I'm Venezuelan and this place definitely delivered!…read more The restaurant is small but nice and very clean. I loved that they offer Venezuelan drinks and natural juices. I went with the passion fruit (maracuyá) juice and it was delicious. I ordered the cachapa with grilled beef and it was amazing, I loved it. It was perfectly cooked, the cheese was delicious and the beef added the perfect savory balance. The service was 10/10, the guy in the front who helped me with the order was friendly and the food came out quickly. You can tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. I already know I'll be coming back to try more items on the menu

I love Venezuelan food, but I've never had a pepito before, so I was so excited to try Tu Pepito…read more The workers are super nice and the lady taking our order gave us a lot of help with the menu. She let us know the tupepito was a popular item, and the sweet plantain was a favorite among people that liked salty and sweet things. So of course we had to order those! I was looking online, and pepitos seem to be more like sandwiches, but the ones here reminded me more of a mix of a flatbread and taco. And it was delicious and so filling! They give a lot of meat and toppings so I definitely think it's worth it. And the sauces are delicious. They provide garlic, corn, ketchup, bacon, chipotle, and cheese sauce so you have so many ways to mix and match and experience different flavors between bites. But my personal favorites were the corn, garlic, and chipotle. I also saw they have cachapas and tequeños on the menu, so will have to try that some time too! They also have burgers but idk if anyone really comes here for the burgers when there are so many other specialized items on the menu.

This is the SPOT. Got recommended to go here for the breakfast tacos and I will go out of my way…read moreevery time from now on to get breakfast here! Best in the area, and I love supporting small businesses. I got their mega taco and split that with my partner. Kept us both full! Food was made to order but wait wasn't too long. Definitely worth it. Good prices for the amount of food they give you. You order at the back of the gas station, wait for your food, then pay at the front register. The entrance doesn't look like it'll have all this amazing food, but trust it and you won't regret it! It's still your average convenience store, but the space was clean and the man at the register was very kind. There are also seats and tables in front of the order counter to sit and wait or enjoy your food. Definitely recommend for breakfast tacos! They also sell tamales and have lunch specials.

Plus they have fresh tortillas! Definitely enjoyed their breakfast items the most such as the breakfast burrito and chorizo egg taco! Also I've liked their barbacoa, chicken, steak and al pastor tacos here too! Never seems greasy! Ask for extra salsa which they have both the green and red variety too!

The burger was delicious and the portion size was really big, my only complaint would be that I requested jalapeños and they gave me pickles after charging me extra for the jalapeño. Nevertheless I returned after hearing many good things about their salads and I was not disappointed. This salad was delicious -- fresh lettuce, tasty chicken, yummy peppers. The service was quick and the waitresses were attentive. Will definitely be returning to try some more menu options but I highly recommend the salad and the burger as well.

We were greeted warmly and seated right away, which is always a great start. Our waitress was attentive and brought out waters quickly. The menu is very reasonably priced, which is a nice bonus these days. I ordered the biscuits and gravy ($6.99), and my son went with bacon and eggs, hashbrowns, and a biscuit. He felt his plate leaned a bit on the greasy side, and after trying his bacon, I'd agree it was slightly undercooked for my taste. That said, the biscuits and gravy were the star of the table. Absolutely delicious and something I'd come back for. The only small downside was that it felt a little chilly inside. Overall, friendly service, great prices, and a standout dish make this a solid spot worth

Also, in Austin we thought all bbq would be good. To our surprise on a Friday early afternoon just past 12 there was a short line. We waited about 25 min instead of the mentioned 2-3 hours. We got brisket, short ribs, & pork belly with jalapeño coleslaw and Mac and cheese. Presentation looked amazing, however, our bbq was lukewarm. Except for the short rib, the meats were not tender and not easy to pull apart or fall apart. Brisket was dry and chewy and the pork belly was cold that the fat was unrendered. Flavor profile of the pork was unique, on the sweeter side but eventually got tired of it as I am not much of a sweet meat person. If the meats were warm and soft, it would have been a good day & prob 4 stars bc the flavor was good, but just short of it being good all together. We weren't a fan of the jalapeño coleslaw, the jalapeño overpowered it. Mac and cheese was decent. I did like their coffee while waiting since this was my first stop out of the airport. You order at the coffee bar.

Love the tender juice beef rib. The flavor profile is great and not too mushy. The beef brisket has a great blend of firmness and juiciness.
