Don't sleep on this place! Not sure how we've lived in Georgetown for 5 years and just stumbled upon this place today. I believe this is the best Mexican food in Georgetown! I can see weekly meals here- it was fast, fresh, clean and everyone was so nice and friendly!

It's a hole in the wall gem. Great food! The tacos were bussin! I'm just typing to meet the 85 requirement.

Bean and cheese taco. Like bean, singular, with raw shredded cheese.

Had some great dishes and experiences. I'm not big into eggs, so I like to think I'm a bean and cheese breakfast taco Connoisseur. I would say this experience is what I've experienced 60% of the time. The green salsa is delicious, but they unfortunately gave me only red this time. There might be three beans in the taco and a handful of unmelted cheese (see picture). I ordered three and managed to scrape together a decent taco. For $9 with tip. Disappointing when something so simple is done poorly.

I am so incredibly excited to find a legit taqueria in Austin! Being from Houston where they are on every corner it is something I've missed. Everything here is scratch and full of flavor. From the meat to the tortillas to the aquas frescas. Since finding them we've been there at least once a week for dinner with no plans to stop. It's the perfect hole in the wall!

Authentically Delicious!! This place can easily be dismissed or overlooked as it is attached to a gas station just off of IH-35 in a brown drab shopping strip. The small orange sign doesn't draw too much attention either. But if you're lucky enough to find yourself here you're guaranteed to have a truly authentic Mexican taqueria experience! The interior is a bit overwhelming as it's a small room with quotes written all over the walls. The family owned restaurant is run by three daughters who will take your order, get your drinks, bring your food and check you out when you've decided to have enough. Wether your going for breakfast or lunch the menu is filled with delicious options. The food is delivered hot with a smile every time. You should also order an agua fresca (fresh made juice) but if you're not that experimental there are options of Mexican sodas, or the regulars. You may not live in Georgetown but if you've ever driven for BBQ then you should drive for these tacos too! IKEA and the Round Rock Outlets are just a few miles away so keep this place in mind when you're there. You won't regret it!

New go-to place for tacos. I don't know what happened over the last few years since I had been, bur this place really stepped up their game. Always busy, and the line of workers getting stuff to go is always a great sign of value and flavor. Their chorizo is top notch. Their pastor and carnitas are excellent as well. Great prices for tacos on good tortillas. Big selection of plates as well. Always fully staffed. The kitchen can get a bit slammed but food.is usually ready for pickup when they say it is.

We had an early dinner so the restaurant wasn't too terribly busy and the ambience was nice. We could talk to each other without having to speak too loudly. My husband enjoyed watching soccer on the television. Our server promptly gave us menus. Got us waters, chips, two salsas and some guacamole. My husband ordered shrimp enchiladas and I got chicken Flautas and my husband got a strawberry margarita. The food came out hot and quickly. We enjoyed it immensely & the guacamole was fantastic. My husband loved his margarita, but I had to drive home! Ha ha. And to top it off, dinner is very affordable here. Their prices are very good. Our server was Angie and she was amazing. She was very attentive to my meal because she had the knowledge of my food allergies. Our service was so good that I'm going to ask for Angie every time I come here. Since I have to be so careful when I eat because I get horribly sick if I eat any cheese or sour cream, it's nice to be confident that I can eat here without worry because Angie's got my back! She really made a difference in my experience at this restaurant. Thanks Angie:)

Coffee was good and came when I ran low. I ordered the poblano omelette which I thought would be spicier, but it was still delicious! It's a large breakfast, nice crispy potatoes and tasty refried beans. I was a happy man the rest of the day. A few days later, I came back for an early dinner on a Monday. I've been told to not go to restaurants on Sundays or Mondays as that is when the chefs take their days off, but not here. Lots of open tables, chips and dos salsas came quickly . I had the Memos special , which is fajita meat cut up mixed with onions, bell Peppers and jalapeños, I added bacon. Man it was good! I got the Charro beans which were outstanding! As was the rice. It was a great dinner! I'm going to ask for more jalapeños next time....

I mentioned to my wife that these kinds of places often have kitchens and boy we were in luck. The man in charge, Albert, descended on us and started simultaneously asking what we wanted to order AND praising the virtues of his tamales, among other things. But he had me at "Birria". After being introduced to birria tacos by my lifelong friend, Joel, I have been a huge fan ever since. So we called an audible and decided to get an order for takeout (Albert could convince you to buy anything, I think). We got two orders of Corn QuesaBirria Tacos and the Jalapeño Popper Specialty Taco. Both were great and I especially liked the Birria Tacos, even eating my wife's portion... "You going to eat that?" The only reason I gave this a 4 star review was because the establishment had a terrible urine smell as if a bathroom pipe had busted; I understand that they are located in the back of a convenient store and it may have been out of their control. Their kitchen was clean as I was just taking a look around. I just want to make sure us as customers are getting food in clean spaces entirely! Other than that, they have good food.

Mhm I was expecting…read moreso much more than the experience I received during my most recent visit. When I arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, which was strange to me, given the early evening hour and past visits. This place has been jampacked, standing room only. The slogan on the wall "Andamos Al Cien" Is a great goal for the bar area, but on my visit, it fell woefully short. The house margarita was barely drinkable, although the presentation was nice, the actual beverage itself in the glass was something less desirable/drinkable. The bartender commented when I ordered my next margarita, with specific ingredients, he said that should make a much better beverage than what you had the last time. Although, It was better, it was not a a great drink, it was not well balanced, something was off. The food itself, the chicken fajita quesadillas was very average food, and I have to question the chicken fajita component. The chicken did not taste that great and it tasted and appeared to be more like a shredded chicken than a fajita chicken. The flavor just wasn't up to the standard of what I have come to know and expect from a great chicken fajita. Service itself, was OK, but nothing spectacular. The bartender did a decent job of keeping my alcoholic beverage needs filled, but my water glass did not receive the attention it deserved and I had to frequently ask for it to be refilled, when I would expect that your normal server/bartender would see that it was empty and either refill it or ask if it needed to be refilled instead of waiting for me to bring it to their attention Super friendly, bartender, and I have heard great things about their food, so I am thinking I may have just caught them on an off night and will give them another chance. If this place was jampacked like it normally is, I think my experience would have been much different.

This is a very scenic and modern upscale restaurant near the heart of downtown Georgetown. The interior is nicely appointed and understatedly elegant. The inside and outside restaurant and bar areas are expansive but easily outstrip the provided parking. There is also street parking nearby, but don't be surprised if you wind up walking from nearby public lots or garages. I can easily see this place being packed. We had a reservation and were promptly seated and offered water service. As with most Mexican restaurants, there's an expansive menu, so we ordered drinks while we perused the menu. I found the Encantada margarita to be quite tasty, but it was a bit expensive. At $11 for a single serving with house liquors, closer to what we've come to expect locally for a Mexican martini (theirs was $18 with house, $24 with call). That's a bit over-the-top IMHO. We were offered complimentary chips and salsa; I remember the chips to be excellent, and the red salsa just right for my taste, but others remarked that it was too spicy. Our waitress (Paulina) joked that the only thing less spicy was their ketchup. They also have a green salsa, which is even spicier, but that we all skipped. The food menu has a lot of chef-inspired offerings. I tried the Grilled Chicken Tacos (Grilled Chicken, Cilantro, Onion, Fresco Cheese) at $16. I had one on flour and one on corn to taste the difference in tortillas with the same ingredients, along with a side bowl of black beans. I found them flavorful but also on the small side for the price. Additional tacos are $5 each. No rice was offered. This was one of their least expensive plates. We had a great time and our drink and food service was nothing less than excellent, but I couldn't help but come away feeling that, for a check that tabbed in just under $100 (with tip) we should have had a fuller tummy. Would we come back? Maybe. We'll have to explore their other options and perhaps graze more off the appetizer menu; however, less than $5 separate most of their appetizers from their plate dinners. This is a place to go for a culinary and visual experience, not an everyday meal.
