I stopped by after picking up some dinner next door. I haven't been to a Teaspoon location in quite some time, so it was time to treat myself. After looking through the menu, I decided to get a Black Sugar Assam, as this seem closest to what I have been getting from other shops. I asked the barista if she could make it less sweet, as there was no option for that when I tried to order on the kiosk. She was very accommodating and said that while this drink didn't have a sweetness level, she could adjust the caramel - but it would change the flavor profile. Since I wasn't a big caramel fan anyway, I decided to go ahead with the adjustment. After paying for my order, I sat down and got distracted by the claw machines in the corner. After giving in (and not winning any cute stuffed animal), my drink was ready. I'm not sure how it would have tasted in its original recipe, but I was not a big fan of the drink itself. I still tasted a lot of sweetness and not much of the assam flavor. I ended up drinking only 1/3 of the drink and then tossing it. Since the altered recipe was already too sweet for me - I think it would have been even more so if I didn't ask for less sweetness. In any case - the barista was friendly and accommodating. Service was quick and the experience wasn't horrible - I just didn't like the drink. I've had drinks I've enjoyed from Teaspoon in the past, so I'll just have to pick something else next time.
Won't ever visit Santa Clara location again after leaving a review on google map saying my drink has no sugar for my 2 10 dollar drink that I ask for no ice extra shot and regular sweet but the owner instead of investigates what actually happened then denies me knowing what condensed milk taste like I have order multiple drink the past month and I always order no ice so I can save it for work days I know it shouldn't be this deep and it happens sometime right? But it's super unprofessional from whoever reply this made me super uncomfortable !
I used to live in this neighborhood for a few years but never made it over to this boba drink place. The cashier was friendly and made suggestions. Wish I had. I really loved all the choices. My boyfriend loved his Ladybug and I loved my Guava Sunset. Great flavor! Not much of an ambiance but that is not a deal breaker for me. I would try another location.
Plenty of parking spaces. You can also order from the kiosk. I got: Grasshopper Dirty ube Starlight sesame. Hojicha base. Ube astra I don't see merchandise being sold at this location, but the kiosk machine said they are available. I collect their cups if I see them. The tumblers are a good choice too. Staffs don't really interact with you at this location.
My go-to Teaspoon now! Inside is very sweet smelling and I feel like I risk my life getting drinks here due to crazy drivers, but when I make it out in once piece, it's always worth it! It's also next to Shin's Tofu which is delicious! We went during the Goosebumps collab, which is coming out in junction with the new show! It's a matcha drink with a collectible cup. It was $9.25 with oat milk and my favorite the Taro Crème Brûlée was $7.25. The employees are nice and they do replace the boba with taro chunks for me! Other than that, solid drinks!

Even though my group had ordered with the self-ordering kiosk, the staff here was very kind and welcoming - she had asked if we had any questions and made our drinks very well. Though we came a little closer to closing, the store was very clean and had plenty of pastries in their display. I had ordered the Silky Strawberry with Boba, and it was made within 5 minutes after ordering. I also love their Flamingo drink as well as their Grasshopper drink- both pretty refreshing and unique in their own way. You really can't miss going to Teaspoon :)
Solid Teaspoon location! Ordered my drink of the kiosk and in a matter of 2-3 minutes my drink was ready. Very quick service. Not too much seating area here if you were looking for a place to chill and hangout but that did not bother me since I was just taking it to go. I got my usual, the Matcha Royale + Strawberry with oatmilk. You can never go wrong! Other drinks that I recommend from here: -Grasshopper -Silky Mango -Mango on Fire
This location is very clean and sleek, and has a decent amount of space to sit down and enjoy your drink. Similar to other boba shops, they have a tablet that you can order from, making it easy to get what you want the way you like it. The Red Bull Cocolada is very good, and a great choice for anyone who enjoys Red Bull and boba store drink!
Nothing tastes better than some boba after a meal on El Camino Real! I frequent this location pretty often and they're always consistently quick. The workers are friendly too. My drink recommendations: + Liquid Gold with Egg Pudding + Strawberry Colada + Lychee on Lychee + Silky Mango
I got the silky mango from teaspoon and it was okay. The drink itself tasted like a mango milk with small bits of mango. It was refreshing. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was I felt they skimped out on the boba balls. They didn't put very many and the drink was out of boba by the time I was half way through the drink.
This is my to go boba shop because I love their non-caffeinated rooibos herbal tea option. Their honey and crystal bobas are consistently soft and cooked well. It's a clean and cozy spot, with friendly and quick service. Their Grasshopper drink which is topped with cucumber juice is a favorite, too.
Cozy setup, good parking spots. Basically serve yourself situation. I don't mind it. I went in to place my order on the kiosk, lots of pictures. They've got snacks as well as drinks. We got the silky honey with oakmilk and the seasonal banana latte coffee 10% sweetness. Banana latte coffee does not have bubbles so add toppings if you want anything! Silky mango was a tad on the sweet side for me, I normally do 0% but does not allow for adjustment of sweetness. Fast service and the take out area looks like it's busy.
Wanna (tea)spoon? Teaspoon is a steadily growing bubble tea chain with 19 existing locations and perhaps more than that number of stores currently in the planning stage. I've enjoyed them in the past and decided on this location simply because it was the nearest one to Valley Fair that wasn't closing early on Thanksgiving Eve. Parking wasn't too bad in the strip mall, ordering was straightforward, and the wait wasn't very long. I had to try their seasonal Pumpkin King ($6) with oolong. pumpkin spice cream and Biscoff cookie crumbles. The oolong is actually a great base for these sorts of drinks and it was certainly flavorful. The pumpkin spice was strong but not overpowering. I found the cookie crumbles a bit disconcerting, and they don't stay fresh for long, but they did lend an interesting pie crust effect which I haven't had before in a milk tea. I enjoyed my visit to this Teaspoon. I'd be glad to come back if I'm ever in the area and I decide that it's more convenient for me than their other locations. There's a lot of competition in the tea space these days, but they obviously know what they're doing.
Just a tourist on a food wandering quest that we ended up in here. My friend tried the grasshopper and the mango chamoy/tajin drink and I tried the Mango Silky. There is an option to self order on the kiosk and a person to take your order. I prefer to browse in the kiosk but ended up going to order in person since I had questions. Some of the drinks are customization by sugar and ice, some aren't. My experience ordering was pleasant and helpful. The drinks themselves--I personally didn't try these but my friend said his grasshopper and mango tajin/chamoy drinks were good. I trust his taste. My drink was okay. It was tooooooo sweet for my liking and it wasn't customizable. I can't ding the establishment for my tastebuds, especially since I was told he could add less mango syrup and I declined but I wouldn't order the same drink again. The boba was a good chewy texture! Tons of non dairy options and teas with zero syrups, which is what I wanted. I hit their lychee black tea with lychee jelly, zero sugar and no ice. It's already nicely chilled. Inside is best and clean, with tables and also a way to order with a screen. Customer service friendly and efficient, prices on par. It's in a strip mall so parking is free and easy! read more

I like Teaspoon as a boba tea shop, and have tried several in the area. They also serve sweet treats as well, although I've never tried that, as I generally only come for a boba tea. I got the Thai tea with honey boba and it was solid, tasted pretty good although not the best I've ever had. I liked my husband's fruity Guava Sunset tea better. What made the experience here above the usual though was how sweet and helpful the girl at the cash register was, cashier Sophia was super helpful, answered all my questions with the nicest most patient way, and I totally appreciated that! I'm generally slow when ordering new things, and great customer service will always have me coming back! Oh, and our teas were made extremely fast!!! Nice job read more

Came here to order the Silky Mango, Taro Lover, and Grasshopper. We were the only customers and drinks were done in less than three minutes and staff was super helpful. Wish they had plastic straws since these paper straws break very easily and I had one break while trying to poke it through the drink. Another issue I had was that the Taro Lover wasn't sealed correctly, so when I shook it, it spilled everywhere. Aside from that, the drinks were good, only had technical issues. read more
Teaspoon is one of my favorite boba places and I've been to a few different locations. I love the look and feel of this one! My favorite drinks here are the Liquid Gold and Strawberry Matcha Royale! The Liquid Gold is handcrafted honey oolong tea topped with cream, and the Strawberry Matcha Royale is an organic grade A Matcha Latte with Organic Milk and strawberries at the bottom. I recently for the first time tried the Black Sugar Assam, which is creamy rich assam black tea infused with Teaspoon's signature black sugar boba. It was sweet and creamy! I usually order brown/black sugar boba drinks at boba shops because those always end up being my favorite. I liked the Black Sugar Assam but personally still prefer the Liquid Gold and Strawberry Matcha Royale. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. Great boba drinks! read more

I always am the big fan of the Teaspoon industry. My lady friend brought me a water bottle with a Teaspoon Logo on it, and I drank whatever liquid was inside of the bottle with much delight. Then we proceeded to fill the bottle up with other substances, like THAI TEA! WHAT'S UP, GET ON MY LEVEL! But nowadays, I just use the water bottle for battling my dehydration, which is cool. But it would also be the perfect size for a beer... Anyway, I like this place. I think I got some sort of coffee beverage last time, at least that's what the picture says. It was all right. Well, all right, it was good, but when I go here, I always expect some sort of super sweet beverage, and it wasn't sweet or anything, because I ordered it that way, so when I went in for my sweet tasting dessert drink, it was very not sweet or dessert-y, which makes it good. I was just caught off guard, ya know?? But for that, I would say it was a 5-Star-er. So Yeah, get your fat butt on down here and drink the drinks. They might also have some sort of food/treatiez, but I have no freaking idea man... read more

I love strawberry matcha from Teaspoon! So far me and my husband tried Lady bag drink, Strawberry Sangria and different types of matcha. This location has a very nice staff and many options for drinks. I have visited Teaspoons with better interior tho. read more
Good choices of signature drinks, with different seasonal flavors to spice up their Boba offerings. They have good quality of tea and honey bobas. Our favorite drinks include Roasted Tea Crema, Taro Lover, and Classic Thai Tea. Although they don't have the Roasted Tea Crema in this branch anymore ever since they introduced the Cloud drinks. I like the Roasted Tea Crema more. I also think they have the best Taro Boba among all the ones I've tried. The Taro chunks make it more rich in Taro flavor. I also enjoyed some of the seasonal drinks they offered in the past. I also liked their shaved ice, but it was not available during the pandemic. Recently they started offering Irvin's chips too. It's a bit pricey but they are a nice to have once in a while because of the unique taste and texture. This branch has been our Boba buddy for almost a year now ever since the pandemic started. We literally get bobas here twice a week, and at some point even every day. I also like it when they did promotions for free pins when you order a minimum of $25. It got me ordering bobas for everyone to collect those cute pins. Ordering online was also made easy when they has the app. Also, you get points for your orders which you can use to redeem free drinks or merchandise. read more
I love teaspoon! They have such a great variety of flavorful drinks here. My favorite that I like to order is the Matcha Royale with Strawberry. The boba has the perfect soft and chewy texture. The strawberry is sweet but not too sweet which is key. The matcha is whisked well and blended in together nicely. And the combination of all of them is amazing! One thing I thought was interesting about this location though was that it's very humid inside and the windows were even fogging recently. I've been here multiple times in the past and didn't notice this but this time it was more humid than usual. Regardless, I would still come back and order some milk tea! read more
I enjoy coming here! It's really nice and clean, and I love the huge variety of drinks Teaspoon has. So many wonderful and unique options to choose from. Most recently, I came after dinner around 7:50ish and there was no line, so I was able to order right away and the service was very quick. It was also empty inside at the time, so there were plenty of seating options. I loved how the tables had the Teaspoon logo on them. Super cute! I decided to try the Strawberry Matcha Royale and it was a great choice! The matcha and strawberry flavors blend really well together, and the texture of the boba is perfect. The only thing that could've made it better was if I could adjust the sweetness level to be a little less sweet. But overall it is still really good and I definitely recommend visiting here! So many great options to choose from, nice ambiance, and wonderful service. read more

Was super excited to pick up my favorite Teaspoon drink, the dalgona, but they no longer have it here! So bummed! I was a little disappointed the worker would not let me just order through him (Fivestars points and trying to tame the dog on a leash) as he had me order through their app. Tried a new drink, the Flamingo, and though I didn't taste much watermelon, it was nice and refreshing for the hot summer day. read more

Great boba with a great selection of teas to choose from. It's a bit on the sweeter side so if you don't have a sweet tooth, might want to try the 25%. Their boba was sweet and chewy which is always a plus. Nicely decorated interior which is always an appeal these days read more

4.5 stars - Consistently good, with some excellent specialty drinks and fast, friendly service. Fruit teas always taste really fresh and bright here, I've never run into one that was syrupy or overly sweet. They do have only one (big) size, and the drinks are so good I don't think that's something to really complain about, but it does mean the price point is closer to the $8-$10 range with add-ons. There isn't as much variety for milk teas here, but the House Milk Tea is a solid choice and I always enjoy their boba - it's the right amount of sweet and a good chewy. Their specialty fruit teas is where they really shine - HIGHLY recommend the Paradise Lime (floral tea + lime), the Lady Bug (jade tea + passion fruit and kumquat juice) and my personal favorite, the Grasshopper (lychee green tea + cucumber juice). Unless you have a real sweet tooth, 'less sweet' will do the trick nicely for all of these. read more

You can purchase one when you purchase a drink. It’s $7 plus the cost of the drink.

I’m sorry we don’t. We have a lactose free option and organic creama which is half and half and heavy whipping cream.
