She gave us cups, but then told us the restaurant did not have tap water. I explained that if the bottled water was not complimentary, I did not want to pay for something that most restaurants provide for free, it's the principle, all restaurants will at least have tap water. We decided to keep only one bottle, and it turned out that the first bottle was complimentary after all.
