do tend to sell out so the earlier the better .

Or the reviews online but what I received when I got my food was nothing like I thought. Honestly, I love lamb, but if you put a plate in front of me and then tell me what I was eating, I could not give you a description of what it was. The meat had no lamb flavor at all more of like a stewed meat. I unforced got a lot of connective tissue which I had to pick away at. The salsa they had available were very good as well as the handmade corn tortillas. I applaud this family for providing something different than the rest of the crowd. However, I'm not sure I would make a second trip back, unfortunately.
