They will add salsa to the taco before closing it up. I went with the green sauce since it's spicy. The taco definitely filled up my belly. The green sauce definitely packed the heat I was looking for. The Pittmaster was the highlight of the show. It has more flavor due to the brisket compared to the carni taco. The carni taco has pieces of bacon. I mainly tasted the egg and potato more than the sausage/bacon bits so that is why the Pittmaster was better.
