The tea quality wouldn't be to the level of places like Chicha, however some of their teas are not bad & I appreciate they consistently put a good amount of matcha into their matcha drinks (not watery/milky). I usually get 0% additional sugar & can taste the tea (have tried jasmine green, roasted oolong, matcha, etc.). I did recently try their seasonal yuzu matcha, and just saying I wouldn't get this one again since the yuzu part is like it's from those jarred honeyed citron slices. Their strawberry matcha is pretty good, and I like that their banana pudding matcha is good & not overly sweet. (tho I agree, sometimes they may overdo it on the ice). Their jars have changed shape from earlier years & in recent years they fit in car cup holders which is better. Drinks are pricey here, as it comes in a glass jar with either different corgi themed designs on it (extra charge) or whatever collab theme they are doing at the time of your visit (no extra charge). Not the best service, the employees were not that friendly after ringing the bell for help.
