The Oscar's is a fun show to watch! Just like Super Bowl, you need Oscar's food. Our food of choice was chicken wings and French fries. My husband went to Winsgstop to pick up our goodies. He said our order was ready when he c arrived and processing was quick. We got bbq and plain wings with bbq sauce and salad dressing. The wings were crispy on the outside and most inside. The French fries were tasty. However, they appeared to have been frozen as there a great deal of fry crumbs and shorter fries. We did like that the fries weren't great. My friend chalks up Wingstop, so I finally ended up giving it a go. But honestly, after this experience, i'm quite ok with this being my last as I think a 2/5 is generous (I generally reserve 1/5 only for food poisoning). I've never been served "fresh" food and had it come out lukewarm. But that's what I got at this Wingstop. Somehow, my boneless wings order was barely warm despite coming out 30 minutes after ordering, fries were super soggy and the corn was also mush. Boneless wings, we got the cajun, hot honey and garlic parm. The garlic parm was easily the best of the bunch but they're super bready but at least got crunch. The hot honey one had the texture of a glazed pecan surprisingly. The cajun is not blow your head off hot, but definitely made for mushier wings. The fries are soggy and oddly sweet, which was weird. The corn is just mush and salt. My wife analogized this to cafeteria food....and i would argue I've been to some cafeterias in college that were better. Maybe it's just the location and maybe I'd try again with bone in wings but at least price ain't bad. read more

Not only did the manager Nancy insist on redoing my order but she was so very kind and understanding that I had to stay later to assist with the closing out work successfully. I love Wingstop, but this location is run by outright criminals. Placed an order online for delivery, hours before they closed so timing wasn't an issue. After roughly 90 minutes with zero communication, the restaurant canceled my order blaming the delivery service. Except a driver had been assigned, the delivery service confirmed they didn't have any issues and that wingstop had canceled multiple orders that day out of the blue. When I tried to call, i was put on hold for over 10 minutes, repeated calls went to voicemail. The kicker, the credit card charge ended up still being processed. They LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY AND PROVIDED NO SERVICE. Stay away from this location, the management and employees here are straight up thieves. read more

Trays of trash left on tables from customers, only 1 trash can no designated location for used trays. They have no sanitizer wipes barely have napkins I roll to be exact. Got my online order wrong, funny cause when I went to pick up my order there's 6 people in the kitchen and not one caught the mistake of 10 wings going out the completely wrong flavor. Wingstop, for a chain, does pretty good wings. I like their boneless wings, especially their BBQ and Hawaiian ones. I also liked how they used wax paper to separate the two different flavors of boneless wings. The fries are above average, albeit needing to be a bit crispier. But they're even better with Cajun seasoning. They also have iced tea and there are freshly cut limes at the beverage area. So, you ask me why there's only three stars for pretty good food. Reason number one. Speed of service. It moves at a glacial pace. 20+ minutes to get my dinner. Reason number two. Filthy restaurant. I could not count the number of tables that were covered in trash. (Of course, there's also no trash cans, which means the restaurant is relying on their staff. As others have noted, there's zero sense of service or urgency to the service here.) Ok so during this covid I have found few places to order food from. And Wingstop is one of them. I would order dominos and wingstop since they are both on the same side of the freeway. This time wingstop L's wings quality wasn't good at all. Flavor was there but chicken was cold/frozen inside. That just can't happen. No excuse for that. May be they need to use less batter so that wings can get cooked inside well. It was a deal breaker. I even left review for them online but never heard back from anybody from wingstop. Service was a bit slow but very friendly. This location is right off the highway service road so it is easy to find! The inside was very clean and had quite a bit of seating.
