The flavors were on point, meat was well-seasoned, and everything tasted fresh. Friendly service and great authentic music playing. So far, these are the best tacos I've had in Georgetown. First off, the restaurant itself was so beautiful with all of the art inside. I was a big fan. It was just me and one other waitress at the time of me going and she was very attentive and I asked a lot of questions about what else to try etc...and she was very knowledgeable. The barbacoa taco was my favorite, with steak being second and chicken third. We went to San Pedro LIMON for a late lunch today. We ordered the beef fajitas and the chicken and beef fajitas. Service was excellent and the waitress was very nice and helpful. The food reminded me of several Mexican restaurants that we have been to in San Antonio, excellent. The fajitas were el Norteno style with green peppers instead of jalapeños. I asked for some chopped fresh Serrano peppers to up the heat and the waitress brought a small bowl. We will be back for more!! read more

The food has no taste. I absolutely love Mexican food and this will not be a place in which I return. If I have to add salt and pepper to a Mexican dish, it's a deal breaker for me. Lived here forever and been wanting to try this spot. It is always busy when I pass by at lunch but after stopping in, I again will not return. I ordered the 4-Enchilada plate, definitely enough enchiladas but not enough refried beans or rice to accompany. I could have been satisfied with three enchiladas in order to get more rice and beans. The beans are also very thin and look as though they stretch the serving way too thin. The salsa that accompanies the chips is very good though...tastes very fresh. I'm fairly certain my friend got food poisoning from the tacos here. That's the reason for my one star review, but even without the food poisoning this place would have only been worth 2 or 3 stars to me. Regardless of the food poisoning, I wouldn't have chosen to come back. The tacos here are mediocre at best, and overpriced. The barbacoa was dry, and the flavor was not what I'd expect. The al pastor was better, but still not impressive by any means. The rice and beans were also extremely overpriced. A side of rice and beans cost $10. I've had refried beans that were shockingly good, but these were bland. 100% NOT worth that price. We got our food to go and our items were packed so terribly that the plastic bags were coated with juices and our tortillas were soggy. I'm very confused at why this place is rated well. read more

My parents go here all of the time. Service is consistent and the food is good. I personally enjoy their carne guisada. Their salsa is solid, which to me is the hallmark of a worthy Mexican restaurant. Don't come here expecting anything fancy. It is the Tex-Mex greasy spoon in a cramped place with friendly service. Been trying to find great breakfast tacos in Georgetown and sadly the search continues. Between the whiffs in passing and mixed reviews I was curious. When you walk in it smells amazing. The to-go ordering area is a bit cramped..the door to the kitchen is right there to the right and there's coolers both to your left and behind you so there's a rather small space to order. Anyway about the food ordered beef fajita, egg and cheese tacos and while the food was hot and fresh it just wasn't what I'd hoped for. Today, I came into this establishment for the first time with a guest. When we entered the restaurant, we stood at the front for about 15 minutes waiting for a table to open without being greeted. When we were greeted, we were seated at the same table as another party who was still eating their meal. Once we were sat, we were greeted right away by a waitress who took our drink and food orders. Initially, I requested the Chorizo and egg breakfast platter, however it was not available as they had run out of Chorizo (this was only at 11 AM- they open at 7AM). I then selected my second choice which was Migas. The waitress took the order and left, then came back to the table and advised there were no Migas! Ummmmm how hard is it to make Migas?!?! For those folks who do not know, Migas are (In Texas) made with tortillas or corn chips, scrambled eggs, onions and cheese. I then ordered my third choice of Chilaquiles, which was available. The guest I came with ordered the Mexican omelet. When my order arrived, the re-fried beans were cold (this made me sad--single tear), I still ate them anyway as we had now been in the restaurant for about 48 minutes (this includes the time that we waited for 15 minutes at the front of the restaurant unattended). The Chilaquiles were flavorful as were the fresh hand-made tortillas that accompanied them (3.8 out of 5 stars). The omelette on the other hand was outstanding. The combination of the Pico de Gallo, fresh chopped Serrano, diced bacon and onion was excellent. It was served with a side of rice as opposed to potatoes as requested. When done with our meal, we waited at the table for about 10 minutes for the bill to come; it never did. Accordingly, we went to the front to pay and the check wasn't there either sooooooooo we had to tell them what we ordered. I am in love with their tacos de barbacoa (corn tortilla). They make their own tortillas which you can buy packs of, their conveyor belt is visible so you can see the maíz magic happening. I'm from south Texas and barbacoa is the name of the game there, this has seasoning on it so it's different but it's really good. Squeeze some lime, green salsa, and pop that sucker in your mouth. San Pedro Limon was the first restaurant I tried in Georgetown since moving here and I will definitely be back. We came in for breakfast and when we entered they were still making their tortillas for the day. We ordered the Chilaquiles and the portion is huge! If you do not have much of an appetite, I highly suggest splitting this meal. The Chilaquiles consists of fried tortillas, sauce of your choice (we ordered both red and verde sauce), cheese, and an egg. The tortillas tasted very good and you can tell that they were freshly made. Next time we come back, we'll be trying their Menudo or Pozole as they are only available on the weekend. I'm a bit of a Mexican foodie, and so U was hoping a place that had Mexican favorites like Sopes and Tinga would have better tasting food but not a chance. My family was in town yesterday and visited PEDRO LIMÓN as our friend spoke highly about this place. When server introduced herself was kind and friendly. The worst starts after that Food took over 30 minutes to arrive considering it was around 2:30 pm and it was only one table and an other one that just arrived after we already order. Way way too long for 3 dishes Food arrived but to table Sisters order gorditas y huaraches de tinga which they loved it! Homemade tortilla chips are excellent and the authentic salsa is great, not too hot or spicy. We ordered the al Pastor and Barbacoa mix plate along with a Gordita with Fajita meat and it tasted so good. If your looking for street taco's and an authentic place to eat this is it! Come here for an out-of-this-world experience that happens to be located in your world (assuming you live near Austin!). The food here is EXCELLENT. I really wish I had a Mexican place near me that was as fresh and flavorful as this, but you can't have it all. The corn tortillas are made on-site using an industrial tortilla machine. The machine literally takes up a quarter of the dining room space and it means business. I recommend the al pastor (pork) and the campechano (beef with chorizo) tacos. The campechano is key, but it's also very rich and heavy so I got two al pastors and one campechano. Can't go wrong, though. An unenthusiastic meh for this place. I was expecting it to be a little jewel in the heart of Georgetown for breakfast tacos based on other reviews. However, there wasn't anything remarkable about the food. Service was slow and there are no functioning restrooms which is super-not-good when dining with kids. We had to wait forever to pay which was not pleasant with a kid who just drank a whole glass of lemonade. Also, the cashier had trouble returning change and counting money. OMG! Great food and great service! My Fiance and I went there for breakfast. From the reviews, heard they get "packed", so happy they had a table available. At first, did not know if you order at counter, then sit..as they had numbers on stick on each table. But, lady behind the counter, said to pick a table, and they will take our order. My Fiancee was bummed as they did not have a breakfast burrito (his favorite thing to get), so he ordered the omelet. It was nice size with meat of your choice (he had sausage) with tomatoes, serrano peppers and onions. It came side choices, and he had rice and potatoes, then side of tortillas. So, he actually cut up his omelet, and put in tortilla and added the rice and potato. I ordered 3 tacos, chorizo and egg, potato and egg, and sausage and egg. They presented us with two plastic bottles fresh from their inside fridge up front, of a red and green hot sauces. I am glad I tasted it first, as the red was too spicy for me. So, I put the green one on my three tacos. All three were very good! The place was getting filled up as we were there, and seemed like a lot of people got these big soup bowls. I think it was Meneudo. But, even with the place full, the service was still great. The ladies helping all the tables with coffee, and extra tortillas, if needed. The lady told us we go to counter to pay. There, you just tell them your table number. We ordered some tortillas to go. It come in pack of 36, so split up when got home. Oh, and they were still warm! As seen in previous posts by others, they make the tortillas there. You see a guy pushing down the masa into the machine, and a lady putting the tortillas from the machine, in between some already cut tin foil. This was non stop while we were there. I can not believe those two don't get tired after just a couple of hours of doing that. But, to us, the customers...they know, we appreciate it! We will be back to try lunch or dinner! TBH i'm not sure why this place is rated so high. Maybe the quality of Mexican Restaurants is not that great in Georgetown. 1. Terrible ordering system: You walk up and order, they write it on a brown bag, no name or number is given or taken, and no receipt is given. When your order is ready they have to ask everyone what they ordered. It's such a hot mess. Also if your order is wrong or if you're missing something they have to go back through the reel of receipts to see if they charged you for it originally. Ugh, it is so frustrating and unnecessary. Give a number or take a name and give a receipt. How hard is that? 2. The tacos are extremely small and the flour tortillas are just not that good. I was up in the area last week early morning and decided to do some marketing. I'm always a little nervous trying a new place for marketing purposes, but as soon as i pulled up I knew it was just hole in the wall enough! I kick myself for not getting pics, but they actually have a tortilla maker on site!! It was actually cool to watch the lady running the machine! I stayed safe with sausage egg and cheese, and my clients loved them! I also loved the fact that the lady who bagged them put as many sauces as tacos in the bags without me even asking her!!
