Quality/Quantity - Got my usual Pikes. She was actually brewing a fresh pot, which gave me time to take my Yelp pictures, lol. Otherwise my usual in and out. While I was waiting and checking out the pastries, I decided to go across the street to Bakers Village to pick up some pastries for my wife and I. Atmosphere - One of the larger Starbucks. I think they replaced a bank decades ago. When they first opened, it was crazy busy. But now with so many Starbucks on almost every block, they were not busy at all. Drive thru, but I prefer to walk in. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 4:30am or 5am to 10pm. One of the later Starbucks opened in the area. Service - Good. Got a fresh pot and she even gave me an option to wait or not. Good communication & service skills. Price - $3. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them in the US. 1992 IPO. 2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee. 2008 Loyalty card program. 2014 First Starbucks Reserve opened in Seattle. 2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery only. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not. Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive-thru and curbside pickup.

Great service but they must have new baristas because my usual drink is not tasting good! I always order a soy vanilla latte and it tastes flat. The coffee is off, the soy is off and together the whole drink tastes wrong

My all time favorite. I come here every time before I start any road trip. I love Starbucks and specifically coffee americano and Latte. The service here is fast they are very swift in their delivery.

I was going to knock off a star because the lady that took our drive thru order was rude (note: customer service shouldn't question the customer like they are dumb). But then the person at the drive thru window was so kind, pleasant and charismatic . I don't know his name (it's 7:41am Jan 17th, 2023) but Starbucks needs to keep him and he deserves a raise . I forgot to mention that my latte is yummmay (steamed the milk a lil thicker - love it).

Reusable cups

I love coming here! I just really wish they would have given me a much better cup... I bought one of the reusable cups and this is just gross. The drive through person even asked if I wanted my drink inside of it, luckily I said no...

This is one of the few Starbucks in my area that has a drive through, and there can sometime be long lines. I have never used the drive through. I always park and walk inside. There is ample parking at this location, even after the 24 Hr Fitness opened at this shopping center. The wait for drinks can take a while during peak times. This is also one of the locations that tends to stay open later than others. They always get the orders correct at this location. There is some seating inside, however, not as many as pre-pandemic days. This is because they walled off the "quiet work/study" room in the store, making the seating area smaller than before. This store has always been clean whenever I visit.

The baristas are nice and the drinks are good!!!!!!!!! The place is good to sit down and check your phone or to talk with people.

Doesn't give light ice. Also the service is not that good. And the ambiance is also not good.

1484 Halford Ave Santa Clara, CA 95051…read more This was my first visit to Baker's Village in Santa Clara. It was a warm day, and I was drawn to this bakery by their fruit smoothies. It was near 5pm. I walked in and the place was empty. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me. I asked for a strawberry smoothie, then walked around to survey all the baked goods. It's a small bakery with lots of trays of individually packaged cakes and pastries. The smell was very pleasant and comforting. Using a flat basket (or tray) I grabbed a few selections. I picked 2 "Heart Pies" that resembled my favorite French Butterfly Cookies. Also 2 pound cakes. The total rang up to just over $21. There's some small tables for enjoying your purchases there, but I took my items to go. The icy cold fruit smoothie was very good and very cold! Not too sweet, it had a natural strawberry taste. The Heart Pies were good and fresh. But the Pound Cakes were probably "day old." I noticed there's no dates or "best by" tags on the packages. It's a nice place to visit, and I will return again. Free parking in plaza lot.

Thanks to my recent introduction to "Too Good To Go" app, I pleasantly discovered Korean baked…read moregoods at Baker's Village. Wisely, I checked Yelp reviews first because some deals can be too good to be true. It's hidden gem off El Camino and near Lawrence Expressway where those that know good Korean baking have this spot on their short list of preferred places. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pick up time and Korean grandma behind the counter was super pro, teaching me how to confirm check in and gave me a mixed bag of baked goods with/without fillings. If you like surprises, are omnivore & no special diets or food allergies, Too Good To Go is the way to explore. The items were in generic packaging without labels, so take a pic of the items you like so can order when visit next time. While my family enjoyed all the items, I really enjoyed the black sesame studded puffy rolls that I think were made with rice flour. There was a large group of older Asian ladies, including one who brought their lap dog, enjoying good conversations in their native language with their baked goods and tea or coffee. Another gentleman was taking a video call to help decide the best cake to buy. Will add this bake shop for a place to have a coffee meeting and to favorite in Too Good To Go.

Came by to try after lunch on Mother's Day, probably around 4PM. The place was SUPER busy when we…read morewent, but the service was still really fast and organized, we got our drinks within 10 minutes. The interior is modern and really cute, and they even have a dog check-in photo wall which was so so cute ! We got the snowy Jasmine with boba. Drinks themselves were light, fragrant, and refreshing. Even at 100% sweetness, they actually weren't too sweet, I would even argue getting 125% to match other boba places 100% sweetness. The boba had a really good flavor and sweetness to it that balanced everything out perfectly. Overall a great spot to grab a drink. Next time I want to try their Pistachio Matcha Coconut water so I will be coming back!

Thank goodness for weekdays off! I went on a random Tuesday afternoon close to their opening time…read moreat 11am and let me tell you, hardly a soul in sight. I even got a pic of the seating without anyone in my photo. SCORE! I would highly recommend a day other than the weekend. I would give this place a 3.5 if I could. I just ordered a drink for myself and for my brother. In and out in maybe 10minutes? There's a kiosk to order and a spot to pick up your drink-- very efficient. I got the basic jasmine milk tea because I love jasmine tea and knew that if any place were to make the best jasmine milk teas, it would be this place. Molly is Chinese for jasmine anywayyyyyy (shout out to my coworker for telling me this!). I did not try my brother's tea so I cannot comment on it. I liked my jasmine tea, I can tell it was higher quality than other places I've had jasmine tea, but is it worth the hype? I don't think so. It's good, don't get me wrong, but wait-in-a-3-hour-line good? nothing is. I think I've also become desensitized to the high tea prices that $7-8 is somehow normal? When it shouldn't be! My only frame of reference nowadays is seeing how much tea cost in Asia. And in Taiwan (the birthplace of boba) I got boba for $3 ;( *sigh oh well I live in one of the most expensive places in the country but also I cannot believe I let myself think this is okay. Anyway, it's a treat, not a habit I would give into everyday.

The food and environment makes you feel like you are in Western Europe. If you want authentic…read moreEuropean cuisine then this is your next favorite coffee cafe and bakery. It's a bit pricey but worth it. You get what you pay for.

I come up to this bakery once a month, and I love the 48 hour preorder option. I highly recommend…read moreit for people who don't want to deal with the line that understandably goes out the door. The food is worth the wait. Don't sleep on the black pepper sausage danish: the croissant dough is crisp and flaky, and doesn't get soggy when baked around the sausage. It's comparable in execution to the Croissant Hot Dog served at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas (in Caesar's Palace), but at a way more accessible price point. Which isn't to say this place is cheap; like many artisanal bakeries in California, it comes with a premium price tag, but at least it's not Dominique Ansel pricy. Croissante's croissant dough baked goods (viennoiserie) is pun-intended "proof" that you get what you pay for. The dining space is limited and lively. Conversing is a little tough, but if you just need a place to sit while eating, it's just right. Extra special shout out this time to Dill who had informed me the fried chicken dishes today would be an hour and a half wait. After deciding there wasn't anything I wanted more than the Fried Chicken and Spiced Croffle (croissant dough baked in a waffle iron) and was happy to wait, they were nice enough to check in with the kitchen and see if it could be made sooner than that. I didn't expect to be accommodated, so I was happy they were able to do that. You get two chicken thighs and croffles per order. It's enough for two light eaters to share.
