I had a buy-one-get-one smoothie coupon for Fresno Grill, so I decided to try them out. They're a little hard to find, located in a plaza a bit far from the main road, but they had plenty of parking in front. Upon walking in, we saw that they closed at 9pm. We walked in at 8:40pm, and they still happily took our order. We looked at the available smoothie options and told them what we wanted. I went with the Blue Lagoon, and P2 opted for the Peachy Pop. From ordering to receiving our smoothies took about 5 minutes. We hung out in their dining room while we waited, which was clean and inviting. We noticed that they had outdoor tables and chairs, which we assumed they put outside during the daytime. They happily took our coupon without any questions. When we received our smoothies, we were excited to try them. Both smoothies were tasty for what they were, and at a BOGO $7, we thought it was a great value. However over time, we noticed that the smoothies didn't have any fruit, didn't taste fresh, and seemed like there was too much artificial sugars added. We couldn't pin point what the cause was but the smoothies kinda taste like popsicles that we bought from Randalls in the past. So did they buy popsicles from a grocery store, then blend them to make the smoothies? We're not entirely sure. That said, we thought the service was good and the workers there were friendly. But for the quality of the smoothies, we probably wouldn't return here.

We tried out this new location today, and maybe they'll find their groove. Some tasty flavors. The restaurant inside was very clean, and the service friendly. They admitted they were understaffed for the day and still working things out (no soda machine yet, finding their workflow for prepping in a timely manner, etc). A few suggestions, it would be great if they could include what comes in their entrees on the visible wall menu. We found that we were charged extra for rice and beans for burritos and bowls. There is a whole buffet of additions for entrees, but we didn't know what came with the price of the meal. Needless to say, we were a little caught off guard to see the $2.99 charge for rice and beans when the first question asked when we ordered a burrito was what kind of rice we wanted. Same for our bowl. Ironically they didn't charge for either of those ingredients when my daughter asked for them on her tacos ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Pricing wise - they also need to have a cohesive system - the on the wall menu for certain items was not what we were charged for (for us the hummus was listed as $2 and we got charged $2.50). Speaking of tacos - they used the same amount of ingredients for each taco that they did one burrito. Probably need to work on portions for each dish so they are consistent and make sense. Alas, the meat was completely unseasoned - for both the steak and the chicken. My hubby got the garlic spicy chicken and said it was "nice, not thrilling, but nice." I would also recommend having at least two people running the back so that things were ready to go a little faster. I love the "cooked to order" mentality, but when one person is running back and forth to prepare steak and falafel, and also work on the quesadillas and tacos things get missed. I ended up with a super generous portion of falafel...that were unfortunately cold. I didn't ask to have them reheated because by that time there were people behind me, and we had already been waiting 30 minutes to get our food. The kids quesadillas we ordered were not edible as the cheese was mostly unmelted. Many of the ingredients on the buffet also looked store bought. Like they straight up dumped a bag of pre-shredded cheese into a container to use as needed. I feel like this review may be harsh, but I also think they may need to rethink some things to get off the ground. Best of luck I guess.

What a fantastic spot! We'll definitely be back to try the fresh smoothies next time. We were way too stuffed this round! We both ordered street tacos and they were incredible. The Korean BBQ was absolutely next level, and the steak was cooked fresh to order. So many great topping options to choose from, too. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Huge thanks for the military discount, we truly appreciated it. Can't wait to come back!

Cool place. Though the place is tiny they managed to make it warm, welcoming, even a bit cozy. The owner and staff are very outgoing and friendly. I had a breakfast burrito, it was generously portioned and quite tasty.

Fresno Grill is better than Chipotle's. I had the spicy chicken burrito. Excellent choice of veggies as burrito fillings and unique sauces.

I did ask to try aleida's sauce, which many people liked on yelp, but we liked their green sauce the most! Overall, very cute and colorful restaurant; loved all the decor. The outdoor patio, where we sat, was covered and nice, until it started pouring hard outside. Not a super authentic latin restaurant. No complimentary chips and salsa. My taco wasn't worth more than $5, tbh, and we paid close to $9..given it was shrimp, but we've had much better shrimp tacos elsewhere for less. I wish I had a photo of my poor taco, but I totally forgot to take a picture :/

The corn is a thicker style to where there is a subtle taste of Masa. The flour is LIGHT and I absolutely love that and so does my tummy. Unfortunately I got full and didn't get to try the tamales and gave them to a family member. (They looked good though.) I'll be honest and say that my partner had come here before and ordered a pastor taco and I took one look at it and couldn't get myself to eat it. It looked inedible. But based on this experience alone I would most definitely come back for the barbacoa alone! I'll try to get to the tamales next time. Let's start with the small menudo. If you don't like spicy menudo then this might be up your alley…read more As for me I was looking for spicy in every bite and never got it. Something that was very different about this menudo was that is was entirely meat and broth/juice there was 0 sign of hominey which is something I've never seen before. I love for my menudo to have lots of meat and some hominey but the fact that there was absolutely no hominey made me unsatisfied. I give the menudo overall a 3.5/10 I probably won't get that again here. The flautas were a 10/10 they were perfectly crispy all around, the meat was seasoned and the flautas definitely had a great portion of meat. The chicken flautas came smothere in cream and queso fresco as well as lettuce and tomato which all tasted fresh and went really well with those. The red and green salsa were really good and flavorful. The red one was much spicier than the green both complimented the flautas. Fruit cup was good and made fresh to order. The carne asada burrito with potato's and cheese was HUGE, very flavorful, a hint of spice and had lots of meat! 9.5/10 highly recommended only thing that could've brought it to a ten would be if the potatoes had some sort of crispiness to them, they were super soft and I prefer a crust-like outer layer on my potatoes. Beans were good, love that they put cheese in them just like my family does. The rice was good, I did add a little salt to it but overall good. The staff was sweet and patient, I came in with my two toddlers and they interacted with the staff and enjoyed their food
