Disgusting overly salted food & COLD FRENCH FRIES. & whoever the cashier during the evening shift is (the chubby guy with glasses) likes to argue over food not being fresh instead of accommodating the customer for the inconvenience... he told me that it is NORMAL for my (supposed to be fresh fries) to be COLD after 10 minutes. Every time I eat from this location I get cold fries I can literally bet on it. I showed up 15 minutes after I ordered when my order was supposed to be ready in about 20 I obviously got there 5 minutes early & he said my order was next so I waited not even 10 minutes in my car for my order & when I got back home (in about 5 mins) my fries were cold & did NOT taste fresh at all. They probably just make fries & let them sit there to hurry up & get orders out. & then the picture of this chicken speaks for itself. Ordered delivery for lunch and while sitting by the door waiting was informed it had successfully been delivered! We heard nothing, watched and saw nothing... Was told by customer service the delivery driver had "knocked 3 times and left it on the doorstop". We then proceeded to walk down our entire block looking for our 'confirmed' order. At the end of the street, we found the delivery driver (whose only job is to deliver to the correct address) had left it at a random door about 8 houses away from ours. Great service Wingstop! When I got to my house all my large ranch spilled in the bag & the wings weren't great at all I've been to other wingstops but this one isn't great would rather go to the one in round rock or Pflugerville! If I could give no stars I would! AJ the general manager at this location has the worst customer service I've EVER experienced! I initially ordered over the phone with Aj who advised it would be one hour 1/2 wait.. My husband arrives within ONE HOUR and sees our food just sitting out getting cold. They told him when he got there it had only been sitting for a couple minutes however he did a temp check on the fries and they were COLD! Not warm COLD. He asked for corporate's number because the way he was being spoken to about his order being cold as if it's his fault and he was given an "estimate" lol One of the employees began writing corporate's number and AJ snatched the paper out of his hand and says my husband can write it himself or look at the wall lol. As I'm waiting for my online order, I witness another customer state he was there to pick up his order that was supposed be ready at 4 p.m. The employee (older male) replied in a sarcastic tone, "Sir, its 3:55. Pretty disappointing. Wingstop used to be my favorite wing spot. So much so, that after eating pluckers the day before, I had to prove to him that Wingstop was better. It turns out I was wrong. I asked for extra well done, the wings were soggy. I tried heating them up more at home and even that didn't help. The manger was rude when I asked if they gave military discount. I spent over 30.00 on wings that will for sure end up in the trash. Not only will I never go to this location again, I'll never go to this franchise again. I had never tried Wingstop before, but this one is close to home and I like wings, so I gave it a try. Never again. There were 4 people "working," but only in the loosest sense of the word. There was a very unwelcoming individual operating the cash register and 3 people standing in the kitchen area behind him staring -- not sure at what, but lots of staring. Ordered wings to go. Waited about 20 minutes for the order to be ready, which was pretty remarkable given there didn't seem to be any orders ahead of mine. Don't know if the other employees were too busy staring to do any cleaning, but the dining area was nasty. Made me concerned about how clean the kitchen could possibly be. Got the order home and instead of boneless wings, they had given me bone-in wings. The wings were at best mediocre. I'd say I'm not going back, but with this level of product and sub-par service, I can't imagine they'll be there much longer. I went around dinner time and it was pretty busy, and it looked like they were a little under staffed so it was a little slow, but the man who took my order told us that from the get go. When I arrived there was a single person on the register who was on the phone and didn't even bother looking up. So I wait. My new go to wing place in North Austin! I've ordered a few time now and only had 1 mistake, which they caught right after I left and went above and beyond to fix it. I always go for the extra crispy option as well when I order, which keeps everything from getting soggy on the trip home. Faves are lemon pepper, HOT and mild for the kids! The veggies always are fresh and are a good size unlike other places. Won't say no names!!! Also because there were delivery people (grub hub, door dash etc) there that the employees were yelling at, I somehow got yelled at as well for just asking if they had my order(again I had been waiting 40 min). I never really write reviews especially not bad ones but this was my first experience at this brand new location and I've gotta say I'm really disappointed.. I ordered to go online and when I got my order the bag was covered in grease. The fries were in the bag upside down, cold and soggy, the ranch had leaked out all over the box, and when I opened the box with the wings it looked like they were just thrown together and were cold as well. When I got there they were not busy at all and I waited for my order for about five minutes so I don't understand why the order was just thrown together and already cold when I got it. I'm in the service industry so I know sometimes we have bad days and I'm pretty understanding but I was hoping for a little bit of a better presentation/ experience considering this location has only been open about a week. This is the worst Wingstop I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible every time I have ordered from them. The employee's seem annoyed when you walk in (not a smiling face in the place). The last time I picked up food the two young ladies at the counter were talking about their personal lives and didn't acknowledge me until I said my name and that I was picking up. They set my bag of food on the counter and told me the total. I paid and left. My 2 Different flavors of wings were stacked on top of each other in 1 box. I would've ordered 1 flavor if I knew they were going to box them up this way. This store is in desperate need of an adult manager who cares about the customer instead of employee's having a good time at "work". I will never order food from this "restaurant" again.
