I decided to try their Wednesday special for $3.99, which was the peach green tea with Aiyu jelly. My order was ready so fast. The tea as refreshing. I ordered it without sugar but the Aiyu jelly still made I bit too sweet. Next time I will say no jelly. The peach pieces inside the tea were delicious. The tea was very good, refreshing and had a nice peach flavor. Next time o would like to try their mango passion fruit teas. read more

I thought Sharetea was on the sweeter side before, so I ordered green milk tea 0% sweet with boba and found it wasn't sweet at all not even from the boba, so if I come back I'll try the next tier up. I'm not much of a tea drinker and have only tried fruit tea once before. It was pretty good. I needed a pick-me-up while shopping at Valley Fair recently and Sharetea happened to be close by. It was very crowded, but the line went fast. I ordered a peach green tea with honey jelly and 50% sweetness. It cost $7.00. I couldn't figure out how to pay at the kiosk, but a nice lady behind me showed me how. A note to staff-- the kiosk needs to be wiped down occasionally during the day because it was sticky and dirty. The seats where you wait are squished together, but fortunately there was one chair available because I really needed to get off my feet. My drink took about five minutes to come out, which was quite fast considering how crowded it was. I took a sip as I walked away and it tasted awful. There was zero sweetness. I wasn't sure if that's how the drink was supposed to taste and didn't want to get back in line, so I threw it away. If I go back, I'll spend more time figuring out which drink I'll actually like before ordering. read more

Out of the six drinks I tried, the blueberry cheesecake was definitely my favorite. It's one of their new seasonal specials, and the blueberry flavor really stood out. The cream paired perfectly with it, just like an actual slice of blueberry cheesecake. The drink overall was bold and flavorful. The two fruit teas were solid choices too. The peach kiwi reminded me of the peaches from fruit cups, and the mango passionfruit green tea was refreshing and just as good. The matcha that they used for the matcha ice blended had a weird after taste, so I didn't like the drink. The Hokkaido milk tea was very light & watery, so those drinks were not good. I wanted something that was non-caffeinated and it seemed like all the tea shops only had caffeinated drinks except for Sharetea, so I thought to try them. It's a nice looking shop with soft lighting. The menu is posted on the wall too. I went up to the kiosk to place my order for a strawberry coconut ice blended drink and added crystal boba with a 30% sweetness level. In retrospect, I should have ordered no sugar at all! 30% sweetness level was EXTREMELY sweet! I even diluted it with nearly a can of sparkling water after the ice melted to make it less sweet! I was walking around and didn't know there is a Sharetea located inside the mall. There's a kiosk for your convenience. It is a small location and the lines weren't that long. It has been awhile since I've had Sharetea, so I decided to order one of their signature drinks which is their QQ Family Milk Tea. This was my first time at this location. I like it because of all the different toppings in the drink. There was a kiosk available near the counter and even had a first time customer promo for quite a few drinks! Ordering was fast and efficient. My order was ready within 10 minutes and it wasn't that busy on a Friday afternoon. The drink was exactly the same as what I remembered. It was milky yet refreshing. I loved the boba, red bean, lychee, and caramel pudding, especially knowing that I didn't have to pay extra for all these toppings. Hidden cost- main reason I was not happy about: all milk tea products were made of non dairy creamer, if you want real cow milk or other alternatives, e.g. almond or soy milk, you have to pay extra. WT? Since when does boba tea become so sophisticated? The portion of pastry - Oof, the miserliest piece I've seen, might as well be mistaken as dog treat. It wasn't even good either. The $2 purposefully half-cut Costco styled pastry falsely advertised on screen as full size was a dissapoitment. This is mine and my son's favorite boba spot. There used to be one in Los Gatos that I loved popping by but they closed so now I come to this one. I usually DoorDash boba so I don't have to deal with the hassle of the mall. Anyone I've ever ordered it for has always said it's the best and very refreshing. Warning: This ShareTea makes their drinks on the sweeter side. The 30% sugar here tastes more like 50% at other locations. This isn't my favorite ShareTea location due to how busy it is and the ordering process. The line moves slowly due to how slowly the ordering tablets work. I don't know if they need to be updated or replaced, but just scrolling down on the screen can take up to a minute. The text system notification is also inaccurate, I'm not sure why they use it. You'll have to stick nearby to hear your order number get called out because text doesn't come until much later. The good thing is, they are quick to make the drinks so despite having so many people in front of me in line, I still got my order in a few minutes. It's a decent pick if you're on the first floor of the mall and looking for boba. My partner and I got the Hawaii fruit tea with aiyu jelly and classic pearl milk tea with boba. The Hawaii fruit tea tasted pretty sweet and there wasn't any significant difference that awestruck me in terms of flavor and texture of the boba. It tasted good for a typical fruit drink but I couldn't tell what was different from other fruit drinks. The jelly was pretty good though and added a nice texture to the drink.
