1 lb. Chicken Fajita - A table features Mexican cuisine, including a sizzling plate of grilled chicken with vegetables, a plate of rice with vegetables, refried beans, and a salad with lettuce, tomato, and lime. A person in a pink shirt is holding a fork, and the setting appears to be a restaurant with vibrant decor.

The name has changed but I still enjoy this spot. I had the enchiladas braseros and a Mexican martini. Both were delicious. The family had some fajitas, a kids taco, and a chicken burrito. All happy campers. Finished up with some churros. Service was friendly and helpful and the dining area is clean and well decorated.

Mini Tacos Plate - A person in a white shirt with a logo on the pocket is seated at a table, reaching for a Mexican dish that includes a rolled wrap, chopped vegetables, and a small bowl of soup. The table also has a glass of a light-colored beverage with a straw, a napkin, and a basket of tortilla chips. The setting appears to be a restaurant with a casual dining atmosphere.

I love this place! The food and drinks are great. The staff is very nice and the service is fast. The creamy green salsa is SO GOOD!!!

New name - Los Braseros - formerly known as Guadalajara - nothing else changed. - The image shows the storefront of Los Braseros, a Mexican restaurant, with prominent red and green signage. The facade includes large windows with menu signs and a small seating area with two chairs and two large decorative planters. A red vehicle is parked in front of the restaurant, and the business hours are visible on the door. The sky is clear and blue.

Guadalajara is now Los Braseros. The name on this page needs to be updated. Same restaurant, same menus, same drinks, same decor -- even the window paintings have not changed. It's just a new name for this restaurant. My husband and I have been here a number of times, mostly during colder months for the tortilla soup, or to pick up tacos because it's so close to home. Today we came for breakfast. We were underwhelmed. The food was lacking in flavor... BUT they did bring 3 giant squirt bottle of salsa to the table which really does make up for it -- we were able to load up on fresh salsa to complete our meals. Since we normally come during the holidays or just for pickup, we don't have much experience with the service and today was a disappointment. The waitress misheard water as tea, my husbands coffee was served only with dairy-free FLAVORED french vanilla creamer disposables, and we sat for a very long time waiting to pay our bill and leave -- once they noticed we were ready to leave, we were given a dollar amount and asked for a card at the table for instant charging. It's nice that they have modern devices, but the customer should be able to see the bill first, especially when the prices go up after 11am, and we ordered at 10:40 but paid at 11:30. I asked for an itemized receipt after paying, but never recieved one -- I was only given a copy of the payment receipt, showing only the subtotal, tax, and our payment information. Upon leaving, I went to take some photos so I could show that Los Braseros is just a name change -- same business as Taqueria Guadalajara... and to my dismay I noticed the red sign outside the entrance showing that Williamson County gave this restaurant an UNSATISFACTORY health rating from code enforcement. Hopefully they are just waiting for a re-inspection date? I frequent the JuiceLand next door to this restaurant several times per week, so I will check to see when/if their rating improves. Until then we won't be back.

Great local tex mex place. Waitress was fast, helpful and polite. Food came out fast and I have been here multiple times and every time the food has been delicious. Great assortment of salsas and they serve breakfast all day. I will definitely be back.

I love this hole in the wall diner- wait staff is quick to take your order and deliver. I always opt for the migas plate with extra pico-they don't put cilantro in theirs so for me, that's the gold standard. I also get ranchero sauce on the side. So yummy- their coffee is also a favorite, especially if you like a little chicory.

Christmas Eve lunch with my Husbae before we start cooking Christmas dinner. Who wants to cook hungry ‍. My hunny ordered Steak and shrimp fajitas and the portion was bananas. So much yummy food. Great flavor and very authentic. I ordered Bistek al last mexicana which was even better. I highly recommend stopping in this little spot , gabbing a margarita and a meal. The service is amazing, food is great as well.

Chilaquiles with Carne Asada

My family and several friends have been eating at Guadalajara on a regular basis for years. The service has always been great. I have never gotten any dish that was not top of the line. My favorite breakfast item is the Chilaquiles and Carna Asada with green sauce. The serving is large and very flavorful. Their salsa is fresh and on point. Guadalajara will continue to be on 'My Keepers List'.

Small, but well-stocked service bar

Guadalajara has a nice variety of high quality tacos and plates available from early til late. Sometimes I sample the menu widely and sometimes I go boring-mode and get a metric shitload of bean and cheese tacos with fresh diced onions and jalapeños on the side. "Boring" bean and cheese tacos pop when slathered in delicious homemade salsas. Regardless of the selections, I overbuy out of respect for future me. The efficient and friendly staff serves a fun, diverse and loyal clientele. You can tip in cash or on your card. If you enjoy the occasional cold one, they have a small bar that makes the brief wait for food even more pleasant. No bar seating, but they serve beer and mixed drinks to your table. There are so many great businesses in this area and Guadalajara is a N 620 stalwart.

tampiquena (beef steak with mushrooms with chicken enchilada, rice and beans) - A plate of Mexican cuisine includes seasoned rice, refried beans, sliced avocado, melted cheese, and a beef steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions. The dish is served on a white oval plate, with the ingredients arranged side by side, highlighting traditional Mexican flavors and presentation.

Best Pastor tacos in Austin! Attentive staff and although the name has changed they are consistent with the quality of food they present.

I've driven by El Alma many times being in the Austin area, but I never went until last Thursday, and after surviving a brief monsoon, I was glad to get a few drinks and eat some good TexMex with my large party just before a wedding. The best way to describe El Alma is that it is TexMex that is Austinified. Everything feels a little more unique and special than your classic TexMex options. I started off with a Mezcal Margarita that put a little hair on my chest and got me going. My group ordered two of their Nachitos, which were these nice nachos. For my main entrée, I got 3 Al Pastor tacos on corn with a side of their rice and beans. Their pastor was served with pineapples, onions, and cilantro with limes on the side. They were great and I immediately crushed them all. I thought their rice and beans were pretty good as well and a step above the typical TexMex rice and beans. The server was pretty attentive throughout our whole visit, and I honestly have no complaints about what they had to offer. Pricing on the meal and drinks was pretty standard for Austin, and I didn't think anything really took me out of the experience. On top of that, for being in Barton Springs, there is quite a bit of parking. I would love to come back at some point in the future and hang out on their rooftop bar because that seems like a lot of fun. Shoutout to El Alma for being a TexMex oasis saving me from the MoPac traffic. RIYL: TexMex, but better than your average

I have not found a taco place that was phenomenal until I tried this place! The vibes take you back to Mexico with authentic tacos served simple, straight forward, and let the taco speak for itself! We were downtown for a concert at the Moody Theater and were hungry so we decided to walk a short 9 mins to Taqueria De Diez! The best decision made! Full disclosure... the establishment is located down a very DARK creepy alley (the kind in the movies where you shouldn't go down to get) but after overcoming that fear... this will be the best decision you make! Your tummy will thank you! Follow the outside "TACO here" sign. Go through the door and walk straight... this will get you through the line. Lucky for us on a Saturday night at 10:30pm there wasn't a super long line. We managed to grab two seats to chow down our tacos. You will be able to see the chefs cook the carne asada on the grill and the Al pastor on the spit roast being cut to be put in tacos. The smell was amazing and you know you're at a legit place! Ordering: -Check out their menu while waiting in line so you know what to order when it's your turn. -place order at register. They accept visa, Mastercard, Venmo, cash, but does NOT accept AMEX. - grab your drinks if you purchased some. Mexica soda, horchata, jimicama drinks, water , etc - give your ticket to the expeditor and tell them to go or dine there. The expeditor will ask you cilantro, onions, and salsa on a taco? Say yes. It's a must. The expeditor will tell the chefs to assemble your tacos. (I'm seriously so impress with how efficient and quick their service goes. We waited maybe 5-10 mins and got 5 tacos and chips/salsa. There was about 8 ppl in front of us but the lines go quick. If you ordered chips and salsa then you will get the chips from the cashier and the salsa from the expeditor. * 1 Al pastor taco on flour 4/5: love the fresh pineapples on it! The Al pastor had crispy pieces and was super tasty! It was really tasty. There were pieces of meat that was dry but the salsa helped and pineapple. Season was really good! I was in awed with how tasty it is! Definitely best Al pastor in ATXi had! * 1 Campechano on flour 5/5: wow best of both worlds! I had this taco second and loved the combo flavor! Juiciness of the carne asada and crispy frol the Al pastor. * carne asada on flour 5/5: juicy perfectly seasoned and love the green sauce on it! Sauce was creamy and paired well with the taco. It was so so freaking good! The flour tortilla is super thin and let the meats stand out. Loaded Smokey taco and was differently the best carne asada I've ever had! After trying the carne asada I definitely think it's better than Al pastor! I'm glad I tried the Al pastor taco first before the carne because I think the carne asada would have outshine the Al pastor if I had it first. It was a great end to the last taco! * 1 VOLCAN- couldn't try because it was sold out * chips and salsa 4/5: chips crispy and not oily. Salsa was super spicy but good. All tacos come with onions cilantro and salsa with no additional cost. Overall do I recommend this place? I truly wish I tried this place 5 yrs ago when I moved to ATX! I truly highly recommend this place! Do not wait 5 yrs to go try this place or you will be full of regrets! It's a simple taco but made right with complex balance and flavors! I love love love it and now will be thinking about these tacos! Highly recommended! Prices are reasonable and the tacos are made with love!

We all ordered drinks and asked for water at this point. The water was brought, but we waited and waited for our drinks.
