Tasted quite watered down and more of a teay flavor. I think the strawberry flavoring is very mild due to it just being the powder sprinkled at the top. Overall drink was just alright. Didn't actually take too long to order and have the drink ready. Inside is super busy like usual but we also came on a sat so not surprised. Lots of seating outside which is nice.
This place was fully packed with people so the staff was super diligent about getting the drinks out. This was in the heart of Main Street Cupertino so it was in the middle of all the action. I didn't know what to get so I went with the basic original cloud jasmine tea. It was quite refreshing and the cloud on top really did the job. I drank it all before I even left the store! It was so good!
One of my two favorite boba place! And I love that we can order on the app. I also love that you can draw something and use it for your cup! Service is always good, although it can't take a few minutes to get your order because they're always busy. Bright and casual with indoor and outdoor seating.
Ordered the Cloud Matcha Latte. The wait was ridiculous, 25 minutes for one drink. Another group got their drinks before me even though they walked in a little later than I. Molly Tea is literally across the street, and I've never waited more than 15 minutes. The first time I came here months ago, the drink was better. This time I got the zero-cal sweetener, so maybe that's why? I'll give them credit, it didn't taste like artificial sweetener. Also, my Cloud Matcha Latte with extra matcha barely tasted like matcha. Maybe it was an off day, but between the long wait and the drink not being as good or caffeinated. I'd go to Molly Tea instead.
This Hey Tea location is BUSY! We waited over 30min for 4 drinks. The drinks tasted just like all the other Hey Tea locations in CA. The best tasting drinks are located in China. The inside is quite small, so we had to wait outside. Fortunately, there's plenty of other shops nearby. So we were able to pickup other deserts while our drinks were being prepared. The staff were all busy, so no interactions. We used the kiosk to place our orders.
First time trying this location. I really like the ambiance inside & outside of this location. We came early in the afternoon and it wasn't as busy. Their drinks are pretty spot on compared to other locations.
Can't believe they opened a Heytea in Main Street!!! My go to is always the kale boost tea, and honestly with no sugar, the drink is already sweet. It feels healthy yet tastes very yummy. I feel like their jasmine milk tea at this location is not as good as their other locations, but it might just be this one time. It was really watered down and not that floral. The slushies at this location are also a little more watered down in my opinion, so I really just stick to the kale boost tea here.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is in a great area, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I will definitely be coming back to try more drinks!
Came here to order the cloud grape crisp. The cream cheese foam on top has a yummy salty flavor and the grape flavor is prominent with real grape pieces inside. Service was quick, ordered through the ipad and waited roughly 17 min for 6, but they do grind it out. Ambiance inside is aesthetic and high ceilings so it feels airy. Treated myself to the Coconut Mango Blue drink during a visit to HEYTEA Cupertino, and it was the perfect refreshment for a warm afternoon. The drink was absolutely stunning, with vibrant blue tea layered with creamy coconut, sweet mango, and chewy boba pearls. Beyond the presentation, the flavors worked surprisingly well together, tropical, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The coconut added a smooth richness while the mango brought a bright, fruity finish. The store was clean, modern, and inviting, with plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and my order was prepared quickly despite a steady flow of customers. HEYTEA continues to raise the bar for specialty tea drinks. If you're looking for something unique beyond traditional milk tea, the Coconut Mango Blue is definitely worth trying.
When I went after dinner one night it was quick to order on the touchscreen but took forever to get our drinks even thought they had like 10 staff behind the counter, largely not doing anything. I think they had a few ppl making the drinks, 2 ppl waiting to put toppings on, and completely unclear what the others did. They were out of what I wanted so got the cloud crisp grape and coconut mango blue. Definitely dessert drinks, a departure from the tea-centric drinks I normally gravitate towards. I probably wouldn't look for heytea in the future or wait for a drink here but can see why folks like it!
The one thing I love about Heytea is the freshness of their drinks. There are times you just want something refreshing without the excess sugar and Heytea provides that. The crisp grape boom is naturally sweet because of the grapes already so there really isn't a need to add extra sweetness or boba. Highly recommend this because the grape chunks at the bottom substitute for the chewiness of regular boba and honestly I sometimes prefer this over the other. Now the drinks here were a bit watered down and ordering was a bit of a mess. They only have two kiosks which aren't by the front door; which causes a huge bottleneck between people standing in line and people picking up their drinks. It was confusing for anyone visiting for the first time and it seems like this layout forces you to download/order on their app vs dropping in. Because of this come prepared to wait a while to order and receive your drinks. They have tons of workers behind the counter pumping out drinks yet it still takes a while because of the sheer volume being produced. Staff are all kind and diligent and no complaints there. Just need to work out their operations so they can be more efficient. As for the location it's more of a pick up and go location because it's so busy but they do have indoor and outdoor seating available. Parking is a strange circular layout but there is a parking garage nearby plus more spaces near the Miniso area. Overall still recommend this location to get your fix because there is quite a bit to do in this area but would recommend trying other tea options nearby as well.

Sunnyvale location is definitely more efficient. Came in the evening about 45 min before closing. Nice ambiance and more seating inside at this location. If able, probably order through the app so you avoid max wait times. Parking is definitely tough during peak hours at main street.
This is a fresh-brewed tea shop originally from China. As usual, I never order milk tea, and my favorite drink here is the Kale Boost Tea. It might not be everyone's favorite, especially among younger customers, but I personally love it. I always order mine with no sugar and no ice. It's incredibly refreshing and perfect after a meal. It leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh, without that heavy, creamy feeling you sometimes get after drinking milk tea. Highly recommended, especially if you prefer something light and refreshing! I absolutely love the cloud grape from Heytea. It's sweet enough and so refreshing on a hot day. The cloud top foam has a nice saltiness to it and makes the drink creamy. The service is efficient. It was really crowded when we got there, but mostly everyone waiting for their drinks and there was no line to order. The drinks took about 20 mins to make. The ambiance is modern and clean. There's a lot of seating, but mostly everyone waiting took a good amount of seats. The parking is limited since there's plenty of business in the complex. read more
Order: coconut mango blue - love this one, it's giving tropical with that nice coconut flavor coming through and the mango giving it that nice sweetness. I love the sago in the drink. The coconut mango boom screams summer. This drink is so refreshing and so very good! If you're a mango fan, you have to try this one. Again with the sago, it's just a 10/10 drink. The brown sugar drink was such a treat. Great ration on everything, no complaints, just go try! This spot is super busy, drinks were coming out right and left. So customer service is not quite there because they are sooo busy making drinks. There is a self ordering kiosk. There are screens displaying the status of your order, in progress or finished. So it's pretty effective for the customers. The space is nice! It's like givinf that indoor outdoor feel because there's a tree inside and the ceiling is really high . Overall, I would come back. Order ahead using the app and save yourself a ton of waiting time! Service is friendly and quick but this place gets really crowded. When I went up to pickup my drink at the counter there were at least 30 other drinks ready. Get the coconut mango boom! read more

Great tea, wonderful flavor but long wait. Didn't know they had opened on Main Street until we got here for some Philz coffee and decided to switch over and have some tea after a long time. Will be back to try their other teas, but mango sago was a great choice. read more

Very disappointing service!!!! I really like this location because the environment is nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. The manager/lead (I'm not sure of her position) was very rude and seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service. She handed out drinks without making eye contact, and while I was waiting for my order, she skipped over my order and called out numbers for customers who ordered after me. What made it worse was that I noticed she was treating other customers the same way. It didn't seem like it was just a one-time misunderstanding or something that happened only to me. I understand that places can get busy, but the way customers are treated matters. I expected much better service, especially from someone in a leadership position. I really like the location and atmosphere, but the service here needs a lot of improvement. read more
I've tried multiple Heytea locations now, including Milpitas, north SJ, Sunnyvale, etc. I usually get the mango coconut boom and I tried the one here but it was quite watery when I got it this time around. It also wasn't as flavorful as other times I've gotten it. read more
Visited on Friday around 2pm. It wasn't crowded, so we went ahead and ordered through the self-service machine. Just right after we completed our payment, I overheard a staff informing another customer who just got in that there's a 45 minute wait time. I was shocked because no one saying anything about the long wait when we got there. If I known, I would have walked away in the first place. I decided to cancel my order, there was no issue about the cancellation. However, I think there should be a clear notice about the extended wait times, instead of we ordered and cancelled afterwards. A bit disappointed. read more
Food | Drinks are good and boba is soft. Comparable to other HeyTea locations. Service | Wait time is very long. It took 50 minutes for 2 drinks. So I would recommend only going here if you are not in a rush. The location is pretty new so it might be a while before they get quicker in preparing drinks. There's no interaction with staff other than drink handoff or if you have questions. Ambiance | Outside the location is great for meeting up with friends or family, but the inside can get very busy and loud. Per one of the workers, there is no WiFi. Also, I've tried online ordering a couple times in the past and this location has always been closed. read more
I'm glad this heytea opened up at main street cupertino. It is a prime location but does make the line and wait extra long. My recent go-to drink is the Pistachio Cloud King Jasmine. It has a good floral jasmine taste and is refreshing. The interior of the store is super cute, especially when they had a promotion with popmart. There is lots of places to sit inside and outside and plenty of parking in the structure. read more
This is a self ordering cafe. You order at the kiosk and look for your number to be called or show up in the screen. Workers are just making the drinks. Inside was very modern with small tables big enough for a single person to 4 people. The drinks we got were pretty good. The sugar content asked in the kiosk is misleading so I got less sugar than I wanted in my drink but overall it's a cute cafe. read more

The store is a stand alone and its cute and modern inside. There are nearby shopping centers so you can grab a drink here and walk around. This place is mainly just tea. We ordered mango coconut boom, crisp grape and a mango grapefruit boom. I love the mango grapefruit boom, it's so refreshing. The place is so busy too but the wait was genuinely not that bad. I love this place lowkey might be my go to now. I like their app a lot too. It's very functional. read more
Checked out the Heytea Cupertino location during their grand opening! We arrived around 3pm and the line was already out the door, but it moved surprisingly quickly. They were running a BOGO promotion and giving out free charms for early visitors during the first three opening days. - Triple Supreme Matcha Latte -- matcha cloud layer on top, matcha latte in the middle, and matcha jellies at the base; definitely one to try if you're a matcha lover; creamy, not overly sweet, and more of a dessert-style drink rather than a traditional latte Service was friendly despite the huge rush of grand opening orders. The space itself features a clean design with lots of wood textures and a few indoor plants. Lines are much shorter now compared to opening week, but the shop still seems quite popular. Glad to finally have a Heytea location in Cupertino, and what a perfect location at Main Street! read more
Trying out the bogo for heytea today and it was ok. The shop is in cupertino village so parking can be pretty bad. I got lucky both times I came, since it was a Thursday. I had to come back twice because I had to order and then wait about 2 hours to get the drink. The staff here were really nice, and I appreciated that they were upfront about how long the wait would be. They tell you when you first get in line so you can make your decision without wasting too much time Definitely needed to download the app so you can track your order, it helped me a lot. I'd probably avoid BOGO days unless you have time. I ordered the Pistachio Cloud King Jasmine. The taste is kinda bland and not that sweet but you could taste the pistachio. It wasn't a "wow, let's get it again" factor for me. I probably wouldn't get this drink again but maybe give it another chance on a not busy day. read more
I don't understand why it takes so long to make teas here. This is a nice tea shop and drinks are pretty good but the long wait time sucks. It's Friday afternoon around 3 pm and I had to wait over 1 hour to get 2 teas. Drinks are 4 stars, wait time is -10 stars. I just don't want to wait that long for anything... And the music is kind of loud inside so hard to talk to people. read more

20 min wait after ordering one drink. The drink itself was fine but far from worth the wait. Store clearly needs to work through their operations. I asked the lady twice about my drink before hitting the 20 min mark, third request the drink was ready along with a few others that they hadn't called out. Would not come back unless you order ahead online or want to waste some time at Miniso until your order is ready. read more
Such delicious drinks, but be prepared for a long wait. I visited on a Wednesday afternoon, and the store was absolutely packed. They had a BOGO deal, which contributed to the congestion. We ordered immediately but waited for up to 45 minutes to receive our drink. There's plenty to do around the store, so the wait wasn't too bad. The store has a very minimal, chic aesthetic and is quite tiny. There's lots of seating both inside and outside this location. I tried the Yingde Milk Tea, and it was genuinely delicious. There was a layer of sweet foam on top, and the drink had a perfectly fragrant taste. You can adjust the sweetness and ice levels to your preference. This place definitely has incredible drinks, but there's a long wait to actually get your drink. I'd recommend ordering ahead of time online. read more

I'll start off by saying, if you go on the weekends, be aware that this is a tween and teen hangout. A lot of previous reviews talk about how bad the wait time is and it's true. I waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks. However, I found that the positive side is the receipt provides a QR code to scan in the Heytea app where you can check on the wait time status of your order. Luckily, there are other things around the Main Street Cupertino plaza to peruse to pass the time while waiting (with Miniso coming soon). The app wait time was pretty accurate and by the time I headed back into Heytea, the drinks were ready. In regards to the drinks, they were fine. The Twinkle Twinkle/Popmart collab Tiramisu drink was just ok, but the reason why I'll be going back is the Kale Boost Tea. It tastes amazing! HeyTea is a nice addition to this mall, but I'd recommend putting in your order and then leave to check out the other restaurants and food establishments around to pass the time while checking the app periodically to see the status of your order. read more

Came here on a Tuesday evening and was helped immediately as the shop was empty. I waited 15 minutes for my boba, and sitting there it felt like a lack of urgency and care caused the delay. I am all for staff having a healthy and positive work environment, but this seemed to be affecting their productivity because they were mingling without any care for the orders. The tea machine was having technical issues when they were making the teas as well, but they were in no rush to fix it or in letting us know our drinks would be delayed. Ultimately, when I received my order it was not worth the wait. The teas were warm when we ordered them iced. The Coconut Mango Boom was part slushee and even that was warm! Had such high hopes for Heytea as they have been recommended to me over and over. Will be trying again but probably at a better location. read more

Great Boba tea varieties and clean establishment. Lots of places to sit and the staff are very professional and friendly. Great tasting coco mango bloom. If in Cupertino, this is the place to get it. Not the lowest price in the Bay Area, but good for what you get. read more
I remember the line going straight across and wrapped around the field when it was grand opening for this location! I finally visited this location on an off day, and the inside is really nice and modern. The building has a lot of natural lighting, and has a good amount of seats for people to do work in. For this visit, I ordered a hot cloud Longjing Milk Tea (buckwheat blended tea). Since my drink was hot, they gave me the cloud (Matcha cream + Viennese Cream) on the side. I thought this drink was standard, the tea wasn't super fragrant as I hoped. read more
Heytea! I came for some boba, por favor! A friend and I tried visiting the Heytea in Milpitas one afternoon only to find the wait was over an hour, so we went elsewhere. The wait here was similar on a weekend afternoon; about 45-50 minutes for my one $12 drink. The staff are friendly. I'm unsure if the drink-making process is efficient, as many customers appeared to become impatient while waiting. However, since it's a newer establishment with multiple locations, it might just be the hype and a surge of patrons eager to try it. The wait was worth it. I ordered the Cloud Longjing Milk Tea with boba. The sugar level was reduced significantly per my preference, since boba tends to add sweetness. The milk tea was well made and so refreshing! Per the menu, the drink consists of Golden Longjing Tea + Milk + Matcha Cloud + Viennese Cream. It was delicious! It's worth the wait if you're patient, since everything is freshly prepared with quality. read more
This is a pretty new location that's opened in the Main Street Cupertino complex. The store is decent size with quite a lot of seating. It's strange that there's no kiosk available to order ourselves. You'll have to order at the register with the cashier. I can imagine it'll be a long line when it's crowded. Both Grapefruit Boom and Crisp Grape Boom are very good and refreshing. They're not overly sweet either. read more

Went to try the Heytea spot in Main street cupertino. I had heard a lot about this place. I ordered a Matcha cloud blue since I saw some orders before mine and this drink looked so pretty!! I wasn't disappointed at all. It tasted amazing.. so refreshing and balanced. The coconut jelly in the drink was so soft and tasted very fresh. Matcha cloud is their signature matcha cream cheese mix and it's amazing! This location is Inside Main St., Cupertino. The ambience is great, but it could get a little loud in here. So it's not an ideal place for work or having conversations. I went on a long weekend Monday so the wait times were crazy. Also, because they have online order pouring in constantly, when I got in there to place my order, they told me the wait time was 40 minutes! But totally worth the wait :) Highly recommend this cutest tea shop. I'd be going here again and trying the other drinks on the menu. read more

Cupertino can't get enuff balls. There's always a hot new boba shop opening with lines. Heytea, a Chinese tea chain has over 4,000 locations and is rapidly growing with upcoming Stonestown (SF) and Fremont locations. The drinks have been pretty consistent across the five locations I've tried in the bay. Drinks aside, their Cupertino location? OOOF. It's SO poorly managed and disorganized. It's been 5 months since they opened and IMO, it's still a hot mess (at least on the weekends). It's a stressful job so it's not on the young staff... it's a management issue. (+) Largest location with plentiful indoor and outdoor seating (keeps us coming back). (+) Dog-friendly. (-) Staff look stressed and unhappy. (-) HELLA slow (despite many staff). Drinks take forever. When ordering on the app, they're always running way behind the ETA. (-) Poor inventory control; e.g. the Kale Boost has been out 6 out of my 7 visits. (-) Dirty, sticky tables and the floor near the courtyard entrance is always wet. I've nearly slipped and have seen multiple employees slip but catch their fall. I didn't plan on posting a review but on my last visit, they were out of EVERYTHING except plain tea. No toppings. They were out of every single one. No cloud cream. No fruits. No veggies. Cashier said, they wouldn't get a shipment for another 3-4 days. There was no sign posted outside to notify customers. No note/nothing crossed out on the menu. Online ordering was off. Customers only found out after waiting in line and attempting to order at the register. Let's hope they get it together in 2026! read more
