Came around opening on a saturday morning and got the matcha cloud mochi rice with full sweetness. Even with full sweetness I'd prefer it a little sweeter, it felt more like 80% to me. Staff hand whisked the matcha so I appreciate the effort put into each drink! The mochi was chewy and good! The matcha was strong too. The wait was around 10 mins and there's one kiosk to order from.
We've tried several drinks from Wow Tea, including the Dragon Well, Rice Flavor Green Tea, Best Jasmine, and Lapsang Souchong tea lattes. Across the board, the flavor profiles are very tea-forward, though they tend to be a bit light on the creaminess. My personal favorite is the Rice Flavor Green Tea latte; it features a delicate, nutty rice umami that complements the green tea notes perfectly. Their mochi is also excellent--soft and lightly chewy--and it pairs wonderfully with the rice flavor latte. However, we have noticed some inconsistency lately. While our initial visits featured very potent lattes, our more recent drinks have felt significantly more watery.
I decided to stop by Wow Tea since I was in the area. The drinks were made quickly and filled to the top. It's situated next to a parking lot. I got The Best Jasmine Tea Latte with a Jasmine Whipped Cream with Matcha and boba. The price for the drink was about $10, which is pretty expensive. The Jasmine tea was creamy and rich. There was a good balance between the floral and tea taste. The boba was chewy and had a light honey taste. Unfortunately, the Jasmine Whipped Cream didn't have a strong Jasmine taste. It tasted more like a regular milky whipped cream and there also wasn't enough matcha powder, which was disappointing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also didn't see a trash can inside the store but there are some outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Next time, I will just get The Best Jasmine Tea Latte without any add-ons.
Okay this place is a GREAT stop. I think it doesn't get enough attention. This is one of my top tier picks for the south bay. Taste: They have a tea espresso machine so all their cups are brewed fresh. They also use organic milk 10/10 Parking: There's some retail parking right by the storefront Service: You can either order through the kiosk or online. Very easy.

I came with my fiance on a Sunday afternoon. We were deciding on lunch until said screw it, skipped lunch for boba. We came at a rather busy time as wait was like 20 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is very well decorated. Nice music and cute modern decor. Lots of flowers. The inside was colorful and I liked it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the white peach oolong tea latte. Ofc, drink has to be good for a good review. It was fantastic. Really fragrant, and the boba I got with it was soft and chewy (my fav). The only reason I can't give 5* is the price. Almost $9??? For a 16 oz?
One of my favorite boba places in the Bay besides Heytea and Molly Tea! This place is like a hidden gem since there's never a line but the boba and the tea flavor is sooo good! The service is great and there's a good number of parking spots in the plaza. If you like oolong milk tea, you have to give this drink a try!

My Go-To's: - Jasmine Milk Tea - White Peach Oolong Milk Tea (Tastes pretty similar to MoonTea's) - Qilan Oolong Milk Tea - Lapsang Souchong Black Milk Tea My friend LOVES their fruit teas. They also have snackies here, but not popcorn chicken :( I haven't tried any myself though to have an opinion. I got the dragon well einspanner mochi drink in light sweetness and this was soooo good! This drink is on the lighter side but the mochi and salted cheese top is perfect when mixed altogether. I usually like less sugar in my drink so the less sugar was perfect. The ordering process is simple at the kiosk, and the wait was super fast.
I think this might be one of my favorite bubble tea shops in the bay area!! I've always passed by but never tried it until now. I got the rice flavor green milk tea, with no sugar, less ice, and changed the milk to organic oat milk (+$1) It tastes so so similar to the glutinous rice tea at chagee in china/singapore/malaysia!! I'll definitely come back to try the other drinks. I have a feeling they will also be really good!
We got the "best" jasmine milk tea as shown on their menu. it was not as good as molly tea just down the street but the same price. The tea itself was just okay. The osmanthus oolong tea taste was pretty light and there was a little bit of a weird aftertaste. The black tea jelly topping was pretty silky and nice tho! The white peach guan yin was definitely better. The tea itself tasted better and it was much stronger. It had a really strong peach flavor too although it tasted kinda artificial. They were using espresso machines to brew the tea one cup at a time tho! We got very light sugar in both and it was indeed very lightly sweetened. They aren't too busy and they have tables, outlets, and free wifi tho, so it was a perfect place for us to watch world cup :) read more

It's interesting to have mochi in the tea but lacking tea flavor. I got the jasmine tea one and it tastes like drinking milk. Fast service though which it is a plus. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]interior is nice and there are a few seats and tables outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] parking is kind of hectic and the spaces are on the smaller side imo. but i was able to find some around 5-5:30pm after work! i ordered the qilan oolong tea and it tasted pleasantly nutty /roasted. i actually really liked it! good Molly Tea alternative with better parking and fewer crowds. i ordered on snackpass and it was ready within 5 minutes. also another plus is that they will keep your drink in the fridge after it's made so that it's still cold by the time you get it! read more

Given my latest obsession with Molly Tea, I wanted to try Wow Tea as well to see how it compares. High quality jasmine milk tea with whipped cream and pecans is something I didn't know I needed in my life before I tried it! I'm glad theres more of it coming to the bay. Onto the drink review... I ordered via DoorDash and it arrived much quicker than the estimate. They use a clear plastic bag and rounded lids for their drinks vs. Molly's insulated bags and coffee type lids. Thankfully my drink was still the perfect temperature because of how quickly it delivered. The tea quality is very good and similar to Molly, so if you want something similar without the wait Molly Tea usually has (though I haven't physically visited wow tea yet so im not sure if it's similar) this is a good alternative. A bonus for wow tea is that they have standard boba, which Molly does not. The boba is good, too! The reason I rated 4/5 is because of the jasmine whipped cream being entirely melted in by the time it arrived. Molly puts both the cream and pecans in a separate container so that you can add it in and sip without the experience getting lost from delivery. Overall, id choose Molly for delivery, and Wow Tea as a decent alternative for going into the shop. read more

Every time I drive by this spot to go Moon Tea, I get curious to see if this spot is actually good. One day, I actually just said "let's try this spot". [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon entering, place was clean but no one inside besides the workers and a Santa Clause (it's the beginning of August, bro) lol.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Normally if there is a line, you think the spot is really good. So seeing no one lined up, I didn't expect much. The workers were very nice, helpful and quick with the drinks. Now onto the drinks, my wife ordered the White Peach Oolong and I ordered the Lapsang Souchong Black Milk Tea. Again...I didn't have high expectations but when I tried my wife's White peach Tea, I was actually surprised because I'm not too much of a peach tea kinda guy. It was delicious. It didn't have any artificial taste to it. Now my Lapsang Souchong literally had me say "WOW". I was shocked at how good this tea was. The description said something about it being "woody" or something like that. That made me want to try it. It did have like an earthy or smoky'ish flavor to it. It's probably one of my top teas. I'll definitely be returning to wow because WOW, it was good. read more
In a bit of a dilemma of whether to rate Wow three or four stars. In actuality, I would like to rate it 3.5. My very first impression upon first ordering Wow tea was, WOW that was expensive. It came out to $7.25 for a small sized drink. After much debate and scrupulous research through reviews (there's nothing worse then spending a bunch of money on a throw away drink), I ordered the Qilan Oolong milk tea with added black tea jelly less sweet and no ice. The drink wasn't bad. Flavor of the tea was nice and strong, but it did leave behind a bit of a bitter aftertaste. The black tea jelly was nice and Q, the flavor was quite nice (a 75 cent add-on). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Interior is quite clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One ordering kiosk inside (you can also preorder on Snackpass). No line on a Tuesday afternoon (although it can get busy with the high schoolers around). [[HIGHLIGHT]]A few seats inside and a few outside as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was scorching hot inside though. They were blasting the heater and I had to step out to cool down while waiting for my drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have some very nifty looking tea machines and signs that say no pictures, so alas, you will have to visit to see them. So, would I pay $7.25 again for a small drink with one topping? Only if I'm feeling spendy. There are countless other tea spots nearby and although Wow does have a nice taste... it's quite expensive for a small drink. read more
I tried the "best jasmine milk tea" 30% sweet with boba today. I am so impressed with Wow Tea. The teas are so fragrant, the sweetness at 30% is just right and the boba is decent. To me , I'd say it's as fragrant as Molly Tea and they have boba in stock which is a must for me. read more
I really like Wow Tea! They're not super busy, so it's easy to order and get your drinks quickly. Service is fast, and their tea is really fragrant and flavorful. I'm not the biggest fan of their whipped cream, but overall it's a solid tea spot! read more

Heard of this spot before but have never tried it and thought today was a good day as ever since I was already in the area. There is a little parking area next to the shop but be aware that it's quite small! You enter the store and there is no register, there is only a self-order kiosk. I ordered three drinks: the white peach oolong tea, qilan oolong, as well as the best jasmine milk teas. The wait was barely 5 minutes because we beat the crowd but there was a decent line behind us after. All three drinks were so fragrant. You really taste the tea but it's not overpowering or too dark in flavor. The white peach oolong had a very pleasant peach taste that didn't taste super artificial and the qilan oolong definitely has a bit of a stronger tea flavor, but again not overpowering. Now I am not sure if I would say their jasmine is the best, but it definitely is floral and fragrant and all three drinks were nice and creamy from the milk. For 2 of the drinks I got light sweetness and 1 I got full and although I usually prefer light sweetness at all other shops, I think this one actually scales their sugar levels well so that even the full sweetness is not too sweet, it's actually perfect. So I say try full sweetness and if you think it could go down from there then try light sweetness the next time! I do wish the oat milk sub didn't cost an extra $1 because I would've opted for that but still good nonetheless. If you're into milk teas, this spot is a must try! Also, the branding of their cups, napkins, etc is very unique! read more
Stumbled upon this place while we were waiting for our table at Kura. There's seating inside and outside as well. I opted for the white peach oolong oat milk tea and it was so good. Super refreshing! I liked the strong peach flavor a lot and the boba had a nice chewy texture. Definitely would come back again. read more
Worth a second cup!! This could be the best milk tea in the Bay Area. First I suspect it's just the chagee hype that's brought from China, from its tea type, specialty ingredients as well as the cup design etc. however whatever it is, it did impressed me with the flavor, which is the most important thing in a milk tea shop, not the cup design, not the fancy names etc. We ordered a gardenia milk tea with black tea jelly as well as a peach oolong milk tea, which was soooi good that we immediately drank it all and was craving for a 2nd cup already. We'd definitely come back for other flavors. read more
Stopped by after my coworker recommended the place and really glad I did! We tried the qilan oolong milk tea & the peach oolong milk tea. Both had strong tea flavors which we enjoyed, and overall tasted less artificial & more freshly brewed than other spots do. The peach oolong milk tea was one of the better ones I've tried in the bay as well, since it didn't have an off-putting aftertaste as peach flavoring will at times. After we ordered, the screen showed that the drink would take ~25 mins, but it ended up coming out in less than 10. It seemed like there were lots of online orders which is great for them! I thought the cup design was also really clever, but didn't love how using the straw hole also meant the sipping hole would be exposed on the cup. Overall, loved the tea and would return to try some of the other drinks:) read more

first time and will say [[HIGHLIGHT]]place is very spacious for boba shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] i grabbed my white peach guan yin lemon tea and i will say so refreshing. asked for light sweet and very recommended ~ not too sour and still so so good!!! WOW the tea here is...just decent. We got the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea with oat milk, and added boba as a topping. I like how they have dairy-free options here. The tea itself was fragrant and tasted like a good quality brew. The white peach flavor tastes kind of artificial but in a delicious way -- if you've ever had the peach flavor of those Chi sparkling water drinks at Costco, it tastes almost exactly like that. Combining it with the oat milk gave me a dazzling milky peach sensation! The boba itself had a good bounce, nothing to write home about but it got the job done well. You can't come here without noticing the cute Cookie Monster-esque logo on the cup. I hope Sesame Street doesn't send a copyright lawsuit their way any time soon because I love the positive googly-eyed design! The inside has lots of tables and seating buts it's pretty stuffy. Spotted this place on our way to Lattea. Kids god drinks from lattea and we walked over to Wow. We got: Hot Oolong milk tea with boba: 30% sweet too. It had a really nice nutty flavor. Hot jasmine green tea with oat milk and tea grass jelly: 30% sweetness was perfect. Strong lovely jasmine flavor. I liked the jelly too. Excellent. Although the wait was about 15 minutes I am looking forward to coming back for more. read more
I was in the area on a hot day and decided to visit this new tea spot for a pick-me-up! Upon entering, I found a kiosk for ordering. The space itself is new and brightly lit, with a few tables indoors and outdoor seating as well. We ordered two items; it wasn't very busy, but it surprisingly took about 14 minutes to get our order. Here's what I got: Qilan Oolong Milk Tea with Whipped Cream Topped with Pecans (4/5): I opted for 100% sweetness, which was just right for me. The drink had a strong tea flavor, and I loved the glazed pecans. They were toasted with sugar, which brings in the extra crunch! Popcorn Chicken with Okonomiyaki Sauce (2/5): This was a letdown. The kiosk photos of the snacks looked adorable, which made me want to try them for the packaging. However, it came in a regular takeout box instead. I chose the spicy option (which costs extra), but it seemed like they just drizzled some spicy sauce on top, leaving the batter and coating unchanged. The chicken wasn't flavorful or spicy, and the okonomiyaki sauce made it super soggy. If you're looking for that classic taiwanese popcorn chicken with 5 spice powder, you won't find it here. Overall, I won't be returning for their snacks. However, I'm definitely inclined to try more of their drinks if I'm in the area again! read more

For a place called Wow Tea Drinks with the logo that they have, this place has amazing boba. This place is conveniently available on Snackpass so you can order ahead + get loyalty points. Absolutely love the tea bases here and the fruit teas are my top boba in south bay atm. The orange jasmine tea and the lemon oolong tea are my go to order here. Both have very fragrant teas and a good amount of fresh fruit. It doesn't seem like they use syrups so the citrus of the oranges or lemons is really present. (In other words, quite sour -- in a good real fruity way). The lemon oolong tea kinda tastes like the honey lemon tea that come in the juice boxes from Hong Kong. I also particularly love getting their black tea jelly. The jelly is also super fragrant and perfect texture. read more
