My priority was improving the ride quality without sacrificing a great look, and their recommendation of the Eibach suspension was absolutely spot on. The difference is incredible. The harsh jolts and stiffness that I experienced with the factory suspension are gone. The ride is noticeably smoother, more controlled, and much more comfortable on the road while still giving the 4Runner an aggressive, clean stance. It honestly drives the way I always hoped it would. What impressed me just as much was the team at Underdog. They were knowledgeable, patient, never tried to oversell me, and clearly cared about getting me into the right setup rather than the most expensive one. Their installation was flawless, communication was excellent throughout the process, and they treated my vehicle like it was their own. If you're on the fence about upgrading your suspension, I can confidently recommend both the Eibach setup and Underdog Motorsports. Brought my truck in for tint all around and the sun roof. Dropped off at 8am was told they would…read morestart on it "right now" 9:30am they brought it around and washed it for some reason. Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

I had a rear bumper installed from CBI customs and it was rather involved involving way too much cutting, fitting and refitting. He did a very professional job, with it so much so I had him install a Gobi rack and got new rear suspension from him. ( He is an authorized dealer for Radflo and has the best prices on those in town ) He is flexible with his times and very accommodating with his schedule. Great guy to work with, always returns calls / messages/ emails in a very timely manner. Can't ask for more. While I do not know what other vehicles he works on, he does work on 4runners and given that all the Jeep folks out there that may tinker occasionally on other brands I have not had much luck finding knowledgeable mechanics to work on my 4runner. Knowing that he specializes in 4runners makes it easier for me to to go to him with my needs and he has time and time again demonstrated his skills that make me implicitly trust him. The icing on the cake, not once has he tried to get me to buy a more expensive product than I need, and has told me when things were outside his range of expertise. 5 stars all around.
