Good for a couple bites, but not something you'd want to finish. Definitely had much better Hakka noodles elsewhere in Austin. Schezwan fried rice never came out, but we were still charged for it. They did eventually make it, but by then we didn't even get to try it. Someone got Manchurian Chicken from the entree - still did not come with rice. Goat dum biryani - I only had a bite. It was decent. The one standout was the Chicken Noodles & Fried Rice Fusion. Easily the best dish of the night. Flavorful but still balanced. If I ever come back, this is what I'd order. For drinks, mango lassi was good. Sitaphal (custard apple) shake was okay. Both came in prepackaged bottles, which was kind of odd. You have a bar... why not just make them fresh? Service was rough. The waiter avoided us like crazy. At one point we had to send someone to go find him. To be fair, we weren't the easiest group to deal with, so I'll give him a bit of a pass. Also worth noting, everything except the noodle dishes came out room temp, which didn't help. Overall, just a very uneven experience. They rival Cafe du Monde: Please note they are softer with a more pillowy texture, and they are served with a more moderate amount of powdered sugar, which I prefer, but others might not. I got a picture of the bread pudding (after I ate half). It was also delicious - made with lemon and blueberries - and served warm! Edit: Please note this is a wandering food truck. I would've preferred the spicy salmon but that was ground up instead of whole pieces, which is not ideal. They could've been more generous with the sauces as well. Service and ambiance are fine for a fast casual / takeout atmosphere.

A 2-protein small is usually enough for me, though if I'm really hungry, the medium is more than enough. In the summer I go with the mori soba base, in cooler weather the rice base adds a warm-up to the bowl. You can always order a special and there are lots of options, but the custom bowl line is short and fun and you can mix it up from day to day. It's a tiny place and it's easy to miss at the corner of Bell and Osage.
