As a foodie and baker, I absolutely LOVE finding fun ingredients, seasonal treats, fresh flowers, and all the little hidden gems throughout the store. The energy is always so welcoming, and the employees are genuinely kind and helpful every single visit. I could honestly spend hours walking every aisle because there's always something new to discover. From unique snacks to frozen meals that actually taste homemade, everything feels thoughtfully picked out and affordable too. I live much closer to the Trader Joe's location on Walter Seaholm. But, it's a nightmare with parking, traffic (inside and outside of the store), etc. We have a monthly trip to TJ's for all of our faves (Speculoos all-day, everyday...cookies, cookie butter, & ice cream---give me everything Speculoos). We buy certain seasonings and oils only from TJ's as well as cheese and other items. If I list them all, you'll get bored. I absolutely never leave Trader Joe's without fresh flowers for our apartment. It's a TJ ritual that dates back more than a decade for me. Heck, way back in the day (over a decade) when visiting friends in L.A., I would always get flowers for their places from TJ. Anyway, back to the reason you're reading this-you want to know my thoughts on the location and nothing more. So, as I mentioned I don't like the other store for reasons of chaos. This store gets super busy too but parking is much better since there's a decent lot. It's easy to navigate through the store and get to all our favorite things. Service is always typical TJ friendly. Happy and with smiles. Products and shelves are always in stock and filled. Extremely clean store. Do you believe in divine intervention or kismet? After looking at several sources of flowers, I decided to purchase a dozen roses at Trader Joe's today to distribute to the senior ladies I visit at an independent living center. While standing in line I struck up a conversation with a couple behind me. The wife had 4 flower bouquets in her arms and her husband had two. I said you guys must be getting ready to go on a flower distribution run. The husband said they are all for my wife and this less than she normally receives on Mother's day. I then said, "Wow you are a great husband!" When it was my turn to pay, the husband said to me that it was so nice of me to give flowers to the seniors that he was going to buy another dozen for them for me to distribute. I was actually a bit stunned because no one has ever been so spontaneously generous. So I grabbed both bouquets of flowers and headed to the independent living center. Because many of the seniors were visiting with their families, only two seniors were there today. So each one got a dozen roses each for Mother's Day. One lady said she had no children and she would not have received any flowers on Mother's Day. Was it divine intervention or kismet? You decide. I was blown away by the circumstances. I can't say enough about Trader Joe's. They deserve 5 stars for several reasons. A lot of unique and specific items here. Their oat creamer zero sugar for $1.99 is a recent discovery and a winner. Love their Japanese Fried Rice in the frozen section - I think this is the best fried rice out there. Love their spice rack as it's usually under $2.50. The Mozz Sticks rock. The French fries rock. The Garlic Butter Irish Potato chips rock. Their frozen thin green beans rock. Their TJ's Cookie Butter is phenomenal. Their Coffee Lovers Expresso Beans rock. The Goat Cheese Onion Ravioli rocks. And I can go on and on but you get the idea. New items I just discovered- their fall lineup with Pumpkin Cake with frosting, the Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream, Salted Brownie Bites, Ketchup Flavored Lattice Poto Chips. The Wicked Good Mini Chocolate Bars are really wicked good. Always something new and exciting to try. And they are so cool on returns and exchanges if you don't like anything. No problems, no worries. Customer service here has always been consistently great. Never ever had a bad experience. I only wish they would bring their coffee samples back, but that's about it. Great store, as are most TJ's. They're well stocked, organized, and clean. They have tons of employees which is great because they're typically quite crowded. The employees are always friendly when they help check you out. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a challenge and there are no cart return stations in the parking lot. read more

Love TJ. Wish there was one closer to my home, but this is the closest. Parking can sometimes be a headache. If you're like me and hate massive crowds, avoid the weekends as much as you can. Maneuvering through the aisles is a nightmare when 500 people have a cart, and are trying to get behind you or around you in such a small store. Go later at night. Or maybe really early. Apparently, this is the BUSIEST Trader Joe's in the whole the state of Texas according to the people who work here. I can see why. Come here on Saturdays and Sundays and get a load of this. That parking lot and those aisles inside the store: DRAMA. They have everything at this location and they keep it stocked well. Ignore both the impatient and rude customers who bump into you and cut your car off when trying to park and you'll be just fine. But seriously...they stay stocked up on all of the latest TJs offerings and have the kindest and most patient of staff no matter how busy it gets. read more

Some of my favorite of their products are the garlic hummus, dark chocolate peanut butter cups, mini carrot cake, snickerdoodles, and the Trader Joe's talkies. And, if you don't fall in love with any of these, I am sure you will find something that suits you with the constant arrival of new Trader Joe's products! TJ's is a little piece of heaven and I am finding myself coming back here weekly. I'm a little bummed I haven't been coming sooner, but I'm here now! Not only are prices superb, but they have such a wide variety of offerings. Their fresh produce, florals, proteins, and just about everything is way below cost compared to other grocery stores. A few of my fave items from Trader Joe's are their chicken soup dumplings, frozen edamame bags, belgium chocolates, asiago cheese dip, roast beef, garlic hummus, and gnocchi. Let's be honest they have so many things that it's just about hard to not fill up your grocery cart with everything lol I'll be a fan of Trader Joe's and yes if you do freeze their food and put it into a freeze bag with ice packs, it will travel well on a non-stop flight to El Paso for your family. read more

Can't beat the prices and unique finds in adorable packaging at Trader Joe's. I like that a lot of the products are in smaller sizes, like the Elderflower drink and coconut water yuzu comes in sets of 4 instead of 6. Even though my cart is always filled I never miss on my absolute favorite things to get which are the drinks, the Indian and Middle Eastern frozen food options, the hummus (especially the garlic one), cheeses (as someone from WI I can say this is a great range of selections in top quality for a grocery store in TX), and the bakery (especially the chocolate baklava). I look forward to seeing what their seasonal options are every visit. I try to only come Early early early, especially on the weekends because it gets super busy with lines outside and the parking lot is shared with multiple other businesses and people drive horribly in this area. We usually try to get there about 8:30 on weekends because by 10am it's starting to get jam packed and can be difficult to browse. My go-to Trader Joe's. I could go on and on about all the delicious, unique, and fun food finds but what I really want to highlight is their level of customer service. Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful, regardless of the time of day and even when it's a busy holiday. The workers go out of their way to show you where an item can be found and today was no different. I failed to get their names but two gentlemen were kind enough to search in the back stock for a noodle that showed in stock but was still buried amongst the recent delivery. They weren't able to find it and were super apologetic but I was so grateful that they went above and beyond. Thank you Trader Joe's employees! You really are the nicest people! The affordability of literally everything is what makes Trader Joe's so fantastic. The wide variety of snacks, produce, wines and cheese. The CHEAP FLOWERS!!! You can literally make someone's day with a $6 bouquet of the most beautiful flowers all because of Joe. I am a California girl at heart, and Trader Joe's is my happy place! I wish there were more locations up north, but I make a trip down to the arboretum location from Cedar Park at least once a month to stock up on all my favorite goodies. TJ's produce is of excellent quality, and they offer a great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables! I love their ready made salads and bread selection as well. My daughter loves their flavored yogurt cups. Favorite things to grab: - frozen Indian food, chicken tikka masala is my all time favorite item! - cowboy quinoa frozen burgers, YUM! The seasonal items are always so fun to try and the floral options are the best of any grocery store in my opinion, I always grab 3-4 different flowers to create a bouquet. The service is always so great, the staff are super helpful and kind! The only downside is it is always CROWDED if you go in the afternoons or on weekends. Good luck finding parking, you may have to lap around the parking lot a couple of times. For that reason, I aim to go on a weekday morning when I'm able to. read more

Stopped here on Sunday and the line outside was long!!! There were bright x marks to stand so you are socially distanced. The line moved quickly thankfully. As you approach the entrance, they will spray your hands with antibacterial spray so you can grab a shopping cart. The store was clean and everything organized. Shoppers were actually courteous and would wait if you were in an area they needed to get into. I found okra chips, Jerk Plantain chips, Ghost pepper chips, green onions and some other goodies. The checkout line was organized. You stand back as the cashier rings up everything and bags up your groceries. They will call you to move forward when you're ready to pay. I was able to find most of what I needed but the crowds have made it a bit claustrophobic if you just want to look around rather than jumping grabbing something and leaving. *THEY ARE TAKING COVID SERIOUSLY* Before this last year, I had only visited a Trader Joe's a handful of times. Recently, I've found myself going on a nigh monthly basis. (I was raised in Texas so H-E-B will always be my first love). There is just something magical about Trader Joe's. Today, I made a casual joke and random employees chuckled. Not in that "I'm only doing this because you're a customer" way, but in a way that made me think they are just relaxed and in a good mood. The employees are just so incredibly friendly. Their fresh foods are of a high quality. One thing I appreciate is their premade and frozen meals. I always pick up a bag of their beef and broccoli and their orange chicken. AND THE WINE!!!
