I had a wonderful experience! Jean provided outstanding customer service, she was warm, friendly, attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The boba tea was absolutely delicious as well. The tea was flavorful, the sweetness was just right, and the boba was fresh and perfectly chewy. Highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back!

Amazing, but Parking will be Tough Molly Tea is hands down one of the best tea chains to grace San Jose. Their Snowy Jasmine ($7.99) and Apple Milk Tea are timeless staples with delicious and strong tea flavors. The whipped cream on the Snowy Jasmine is fluffy and flavorful paired with their pecan topping. What a treat! I noticed that this location wasn't selling some of my favorites like the Salted Cheese drinks, perhaps to make space for their new Velvety matcha drinks. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was happily greeted by their baristas at this location, something I'm not usually used to expecting at Molly Tea. While the store is lovely, spacious, and not too crowded with ample seating, the parking is less spectacular. This business is paired with a parking lot with less than 5 dedicated spots, if that, for Molly Tea customers. Since it neighbors an apartment complex, most parking spots are reserved for residents and risk towing. Not to mention the parking is tight and you can barely turn without dinging another car. If you're willing to walk a slight bit, there's residential parking a little ways away.

Really small parking lot. I've been twice now and i was lucky both times to beat the rush but I can only imagine how stressful it is during high traffic... This specific Molly tea is L shaped so there's more seating to the side and not just in front of the kiosk and pick up counter. I love getting the snowy jasmine with the crunchy nuts on top!! I appreciate that they always ask you beforehand and wait for you to come pick up the drink before putting in the whipped cream and nuts.

I love Jasmine tea, and here Jasmine is the main focus. Strong floral flavor but still delicate somehow. The parking is terrible here and there is often a long line. But you can order ahead online which is a huge plus. Service is fast but robotic.

The place was super cute but the jasmine milk tea was ok. I got a hot and cold jasmine milk tea and they were both lacking in flavor. I will come again to try the jasmine milktea snow and maybe the other flavors. Got pictures of the cute pins that they have.

This store is very cute. The decor makes it feel like it's an Instagram place to take photos. Parking was a bit tough though. The service was easy since it was just ordering via kiosks. The drink options were great and easy to understand. They didn't have a million options. The drink itself was delicious. Nothing was overwhelming. It was just the right amount of sweetness.

I am not too sure about the hype around this place, however, it must be given the cuteness and ambience. As with other Yelpers, this location is actually quite inconvenient as there are about six spaces available for an otherwise very popular boba shop. So depending on your luck, you may need to wait around until a spot opens up. Others have reported parking elsewhere and walking over. On a Wednesday mid afternoon, this place was packed. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. My drink took perhaps about 10 minutes to be served up. I wasn't impressed by my oolong milk tea drink. It is really my test as a comparison with the plethora of boba places around the Bay. And for that, I most likely will not be returning anytime soon.

Big fan of Molly Tea.. I got the snowy peach, my wife got the snowy jasmine and my son got the premium jasmine. They were all really good and I also liked the restaurant style. Didn't really interact much with people working there since you order via touchscreen so can't comment on the service. If I'm in the area I'm definitely going again.

I've really been wanting to try Molly Tea, especially after hearing many of their other locations were closing down or going through rebrands, etc. The Bay Area stores are unaffected, but I didn't want to miss my chance so I came here right when they opened on the weekend. Parking is super limited, but we snagged a spot in their very small lot. Ordering on the kiosk super easy and I downloaded their app to get a dollar off my first drink. Plenty of seating inside but I could imagine it gets quite crowded inside quickly! The service was also really quick and my drink came out within 5-ish minutes! I got the snowy jasmine and honestly it was fine but nothing to rave about. The jasmine tea tasted quite mild and watered down and the jasmine whipped cream was really good but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it again.

This was my first time trying Molly Tea and I loved it. The Snowy Jasmine tasted so refreshing and floral. The whip cream mixes so well with the drink. The parking was slightly hard and the service took long but that is to be expected since there was so many drinks to make.

Came after enjoying dinner across in the Cupertino plaza. I hadn't been in awhile so was wondering if it was still the best jasmine milk tea. .. and it still is!! Service was pretty quick for Molly tea and interior was spacious with alot of seating. Will hopefully be back when in the area and craving a treat.

Molly Tea is a hyped up boba shop across the street from Main Street Cupertino. The store is relatively clean but can get very crowded. The drinks are kind of expensive but the quality does not reflect the price point. The boba was really soft and more like a paste than a tapioca ball. The matcha was just mediocre (low grade probably about the same as the Costco bag). Service is kinda slow. I don't understand the hype or the popularity.

There's durian flesh/pulp at the bottom~ The Signature Golden Durian Smoothie is the one I would recommend if you love durian. The Durian Blossom is also very pleasant because it mixes in jasmine tea! I would definitely keep that in mind that this is a pretty busy place, but I also felt that the wait wasn't as long as estimated. I saw this was a popular place for durian or smoothie-esque drinks. However, I wanted to try other items which was a milk tea and the avocado coffee. I definitely would not recommend these drinks. The tea was not flavorful, and the avocado coffee was okay. This is also taking into the account the size and price of the drinks, which definitely makes it not worth it. I would try to come again to get a more popular menu item.

My first experience was pretty mid because the ceremonial matcha latte was VERY strong and bitter. I couldn't finish it and it made me super jittery. After coming back a few more times though, I found a couple things I really liked. The Crème Brûlée Matcha was delicious. I finished the entire drink. You can't change the sweetness level, which is unfortunate, but their recommended sweetness actually balanced the stronger matcha really well. The ice cream is probably the best thing here. Super creamy, perfectly sweet and really well blended. I would honestly come back just for the ice cream. The strawberry matcha latte was pretty unmemorable to me, and the hojicha was also extremely bitter. Service was good. The barista was kind and helpful, which I appreciated. You order through a kiosk, so there isn't a ton of interaction overall. When I first came around their opening, there was basically no line. After they started getting more hype, the lines became longer and longer. I think it's worth trying, but personally I wouldn't wait in a huge line for it. Overall, the matcha itself tastes authentic and is prepared well, but some drinks are just too bitter for my preference. My recommendations: the ice cream or Crème Brûlée Matcha. Those were easily the standouts for me.
