I was craving Boba so I found this spot nearby where my boyfriend and I were hanging out at the Celebrate Santa Clara Night Market. The directions took me to the back entrance of the place, but I can see that they have a decent sized parking lot that is shared amongst the other stores there. The place looked nice and clean from what I remembered. We ordered on the kiosk, which was easy. I was thrilled to see that they have the Thai Tea in slushy form because not alot of places do that. So this was the perfect pick me up right after flying in from SoCal later at night. It's a simple, family owned boba place. No wild concoctions, just the classics. You can also order online for pick up which is nice. I got their Okinawa Milk tea with less ice and the lowest sweetness level is 50%, so keep this in mind if you are not one for sweet drinks! Even at this level, it's still quite sweet, so I can't imagine someone ordering 120% sweet. Not a lot of places have Okinawa Milk Tea (I only know of Ding Tea from the top of my head), but this was a decent slightly roasted tasting caramel milk tea. Cute bear logo. Bro and I came by on a not so busy Wednesday morning and were greeted by an older gentleman. There's two kiosk whereas we can placed our orders payable by debit/credit tipping is optional. I got the honey matcha latte a healthy unsweetened drink very refreshing Bro got the Vietnamese iced coffee less sweetness yet very favorable. Price for both drinks very reasonable much less than its competitors. One can dine-in and they do have an outdoor seating. One can park along the street though there's a 2 hour parking. read more

If you're familiar with the Nesquik Strawberry powder, you will enjoy this drink! Comparing this drink and the powder, the Strawberry Green Milk Tea is ever so slightly more sour. Taro milk tea (4.5/5): This is a SOLID taro milk tea drink. I've had many taro milk teas and this one is nice, light and on the nuttier side. Matcha milk tea (4/5): If you appreciate the quality of matcha and the matcha flavor, I highly recommend this drink. The milk flavor is nice but not overwhelming as many boba spots. She had a cheerful energy exuding on her smiling face.  Restroom was gross and untidy. The ring of thick mildew around faucet indicated sink hasn't been cleaned since last lunar new year. It's a tiny tea shop overlorded with caffeine, staff with attitude and unclean bathroom. Lame excuses from manager, bet not much to be done to improve, the attitude starts from top. Very disappointing experience. The Thai tea tasted like it was made with water instead of milk. I paid an extra dollar for oat milk, but it was never added to my drink. Decided to try this place out after dinner with my fam. We didn't realize there was a boba shop close to Santa Clara University. Anyway, they close later than most boba shops so that's a plus. It's so bright inside and very welcoming. They had a self serve ordering system but sadly their clover payment machine wasn't working so I had to re-order at the cashier. The cashier was nice, he looked a bit tired since it was towards the end of the day. The drinks took awhile to come out. I can tell it was made from scratch and not so premade since we waited awhile. It's fine tho! The strawberry yakult I ordered was pretty good! I was able to adjust the sweetness and it turned out perfect. My son got the Oreo milk tea and husband got the coconut milk tea. This has got to be hands down the best tea spot I've been to in SJ. The service was so attentive and caring, I had no idea what to order, and they helped me find the perfect drink. We got kiwi citrus fruit tea (80% sugar and less ice) and oreo matcha brûlée (50% sugar and cannot adjust ice). We happened to be nearby and tried it out. I would say it was alright. The kiwi citrus had big citrus seeds that I kinda had to manually spit out. I couldn't taste any tea in the fruit tea. For oreo matcha brûlée, it was a good idea to adjust the sugar to lower level because I dont want something so sweet (thanks to the worker's recommendation). It was a disappointment that there was not enough matcha taste in the beverage. If you like matcha, probably try other options instead of this one. Oreo overpowered everything else.
