The best time to go here is when they have their weekly special: Tpump Tuesdays! You can get a Pumbo size for the price of a regular sized drink, which is an awesome deal. Even without the deal, this boba shop is a much more affordable than other boba places that can cost upwards of $6 for a smaller sized drink. This place allows you to customize your drink very easily - you can pick up to three flavors (they have tons of options), black or green tea, milk or no milk, level of sweetness, amount of ice, and whatever add-ons you like. They even usually have samples so you can test out new concoctions! Choosing flavors for your drink can be overwhelming since there are so many options, but they have a recommended drink list to help out those who are indecisive. This Tpumps is located in a small corner plaza that shares its parking lot with Trader Joe's, Popeyes, and a bank. Parking can be difficult since sometimes Trader Joe's gets really crowded. This place will forever have a place in my heart. I seriously don't care what anyone says but this is hands down my favorite boba place. I discovered this place when I use to go to De Anza a while back and anytime i'm back in this neighborhood for errands I will forever always come back to this spot. This is the one that you get to choose your own flavors, sweetness adjustments, and milk options to your choice and liking. Not to mention, they serve the softest chewy boba pearls i've had and it's just so filling. I hated that they went up in price considering it use to be the cheapest boba place compared to the other spots but hey.... still worth it to me lol! since they're borderline Cupertino, I wish they were closer to where I live, it would just be so much better. I really enjoy their variety and uniqueness of flavors. Many of the drinks on their menu I would have never thought of trying/pairing together but to my surprise they are very delicious! Their boba is soft and chewy and I like that they have basil seeds. My favorite drink so far is the Almond Roca raspberry vanilla black milk tea with basil seeds and light sweetness. read more

Easily the best tpumps I've been to out of 4 locations. The baristas were nice and friendly and the shop itself was very aesthetically pleasing. I came with a friend to study for finals and there was lots of space to sit and work. My drink, rose vanilla green milk tea was really creamy, sweet, and flavorful. In other tpumps I've visited, the tea flavor was very watered down but that was not the case with this location. Boba was also really soft and chewy. Overall, definitely gonna return! read more

Drinks here are pretty decent/okay and definitely will satisfy your boba craving. I would agree with most reviews that say the teas here are a bit sweeter than usual. The honey boba here are on point and are boba guys standard. The main drawback of this place is that it is located in the Trader Joe's complex with a very very small parking lot, which may cause you to have to circle around multiple times prior to actually getting a spot. read more

This Tpumps is leaps and bounds better than the other one. First, the other one pretty much has no seating. Second, the other one has virtually no parking (this one is tough, but still better). Third, the other one is tiny and this one is huge. Fourth... You get the gist! This is one huge step for Tpumps and a great addition for tea in the South Bay. Still not my favorite boba tea place, but it's definitely up there in my second tier shops! Nice interior for sitting / working. Good quality tea and nice flavor. Giving them a low rating because their drinks tastes super artificial and I can't really taste the tea flavor. Honey boba could have been better as well. The reason I'm giving them 2-stars instead of 1 is because the interior looks great, price is cheap, and most importantly, their customer service is awesome. New location just opened today(10/11/18) not sure this particular location already got a negative review yesterday when it wasn't even open. This store has alot more room than their other location. The staff were all really nice and provided samples of their teas. There are tons of flavor combinations to choose from. They also have various boba flavors! The honey boba is really good! They also told me about the caffine free tea for the kiddos. A nice option so they don't bounce off the walls from the sugar and caffine combo. Yes, the parking lot is a tad small, but I usually manage to find a spot in the actual lot without a problem. These people are jokes. I don't know what happened to their previous staff but they had to re-make our order 3 times. Had ask for specifics that was on the cup and they neglected to read the order and said no of something yet when I got it, it was in it. On the last time they were re-making our drinks they were just laughing. One guy was just on his phone and it took forever to make just 3 drinks... when they had like 5 people working, clearly they don't know what an assembly line is. They weren't even busy! What is going on. I get that it is covid-19 but seriously 3 times and laughing with a guy on his phone. They think this shit is a fucking joke is what. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Tpumps makes the greatest bubble tea with the most tasty boba I've ever had in my life so we were so happy when they opened another location that's easier to get to right off highway 85! This location is way nicer than the other Cupertino location, and open later too (9:45 on weeknights, 10:45 on weekends) which is clutch when you get that late night craving for Tpumps. The owner was at the store when we were there and he was also *so* nice, we're glad to regularly support such a great place that also takes care of their employees. The only downsize is way too sweet, every drink seemed like they over did the sugar level to 200% even when we requested 25% sugar level. Went to opening day and was not disappointed. The tea was made exactly to my specifications and tasted great! I look forward to trying other combinations. The customer service was also a plus. We were greeted with a smile and they were very friendly and accommodating. The place also looks very chic and welcoming. Alright I can say, 100%, this location is better than the one less than a mile away. Why? We literally went from one to another and got almost the same drink LOL. I like Tpumps because they have SO many different flavors combos and options. It's a little overwhelming actually. I also like how they have a fridge full of pre-made teas that go for $2-3 (just a random selection of teas off the menu). I got the caramel coconut black tea, with less sweetness and taro. It was kind of funny because the lady at the register was like 'do you know what taro is?' and I'm like 'uhh.....yes?' and then I got worried that the taro they use is somehow a lot different from other places or something LOL. But no, it was the same chunky gritty stuff that I'm used to. The tea was very flavorful and rich and creamy, while the other location's was bland and watery. My favorite boba place ever!!! Not only is it cheaper than a lot of other places, I think Tpumps is the most consistent with their drinks overall. I really like how you get to customize your drinks exactly the way you want. I get a brown sugar, caramel BMT with no sweetness, add honey boba and it's AMAAAZING. We have tried numerous boba places, and this is our new favorite. Why? Because of the decaf tea option. Our little one likes tea, but we don't want her to have caffeine. So everyone is happy here. They have samples by the counter, and I've ordered the sample almost every time. Mostly because it's good, but also because they have so many flavors I'd rather not be kicking myself for ordering a bad combination. One topping (honey boba, boba bran, taro, or red bean) is included in the drink price. Popping boba is an extra $.75. I just wish they had pudding as a topping option. We've been to the one on Stevens Creek, but prefer this location because of the parking. Easily one of my favorite boba places in the area. There is a lot of seating and overall space compared to the Cupertino location a few miles away. During the times I've come here, there were people doing work on laptops and studying, which is always a good site to see considering that I'm a student and always looking for new places to get some work done. The service here is quick and friendly and the employees always seem to be in a happy mood. They push out drink orders pretty fast as well. My favorites are a strawberry lychee coconut black tea or a strawberry lavender black tea (I know, I love strawberry HAHA)! I've been here many times, and it's getting steadily worse. The tea was always mediocre, the sweetness was always too high (even when ordering low sweetness), but the flavors are fun to play with. To me the redeeming quality was always the honey boba. However, the last two times I went there, the honey boba in my cup was all attached to each other (making one giant chunk) and was undercooked. Mediocre (weak) tea, and very little space to sit/hang out. I tried the pu-erh, but it was really flavorless. Which is surprising to me as pu-erh is a pretty bold tea. They have tons of flavored teas, and I think the drinks here are much more about fruity syrups than anything else. MY. ABSOLUTE. FAVORITE. Tpumps has always been one of my favorite places to get boba even though it is quite far from where I live. Their pearls are softer and more flavorful than other places which is what I love most. In fact, their prices are under $5 even for their biggest size which is a 32 ounce! My personal favorite is their rose vanilla green milk tea and if i'm feeling something lighter then I'd go for their lychee guava green tea. A much bigger Tpumps place than the one on Stevens Creek which has very limited parking. The few things that make Tpumps stand out from the rest of the boba places: 1)*they use TORANI syrup, unlike other boba places that use flavoring syrups in gallons from restaurant suppliers.* 2) you can create lots of combination with up to 3 flavors 3) relatively cheap 4) fast service.
