    Caramel swirl and mango
    Shruti Y.

First time at teaspoon. The space is small but clean, parking was busy but found a spot in no time, service was super quick! I got the caramel swirl - honestly did not like it at all. It just tasted sweet. That's it. The mango boba was better. Although it did not look like mango, there definitely was mango flavor.

Teaspoon Saratoga located in the Strawberry Park Plaza. The lot can get hectic during peak times. The interior has limited seating and the decor is simple. Ordering done via kiosk. They offer other baked goods too. Lychee on Lychee: Lychee black tea topped w/ lychee jelly (4/5).

Brown Black Sugar Assam & matcha banana royale
    Hieu L.

I tried a new seasonal drink: the matcha banana royale and brown sugar boba. Anything banana is the new rage so I was excited to see how this compared to other places. They used fresh banana , banana cream, and matcha (I wished it had a deeper and stronger flavor here). Boba texture was soft and chewy and not hard. I do like that they have an option for no ice here which most boba places don't do. This is located in a small parking lot that could get quite congested. Their drinks are on the more sweeter side so I always go 50% or less.

Awesome Boba Spot in Mitsuwa Marketplace! I had such a great experience at this boba place, while I missed trying the seasonal sesame drink this time, I'll definitely be visiting another location to give it a shot. As always, I had to start with an ube drink--my favorite--and their Dirty Ube did not disappoint! It was delicious, though I'd personally prefer it with even less sweetness. I paired it with taro chunks/pudding on the side, which was a fantastic addition. I also appreciated their kindness when I asked for the topping on the side, they were so accommodating about it! The atmosphere was great, with plenty of seating available and friendly, smiling staff. The space was well-lit in the evening, and the festive holiday decor added a cheerful touch to the vibe. There's a ton of parking, though it was pretty full on a Sunday evening. Service was impressively quick, and the tables were clean. Plus, the marketplace itself has some cute stores worth checking out. Can't wait to try the sesame seasonal drink next time--will report back on how it is! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

    Black Sugar Assam Silky Mango
    Hnin T.

Stopped by teaspoon for a late night drink and it's convenient because it closes at 11 pm. It was reasonable priced and the service was fast. The ambiance was good and there were tables to sit inside. The drinks were good. The black sugar assam tasted a little sour it maybe because we came around closing time. The silky mango was delicious.

i come to this teaspoon often! it's a great place to work/study and have a drink. the location is in a good spot, lots of little eats near by but parking in this plaza is actual hell lol def prefer coming on weekdays so there isn't so much parking traffic from mitsuwa. their drinks are consistent with every other teaspoon -- my favs are the liquid gold and vietnamese coffee, and the grasshopper in the summer (super refreshing!). the interior is fine, drinks always come out in a timely manner and the baristas are kind and friendly!

    Starlight Sesame
    Alice H.

I tried the Starlight Sesame, a roasted Hojicha latte with Crème Brulée foam and black sesame dust, and was disappointed. The sesame flavor was barely noticeable. I'll stick to their milk tea next time.

My drink was 90% ice. I took about 5 sips and it's already half way done. Please do better this is unacceptable considering the price we are paying.

Located in the Strawberry Park mall. It's off to the side of Mitsuwa. Order from kiosk. Service was quick. I had the Strawberry sangria which tastes really good and not overly sweet. Place was clean.

    Matcha Royale & Strawberry Colada
    Mimi P.

There are a variety of drinks here that have been good so far! The parking can be a bit tricky if it's a busy weekend or time. The drinks came out fast and there were a few tables inside to sit. I got the Matcha Royale and Strawberry Colada. The matcha was delicious and the strawberry colada was sweet and citrusy!

Ah, every block you go you can find a Teaspoon. I guess it's like a boba version of Starbucks. While I was waiting for my baked goods at Clover Bakery a few shops down I decided to get boba. It was still a few minutes before opening and the worker was finishing up setting up and unlocked the door with a warm welcome. I placed my order at the kiosk at the entrance and he quickly made my drinks. Not all Teaspoons have this kiosk ordering system so it was nice to be able to order and pay at the kiosk. He was nice to offer to bag my drinks too since he saw I was struggling while trying to hold them. There were about 5 small tables inside if you were to sit and hang out. For myself I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Royale. Bottom layer is strawberry purée followed by milk and then matcha latte. The caffeine level isn't high on this drink and the strawberry contrast to green tea makes this drink delicious!

    Earl Grey Milk Tea
    Alan D.

I was visiting the area and I was craving some milk tea. I have been to teaspoon before, so I was excited to try it again. I ordered via the app, and waited in store about 10 minutes before my promised time. What I noticed was that a lot of people who had walk in orders got their drink before me. Even after my promised time was up, a walk I placed an order and got their drink before me as well, which prompted me to ask where is the status. The workers apologized for the delay, but it still irks me that they took care of me after others who placed their orders after me. Now onto the drink itself. The Earl Grey MT was delicious and had the flavor I expected. I added grass jelly for some texture and it was delicious. Other than that, nothing special. Overall, it was expected. May come again, but maybe not come to this location if I don't get my drink in a proper amount of time (My drink was said to be ready after 30 minutes, I waited 45 minutes)

I tried the yuzu lemonade fizz, black sesame latte, and mocha. The yuzu lemonade fizz was super refreshing, light, citrusy, and fizzy with just the right balance of tart and sweet. It felt really clean and perfect for something bright and energizing. The black sesame latte stood out the most for me. nutty, slightly earthy, and creamy without being too sweet. It's definitely a more unique flavor, but really comforting if you like deeper, roasted notes. The mocha was smooth and classic, well-balanced between chocolate and coffee without being overly sugary. Service was friendly and efficient, even when it got a bit busy. The vibe is modern and minimalist, with a clean aesthetic that makes it feel like a nice spot to hang out, work, or catch up with friends. It was super convenient if you're out walking your dogs like we were. I'm usually a fan of their Pandan, but I think I have a new favorite. The banana cream and Guava cream paired with matcha is a total game changer. You can tell they aren't using cheap ingredients; the matcha is high quality and the cream is actually thick and rich (hopefully its from real fruits haha) which makes such a difference for a latte. It's definitely on the pricier side( about $9 per drink if you want to substitute with other milk), but for the quality and the vibes, it's 100% worth it. Service was fast and great! As someone who isn't necessarily the biggest fan of matcha, I actually thought the drink was solid. The matcha had a lot of depth and the guava flavor was STRONG. My drink came out only a few minutes after I ordered; they're super quick to make drinks here, which is appreciated! They have a few seats inside the cafe and some outdoor seating if you plan on staying and hanging out. It is quite expensive here though - my matcha ended up being closer to $10. Not sure if I'd go out of my way to come again given how busy it typically gets but was definitely worth a try!

Don't sleep on the black pepper sausage danish: the croissant dough is crisp and flaky, and doesn't get soggy when baked around the sausage. Which isn't to say this place is cheap; like many artisanal bakeries in California, it comes with a premium price tag, but at least it's not Dominique Ansel pricy. Croissante's croissant dough baked goods (viennoiserie) is pun-intended "proof" that you get what you pay for. The dining space is limited and lively.
