Ordering is mainly done through their self-service kiosk, and even though there were quite a few people, I was able to place my order right away. I ordered: Lychee Jasmine Green Milk Tea with lychee jelly (75% sweet, less ice) - I had mixed feelings about this. It tasted exactly as described, with both the lychee and jasmine flavors coming through nicely, and it wasn't overly sweet. However, I'm not sure the combination worked for me personally, and there was a bit too much lychee jelly for my liking. 4/5 Service was fast and efficient. Despite a small crowd ahead of me, I got my drink in under 5 minutes, which was impressive. Overall, a convenient grab-and-go option with quick service, but I'd probably try a different drink next time. read more

My first drink there, I remember vividly, was the buckwheat milk tea with butterscotch foam and golden boba. This Rabbit Rabbit Tea is a standalone kiosk inside Westfield Valley Fair on the second floor of the mall. This mall gets extremely busy on weeknights and weekends, so parking may be hit or miss. There are parking garages and lots around the mall - garage parking is free for the first 2 hours and then you have to pay. With the many boba spots in this mall alone, this was one of my favorites in the mall. I used to really like their green milk tea with boba here because of the consistent creaminess and tea flavor, but lately it tastes more like a cup of cream / milk that has been watered down. Over the years, I had notice that my milk tea only tastes good when certain people make it and it is also better when they are less busy - it is a bummer that it is not more consistent though. read more

Came here and tried the Thai milk tea. I got 50% sweet and boba. The boba wasn't bad it was chewy but lacked any flavor as it wasn't coated in anything. The Thai tea wasn't bad either but it wasn't very creamy I think because i accidentally got creamer instead of milk so that's my fault. Overall, it was pretty decent for $6.50 but it definitely isn't a destination spot for boba and I probably wouldn't go here again unless I was really craving boba at the mall. read more

I had never had a pink guava bubble tea before, so I am so happy to stopped by Rabbit Rabbit Tea. I usually go to Lucky Tea but when I walked by the line was super long. I continued walking, and fortunately Rabbit Rabbit Tea looked nice. I LOVE the cute cup w/ the rabbit graphic. Service was good. Quick & convenient ordering on their tablets. Mango lychee boba - refreshing! It does have a floral hint so if you don't like that, you might not enjoy this, but I personally didn't mind. There is lychee jelly in it already so that made the drink more enjoyable as well. I'd come back and try a milk tea drink instead next time. I was so excited to see a rabbit rabbit tea while walking around valley fair because I thought they were only in Oahu Hawaii. This is one of my favorite boba shops in Hawaii and wanted to see if it was up to snuff. My go to order is the buckwheat mountain pure tea with butterscotch foam but they don't offer the foam at this location, so I got the osmanthus tea jelly instead. IT HIT! It tasted just like Hawaii and it was delicious. The buckwheat has a bold flavor that made me want to keep slurping. The tea jelly had great flavor and texture - I also appreciated how it wasn't dunked in syrup. The other drink we got is the spring day and this was an extremely unique drink, it has lychee, cucumber and tea. It was so delicious and a flavor combination we've never had before. The cucumber flavor really made this drink special and different from other lychee teas. We ordered via kiosk and waited about 7 minutes for our drink. We came here on a Saturday afternoon so there was a good flow of people ordering. There isn't any place in the surrounding area to sit down and chat but valley fair does have some lounge areas close by. Overall Rabbit Rabbit did not disappoint and I will be stopping here whenever I'm at Valley Fair!! read more

Their default milk option is CREAMER. They charge extra for fresh milk. That tells you how bad quality/taste they intend their products to be. I ordered the buckwheat milk tea and it tasted burnt, no tea flavor whatsoever, and left a bad after taste in my mouth. I don't get how they've survived in the competitive boba scene here at Westfield. But maybe there are enough tourists here that the high volume of first-time customers sustain them. read more

Stumbled upon Rabbit Rabbit Tea after a LONG day of shopping. I ordered my usual boba order: passion fruit green tea with boba (25% sugar, 25% ice). Not a big fan of the self-order kiosk. Spotty screen. It took a lot longer than expected for the staff to pump out my drink. Seems like quite a few people had ordered beforehand. Passion fruit green tea mixed well. I could visually see the staff mixing it which provided a good tea flavor. I've had Rabbit Rabbit Tea in Hawaii, but it seems like it is a different menu. Definitely enjoy this one more. The tea drink was fine, just honestly too expensive for what you get. My tea was $6-7 for what was basically a customized sweetness/ice honey tea. I do like their kiosk ordering system and ability to customize sweetness level and ice, but at the end of the day, it was a really simple tea with no extras like jelly, boba, or any exotic flower essence from the top of Machu Picchu or from the northernmost point of the arctic. It was just a plain tea. Tasted good, reasonably quick turnaround from ordering to getting the drink but the value just wasn't quite there for me. This tea shop is located in the Westfield Valley Mall. It can get packed but you can order online before you get there. There isn't any staff taking orders, everything is done on the Koisk. You get a text message when the drink is ready. If there are any problems, the staff is very helpful with it. They fix it up for you right away. I just like the vibe around the tea shop, it always feels so calming so I come here a lot to shop and get the drinks. I usually get the rose Japanese buckwheat milk tea. It tastes better than it sounds. It's so good, it has a creamy texture and refreshing taste. The drinks can be pretty sweet so I usually get 50% sweetness but I didn't get ice this time as it was pretty cold. Recommend this tea shop, if you are interested in trying Buckwheat, I'm sure you'll enjoy it! read more

You order by a machine, which was pretty easy to use. Staff were pretty busy so it took a while for drinks. The tropical sky smoothie was really sweet and we had to toss it because it was tooooo sweet. The brown sugar milk tea was okay. The kyoto matcha was also okay. The drinks were all regular sweetness and ice and my family said it was too sweet, or just did not like it. My favorite drink that stole the show was the MANGO GREEN MILK TEA WITH BOBA, 0% SUGAR. YOU DO NOT NEED THE SUGAR. THE BOBA HAS SWEETNESS TO IT. It was a super delicious and refreshing drink. Boba was good texture and I thoroughly enjoyed it, while my other family members just looked miserable with their drinks. My friend recommended this boba stall to me as the best boba Valley Fair has to offer. Rabbit Rabbit Tea is a standalone stall surrounded by 4 large touchscreen displays where you place your own order. You can ask the employee(s) to help you order but they've always looked quite busy making drinks so I'd feel bad interrupting their work flow. They are quite efficient because drinks are coming out every minute and I've never had to wait long for mine. There's signage elsewhere in the mall indicating that they are opening a storefront soon, but it remains to be seen whether this small stall will continue operating. I'm a big fan of fruit teas and that's all I've tried here, none of which were particularly memorable but all were tasty. I wish the self-order menus would suggest sweetness levels like some other boba shops do. I never know what to select when I'm going to a new place. 50% has been working for me but I'd suggest one tier lower if you really don't have a sweet tooth. Someone please tell me if this place serves the holy grail of milk teas and I'm foolishly ordering the wrong drinks by insisting on my preferred fruit teas. Loved the kiosks to order from - never has it taken longer than 10 minutes, even when busy for them to complete our orders. We come back now several times for the Hula Tea and it's perfect each time with the amount of sweetness. I love that for a twist I can add boba to my tea. Like other reviews have mentioned, it's at the end of the mall but it's ok if you're walking the mall to get steps in. This boba place is a random stall within the Westfield Valley Fair shopping mall in Valley Fair, so it's pick up only and doesn't have its own sitting area. The line wasn't too long, and we were able to get our order within 5 minutes or so. While there are many boba places around, this particular shop does have some unique flavors like the Japanese Buckwheat Milk tea which is the one that we tried. I actually enjoyed the flavor of this quite a bit, as it was almost like a refreshing minty flavor that was pretty unique to me. We got it 100% sweet with low ice, and I think that this is worth trying out at least once. read more
