Their Snowy Jasmine ($7.99) and Apple Milk Tea are timeless staples with delicious and strong tea flavors. The whipped cream on the Snowy Jasmine is fluffy and flavorful paired with their pecan topping. What a treat! I noticed that this location wasn't selling some of my favorites like the Salted Cheese drinks, perhaps to make space for their new Velvety matcha drinks. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was happily greeted by their baristas at this location, something I'm not usually used to expecting at Molly Tea. While the store is lovely, spacious, and not too crowded with ample seating, the parking is less spectacular. This business is paired with a parking lot with less than 5 dedicated spots, if that, for Molly Tea customers. Since it neighbors an apartment complex, most parking spots are reserved for residents and risk towing. Not to mention the parking is tight and you can barely turn without dinging another car. This specific Molly tea is L shaped so there's more seating to the side and not just in front of the kiosk and pick up counter. I love getting the snowy jasmine with the crunchy nuts on top!! As with other Yelpers, this location is actually quite inconvenient as there are about six spaces available for an otherwise very popular boba shop. So depending on your luck, you may need to wait around until a spot opens up. Others have reported parking elsewhere and walking over. On a Wednesday mid afternoon, this place was packed. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. My drink took perhaps about 10 minutes to be served up. I wasn't impressed by my oolong milk tea drink. It is really my test as a comparison with the plethora of boba places around the Bay. And for that, I most likely will not be returning anytime soon. read more

I'm so happy that they opened this Cupertino location. Parking lot still sucks, but you can park in the neighborhood and walk. I usually get the jasmine oat milk tea at 50% sweet. I love that you can taste the jasmine tea and the oat milk is not overpowering. The jasmine mango coconut is also good and refreshing. It reminds me of the mango one at heytea. Service can vary depending on the day, but there are plenty of seats inside for you to sit down and wait. I usually like to order online and pick it up. Overall, highly recommend Molly tea. My first time trying Molly Tea and I'm disappointed. I knew that the wait would be a while since it was a Saturday, so I downloaded the mobile app and ordered ahead of time. The estimated time they gave us was wildly inaccurate. Once we got there and went inside, it was an additional half an hour wait. It is absolutely chaotic in there - completely packed with people ordering at the kiosk (which also had a long line), and just a ton of people waiting for their drinks. My husband and I got the Jasmine milk tea (add brown sugar boba +.99 - total 7.98) and I got a peach tieguanyin oolong milk tea (6.59). Both with regular sugar 100% and less ice. Both drinks were extremely watery. The floral notes of the tea does come through and it tastes like higher quality than average. However, it was way too watered down. The brown sugar boba was also extremely mediocre and was mushy, not QQ at all. 100% sweetness was about right, but since it was so watered down it didn't matter anyways. Peach flavor (essence) was quite strong in my drink as well, but also, again just watered down as a whole. I will say the pink packaging is cute for photos. Definitely not coming back anytime soon, though. read more

The jasmine milk teas had almost no tea taste, straight up water & some milk. Even my 8 yr old said it tastes like melted ice and milk. The whipped cream in the snowy jasmine was just so thick and had no jasmine taste. We also tried boba in one of the drinks and another bad decision, boba was like soggy and felt nasty. It's wasn't even a lot of boba added either. The service was ok-ish? The at first handed me the wrong order? One bag. I had to ask her this is 10 drinks? And she then checked the others and proceeds to hand me the other bag from opposite side. I had to ask again like that's my 10 drinks? I had to stop her and requested for my drinks to be packed in 2 bags bcas no way I am driving with drinks stacked up and risking my car getting drenched in milk teas. While the young lady was packing the other drinks into the second bag, the guy came over to her and told her to go so something else so he finished bagging the drinks and gave me that second bag only. I had to ask him for my other bag... And he didn't even pack me any big boba straws!! Lucky I checked and grabbed one. I absolutely love this milk tea place. Their milk tea is very smooth and airy, you don't feel super full and heavy unlike other places. However the biggest and main issue is their boba quality. It is pretty soggy and clumps together. Sometimes the leftover sugar from the brown sugar boba would mix into the tea, making the tea flavor more sweet and overall weird. The quality was really good when it first opened and now it kind of fell off. I wish the quality control was better like before. But I still love their milk tea but milk tea only. read more

The manager helped us at the register and refused to honor the coupon. She even took it from us. The coupon clearly said "80% off new drink" in English, but there was tiny ass Chinese text underneath with the number 8. We don't know Chinese. The manager told us the English was wrong and that we were supposed to follow the tiny Chinese text instead, which would only give us 20% off. The best part? Our friends went the day before and were able to redeem the exact same coupon for 80% off with no issues. So you're telling me customers are supposed to Google Translate the tiny ass Chinese words on the coupon instead of trusting the English that's printed on it? That's ridiculous. Super disappointed with how the manager handled the situation. Between refusing to honor the coupon, taking it from us, and offering zero effort to resolve the issue, the whole experience left a really bad impression. I wouldn't recommend the Cupertino location. Molly Tea up in the Bay Area seems to choose their location by whichever strip shopping center has the smallest parking lot. They are like all modern places. You want service?
