I love Wanpo's Cupertino location. There is usually plenty of parking, even on a weekend. I've never had to find parking beyond the parknig lot immediately in front of the store. It's convenient to order from their kiosk, and drinks are ready pretty quickly. They have high quality teas. I've tried different drinks here and have never been disappointed with anything I've chosen. There are different seating options inside, chairs at tables, sofas, and also seating in a covered area outside. It can get busy inside, especially on weekends, where there's so many people that it becomes noisy inside. I also appreciate that they have a restroom. Not just one, but two restrooms!! This is definitely a nice feature at a business where customers consume large quantities of tea.

You can ordered at the self ordering kiosk, they also have a large printed menu display with cutouts of the drink so you can see everything at once. I really like that. The order: I got the grass jelly drink , it's something I haven't had for a long time since my go to is milk tea. But I'm very happy with my drink. Super refreshing and calming. Just the perfect amount of sweetness. This herbal tea also has good health properties, you should look into it! We got our drinks in about 10 mins since we ordered 4 drinks. The space isn't big but have adequate seating for guest. Would definitely come back, it's right there in the center of all the restaurants in the area. Easy to walk to if you're parked in the area.
Just another good boba store in Cupertino This one was on Main Street. I had the passion fruit green tea ($8ish?) with taro balls - I would probably go for pearls or boba next time. Order on tablet, and they put your drink out on the counter. No service. There's a good amount of seating inside and nice couches for hanging out too.
I ordered the lychee black tea with grass jelly, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was flavorful without tasting artificial. I asked whether the lychee flavor came from syrup, and the staff told me they make their own lychee jam from real fruit. The drink was refreshing with a subtle tropical twist. I would definitely order it again.

The tea was robust, with a delicious hint of tannins and bitterness; it was sophisticated, bold, and straightforward as black tea should be. The dairy-free creamer paired well with the tea, blending smoothness and luxuriousness into the drink. The boba offered a tease of sugar; firm yet chewy, demure yet sweet, it elevated my milk tea from simple and smooth to cultured and stylish. I enjoyed my Wanpo Milk Tea, and it's solidly on my list of tea houses to visit again.

The service is fast and friendly and, unlike many neighboring boba shops, this place has no lines or crowds. The boba is good and the taro milk was fresh and flavorful. It wasn't too sweet which I appreciated. Also this place has a good value as a huge boba tea is about $7. Many other shops are almost $10 now.
This place is pretty spacious with quite a lot of seating inside. Their Plum Green Tea is excellent. The plum flavor is strong. The drink is sweet and salty, and also refreshing. Service is fast too. Got my drink sooner than expected. Will come back and try other drinks.
I got green tea with yellow jelly (feng guo). I come here for the toppings mostly because their tea isn't as strong as I prefer. If you're drinking for the tea, I would recommend Ten Ren or TpTea instead. I like that their yellow jelly is in bigger pieces instead of small like Tea Top's. Order ahead using snackpass and earn rewards! Service is always fast. A good amount of seating with a couple couches as well.

I took a chance on the plum green tea and I think it's pretty tasty! It was my first time here but I wanted to try something I haven't had before, so in hindsight I think I did a pretty good job with the sweetness, and ice ratios. It was a pretty strong flavor so 50% sweetness was perfect, and anything higher than that would be overwhelmingly sweet. The shop had a nice sofa that we sat on while waiting for our drinks. I'd say the drinks took about 10 minutes to come out but it was pretty crowded when we went, so that might be why. There were also two private bathrooms available without a code to enter. The indoor seating was clean and the outdoor patio was also very nice. Overall, would come back to try more drinks!

Taste great and the boba and purple rice are really chewy.
We always get the starfruit juice and smoked plum tea here. The starfruit juice is just the right amount of sweet, and the smoked plum tea has a strong, distinct smoky taste. We haven't tried the other items on the menu yet, but these two are great.
Has unique drinks. Pretty popular d/t proximity to apple campus. I like the tapioca special because I like all kinds of chewy things. The grass jelly drink was sweet and quite grass jelly tasting. The boba is a bit hard. Not sure why but my friends black milk tea boba also had a grass jelly taste but the milk tea is pretty basic. It can add up to $7-8 with toppings. Not sure if they changed ownership or if they've had to cut costs, but the quality seems to have gone down. I've been a huge fan of this place for years. I used to drive 30 minutes just to get their tea on a regular basis. But after my last two visits, I've really noticed a difference in the tea quality. You don't even get that nice tea-brewing aroma when you walk in anymore. In the past, their fruit tea actually tasted fruity and you could really taste the tea. Now, it tastes more like a syrupy drink than fruit tea. They also switched to paper cups on my most recent visit. On top of that, the cup wasn't sealed properly. It started leaking when I tilted it to drink, which was pretty disappointing. I really hope they can bring back the quality they had before. Oreo boba milk tea 30% sugar was alright, not as good as sunright tea studio in sunnyvale. Friend got the tieguanyin tea and liked it! Another friend got the taro milk tea and said it was surprisingly not purple, had more texture (probably from the taro starch/fibers, which she didn't prefer), not too sweet, tasted more like the actual root vegetable. Diverse menu. Service was super fast (within 3mins) and ambience was nice, had good amount of seating! read more

I really wanted to like this place from all the reviews I'd heard but sadly, it was just alright. I usually get 50% sweet in most boba shops and I like how that tastes. I asked for the same here but it just didn't taste good to me. It was way less flavourful than I expected. The boba was also not the best, I've definitely had better ones. Brownie points for their vibe though. I did see many people enjoying their drinks so check them out I guess?! Maybe you will have a different experience than I did. read more

i think wanpo is so underrated! i love their drinks and the shop is super cute and nice to hang out in. their menu is pretty vast with lots of taiwanese drinks. drinks didn't take too long to come out since it wasn't busy. would definitely return + recommend! read more

Drinks were yum! I love that their milk tea is dairy-free!! The boba was a little bit chewier than I would have liked but I know other people prefer it that way. Tea flavor wasnt super strong but still good! I think I prefer their tieguanyin over their standard black tea. Service was good. I ordered online for pickup so I didnt experience any customer service really but my drinks were ready by the time I got there! The shop is nice and spacious and feels clean. I like the simple decor around the place, I think it is a modern and cool space. read more

Their milk tea tasted odd, stale and water downed. It was imbalanced between milk and tea. The ratio was way off in the drink and the oolong tea part tasted old and not fresh. As a long time tea drinker and someone who is especially fond of Oolong tea, I feel their tea is subpar in quality. Oolong tea normally tastes either floral, fruity or nutty, roasted when freshly brewed. The one I got tasted neither. When I expressed my concern to the staff, he was professional and understanding, offered to make me a replacement. Unfortunately the second one tasted the same. I think not only the tea quality is questionable but their recipe is not to my liking. Staff confirmed they pour more tea than milk in the drink, causing final product acrid and bitter rather than light and smooth. The better drink at Wangpo, IMO, is the lemon drink product. Good service. Comfy environment. They worked hard to impress and tried to make things right. It's just not the best I've had. read more

After trying Wanpo for the first time, it has quickly become one of my favorite boba shops! My only wish is that they stayed open a little later because they usually close pretty early (6pm). I can't really say too much about service since it is a self service kiosk, but the ambiance is that of a typical boba shop: very chill inside with nice seating and a rustic charm to it. I don't really see people studying here, but there is outlets and wifi so this could be a good study spot! Now onto the main attraction: the drinks! My go to is always the boba black milk tea while my bf gets the Wanpo milk tea. The Wanpo milk tea is a great choice if you're looking for a milk tea that is strong in flavor and is not too sweet, but still delivering that sweet treat energy! I enjoy the boba black milk tea a lot because the milk tea tastes creamy and has strong caramel-y after notes, so this is a great choice for those with a sweet tooth like me! Their boba consistency is also always on the chewy side with a hint of sweetness. Definitely check them out if you're in the area! read more

I enjoyed the boba milk teas at Wanpo, the tea flavors are very solid. They have a couple locations throughout the Bay Area. This location has a spacious open area, so it's not cramped at all. I usually get the Wintermelon Milk Tea, which is a refreshing and delicious flavor. If you never had Wintermelon, it's pretty good! The Oolong Milk Tea was delicious as well. If you're like me and enjoy trying new boba shops, Wanpo is a good choice! read more
Unique Taiwanese tea shop with great aesthetic choices and an origin deeply rooted in the founder's childhood of growing up in Taiwan with their family and community in a military village. There's a lot of great back drops here for photos and I do like the tiger logo art they had on a banner towards the back. It looks super cool. Also big shout out to the shop staff who is a Ghibli fan! The window art work is super cute. There's an extensive menu of drinks and options to customize and when we went there were some menu items that were coming soon too. You can order from the kiosks that they have in shop. We got the: 1) Fresh Lime Roselle Drink with Crataegus: -I got this with half sweetness and less ice. -I've never seen the word "Crataegus" before and I don't think I've ever had a drink like this at a boba place either, so I immediately fixated on it and knew it was something that I had to try. -It's just a nice rose tea with some lime to it. Floral but a tad tart. Not bad. 2) Starfruit Juice: -Half sweet and less ice. -I have had starfruit juice before, but I highly misjudged how sour and tart the drink was gong to be with this adjustment. -It was to the point of being unbearably unpleasant (didn't get to try this until later after we had left), but honestly nothing some water can't fix through dilution. 3) Luye Biluochun Green Tea: -0 sweet and less ice. -This is a Taiwanese high mountain tea. -Even with 0 sugar it was a nice refreshing tea with a slight fruit taste to it. -Not bad. I think the next time I drop by the area or if they open more branches...say in SoCal...I am going to try their milk teas instead. read more

By the first sip I literally said MMMM out loud! Something about the tea/drink quality here was just sooo good. Firstly this place is so nice and quaint inside, dog friendly (they have a little dog bowl), and have self-ordering kiosks. Their menu is expansive with diff categories to choose from. We got the Kumquat Lemon Green Tea and Matcha Latte. The Kumquat tea was FIRE. Flavor was sooo good by the first sip. Refreshing for the warm day as well. Matcha Latte also had a great flavor that was a little on the sweet side but still super yummy. We finished our drinks so quickly. I want to try more drinks from here, will def come back when im in the area read more
Idk how I've never noticed this in the Main St Cupertino area! They are dog friendly and i saw a girl walking out w her dog. I liked aiyu jelly lemon tea i got. It was super fragrant tea with the refreshing lemon flavour. Kinda reminded me of the asian juice box lemonade tea thingy. But low key i ordered 50% sweetness but it tasted like it was 100%--wayyyy too sugary. The jelly was yummy and sorta cut through the sweetness read more

I'd give this boba place an A for aesthetics (it was clean, bright, and organized on the inside - lots of cute touches like studio ghibli stickers) but a B- for drinks. My drink tasted a bit watery and too juice- like even though I ordered a tea. You can customize the sugar and ice level but for whatever reason my drink still tasted off. It's a small tea shop in the corner of Stevens creek. The interior is very cute and comfy with sofas and chairs. You order on a kiosk and they don't take cash only card. The drinks come out relatively fast 5-10m. The drinks are around 6 dollars each depending on size and toppings. I love their wanpo milk tea and oolong milk tea. It's one of my favorite milk tea stores since the tea flavor is very strong. I love how the drink isn't too sweet or bitter. I recommend 50 or 70 percent sweetness. Definitely a place to visit for milk tea in the Bay Area. read more

I've been here twice - both have been good experiences with good quality drinks. You'll place your order at one of the kiosk machines near the front. I like that they have the menu blown up on a banner by the machines so it's easier to review versus flipping through pages on the screen. Drinks are made pretty quickly. My go to is passionfruit green tea and they make it well - nice tart taste. Boba's good, chewy and bouncy. Pretty spacious with seating scattered all around. Located by a variety of good restaurants, so nice option for a post-meal pick-me-up. The boba shop's in a convenient spot since it's off to the side of the plaza area, so it's not crowded and easy to find parking. Easy and quick in and out visit. They have a few other stores in the Bay Area too! read more

Great quality Taiwanese bubble tea. Their black tea with less sugar is very flavorful and has the right amount of richness. I am a fan of their taro series. Taro milk is my fave. They have taro balls and purple rice which is even better. Two kiosks to order. Space is spacious and nice to sit and enjoy your drink. read more
Yay they have kumquat lemon tea here!!! 30% was good but will try 0% sweetness next time for a more tart flavor. Hubby's milk tea was decent. Great and refreshing but I was surprised at how small the regular cup size is. Ordered via kiosk and picked up less than 5 mins later. read more
First timer at Wanpo Tea Shop yesterday! My friend had mentioned positive things about this spot, so we went to go check it out. When you walk in, you will go straight to the self-service kiosk to order. You'll order the drinks and wait for your drink to be ready via text. Very easy process. They also have a rewards system, so make sure you opt-in for that after you pay :) As for my drink, I ordered the aiyu jelly lemon tea and added grass jelly as an additional topping. The drink was really refreshing and the jellies were super soft. The best compliment I could give to an asian tea shop is that it was not too sweet (haha). The interior was nice. They have two couches for you to lounge. Felt very clean and relaxing to sip on your tea and enjoy your day out. Parking lot felt busy, but they had parking spots in front of the store reserved for Wanpo customers only. I'll definitely be back for that lemon tea! read more
