Cute little shop located near Macy's with an adorable rabbit logo at the drink pickup area. They offer a wide variety of drinks, from milk teas and fruit teas to coffees, plus soft serve you can enjoy as a treat. My go-to order is the strawberry buckwheat tea (it's creamy, refreshing, and so good).
Tried the golden jinxuan oolong hot tea today. 25% sweet was at first pretty bitter with strong tea taste. But once I mixed up the egg pudding with the tea it was a good amount of sweetness.
First exposure to RR Tea was in Oahu many years ago and we go back everytime we are on the Island. My first drink there, I remember vividly, was the buckwheat milk tea with butterscotch foam and golden boba. The menu has changed a bit over the years and the foam is no longer available, but RR Tea has expanded to the Bay. How great is this?! It's a wonderful tea experience. Their operations are scaled down in a kiosk but their menu is uniquely Rabbit Rabbit. Order by kiosk. Casual. Fast service. Please come and create your own adventure.
Small little kiosk in the mall, order via a tablet so no real interaction with staff. Drink was kinda mid. Nothing I would rave about or rec to anybody, went here because every other place was super busy but this had no line.
Came here and tried the Thai milk tea. I got 50% sweet and boba. The boba wasn't bad it was chewy but lacked any flavor as it wasn't coated in anything. The Thai tea wasn't bad either but it wasn't very creamy I think because i accidentally got creamer instead of milk so that's my fault. Overall, it was pretty decent for $6.50 but it definitely isn't a destination spot for boba and I probably wouldn't go here again unless I was really craving boba at the mall.
Good experience at Rabbit Rabbit Tea yesterday! The pink guava milk tea was so refreshing & delicious! I had never had a pink guava bubble tea before, so I am so happy to stopped by Rabbit Rabbit Tea. I usually go to Lucky Tea but when I walked by the line was super long. I continued walking, and fortunately Rabbit Rabbit Tea looked nice. I LOVE the cute cup w/ the rabbit graphic. Service was good. Quick & convenient ordering on their tablets. You can pick the sweetness level & ice level. I look forward to trying out their other drinks next time I'm shopping at Valley Fair.
Delicious soft serve parfait and brown sugar milk tea. This was a nice find on my way to Wetzel's pretzels. The service was friendly and attentive when I went. Clean spot, I will definitely come back.
taking a stroll inside the westfield valley fair mall on a saturday late morning...looking for a drink and finding rabbit rabbit tea on the 2nd floor...small stand location in the center....deciding on a tea drink...kyoto matcha latte original (large)...$7.51 total after tax & tip...a short wait and ready...lot of options to selected, but ordered an original with fresh milk, less sugar and less ice...it was good...
Mango lychee boba - refreshing! It does have a floral hint so if you don't like that, you might not enjoy this, but I personally didn't mind. There is lychee jelly in it already so that made the drink more enjoyable as well. I'd come back and try a milk tea drink instead next time. My drink was almost $8 and took less than $5 to make.
Their products weren't that great, but drinkable. Definitely not the best I've had. The taste was not distinguished. Something doesn't add up in the formula. It's mediocre. Don't recommend it.
I was so excited to see a rabbit rabbit tea while walking around valley fair because I thought they were only in Oahu Hawaii. This is one of my favorite boba shops in Hawaii and wanted to see if it was up to snuff. My go to order is the buckwheat mountain pure tea with butterscotch foam but they don't offer the foam at this location, so I got the osmanthus tea jelly instead. IT HIT! It tasted just like Hawaii and it was delicious. The buckwheat has a bold flavor that made me want to keep slurping. The tea jelly had great flavor and texture - I also appreciated how it wasn't dunked in syrup. The other drink we got is the spring day and this was an extremely unique drink, it has lychee, cucumber and tea. It was so delicious and a flavor combination we've never had before. The cucumber flavor really made this drink special and different from other lychee teas. We ordered via kiosk and waited about 7 minutes for our drink. We came here on a Saturday afternoon so there was a good flow of people ordering. There isn't any place in the surrounding area to sit down and chat but valley fair does have some lounge areas close by. Overall Rabbit Rabbit did not disappoint and I will be stopping here whenever I'm at Valley Fair!!
Favorite boba spot at valley fair. Honey green milk tea is the best thing on the menu. The service is always very quick too.
The tea drink was fine, just honestly too expensive for what you get. My tea was $6-7 for what was basically a customized sweetness/ice honey tea. I do like their kiosk ordering system and ability to customize sweetness level and ice, but at the end of the day, it was a really simple tea with no extras like jelly, boba, or any exotic flower essence from the top of Machu Picchu or from the northernmost point of the arctic. It was just a plain tea. Tasted good, reasonably quick turnaround from ordering to getting the drink but the value just wasn't quite there for me. If it were $4 give or take, it'd be a 4-5 star rating.

This spot inside the mall, so I didn't have high expectations. I was craving milk tea and ordered the Golden Jinxuan Oolong Milk Tea with boba. I thoroughly enjoyed the milk tea and the texture of their soft chewy boba. I got 70% sweetness and it was the perfect amount of sweetness! Service was pretty quick and they were playing early 2000s bops. The cups looked pretty small for the milk tea, however, the price range for their milk teas is inexpensive compared to other places. read more
I used to like rabbit rabbit tea. But figured that this place nickel and dimed on things. It isn't fair for customers that already paying premium for their tea. Additional $0.15 convenient fee for ordering on tablet. It's a convenience for them not having a staff in the register. Smaller cup for cold drink not getting ice. It's not a normal thing I see in where else. Assam milk tea is strong; strawberry buckwheat milk tea is tasty. No customer service I have received ever. read more
After coming to this boba shop many times over the years, I can say it's not a bad option to try in Valley Fair. Though it's pricey and can have a long wait, it is very convenient and great to walk around the mall with. The boba is always fresh and has a good chew to it. Very soft and sweet. The menu is very unique! They have teas that I have never heard of! They specialize in their buckwheat tea, which I have DEFINITELY not seen anywhere else. The buckwheat tea is on the sweet and heavy side. I recommend the Rose Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea, but it is VERY SWEET and floral. I recommend getting 25% sweet. So if you're looking for a refreshing drink, go for a fruit tea or a cloud smoothie. They put fresh fruit in their fruit teas! read more
Rating - 3 Stars Large Strawberry Kyoto Matcha Latte (sub Oatmilk), 50% Sweet, had nice creaminess, but was pretty sweet and I didn't really taste the matcha. It was pretty much just strawberry milk. Would definitely recommend 25% Sweet or even 0% Sweet since I believe they add fructose along with the strawberry purée. However, if you specifically wanted Strawberry Matcha Latte, I'd instead just recommend R&B Tea down by the food court, or even Boba Guys in Santana Row if you were already over there. Also had their Tiramisu Milk Tea w/ Boba, 50% Sweet, but there was no hints of coffee and it just tasted like chocolate milk so that was also a disappointment. And although the boba is perfect at first, it becomes pretty mushy and clumpy later so I wouldn't recommend saving it to sip throughout the day. read more

Rabbit Rabbit Tea is located as a kiosk in the Valley Fair Mall. We ordered the most popular drink from here, which was listed as the Japanese buckwheat milk tea with boba. You're also able to adjust the amount of sugar and ice in the drinks. Overall, the Japanese buckwheat tea added a very roasted flavor, but the drink felt pretty watered down. The boba also looked like honey boba, which were a bit too soft for my preference. The drink was a pretty unique flavor though, and it was nice to try something new! read more
I thought that the assam milk tea was a bit watered down and the boba was a bit to mushy but had a hard center which I didn't really like. We ordered on the tablet and they were super quick but it was just really expensive (around $8) for a drink that I didn't like. I also ordered it with the foam on top so it would be a bit creamier but it still was really watery. read more

Was looking for a new boba joint in the Valley Fair mall and we had never tried Rabbit Rabbit before! They seem to specialize in a lot of Buckwheat type drinks. We got the Buckwheat Milk Tea and the Matcha Smoothie. The Buckwheat at first taste was amazing! It was nutty and smooth and delicious. Yet however halfway through drinking the Buckwheat the milk and cream kinda got lost and it just tasted like Buckwheat tea for the remaining 50%. So not great after a while. It also comes in a super inconvenient black cup that hides what the drink looks like. Definitely give it a good shake before drinking. The Matcha Smoothie comes with a twist of Sesame was really good too! We really liked this drink and it stayed consistent throughout. Would recommend this. I also recommend getting boba here over the other boba shops in the mall. read more

Kiosk in Valley Fair Mall by Nordstrom's. I actually enjoyed my drink at first but unfortunately we both had unpleasant things coming up our straws and they totally ruined the experience. The oolong tea had a lot of loose tea leaves at the bottom of the cup, while the assam milk tea with cheese foam had some kind of solidified white matter (congealed dairy?). :( The bubble tea scene at Valley Fair is hyper competitive since there is like 10+ options here, so it could be a while before we give this one another try. read more

3.3/5 (I really wish Yelp had half stars.) The line moved fast, and the drink came out just as fast. They have many creative drinks that sound appealing so I opted for their pink bunny smoothie. The drink's aesthetic is a 5/5 with the beautiful pink color and white clouds nestles throughout. Let's not forget the cute bunny teeth on the straw! Sadly, the taste is just okay. It wasn't sweet at all and I didn't reay taste the strawberries. Both the drink and white clouds were pretty bland. Rabbit Rabbit Tea seems to be a place that makes drinks more for the grams than the taste, but I'm willing to try their milk tea next time. read more
My daughter always love to stop by this boba tea place in Valley Fair. Yesterday we had Earl Grey Tea before we head to watch Spiderman. yey The boba is always fresh and chewing , I always prefer Earl Grey as it does not taste too sweet. Although most of the boba tea place always have similar taste and Rabbit does not have very unique taste for Earl Grey, the drink cover and that little attachment to the straw catch my attention. :-) The straw attachment I believe good for young kid but definitely too much for my age. :-) Anyway, will continue to get a drink from there whenever I swing by. read more
I tried the Sulley's Cloud smoothie at Rabbit Rabbit tea (also, Hoppy Easter ). I was browsing Yelp to see how the drinks looked like and this one captured my attention. This pastel blue is my favorite color The smoothie's flavor is blue citrus and orange. It tasted like that. The consistency was a bit uneven though - sweeter during the beginning and more diluted at the end. Nonetheless I still enjoyed it! You can also ask for the straws with whiskers at no extra charge for that 'gram photo. There are also some seats nearby. This time, I got their famous strawberry Japanese buckwheat tea with boba, 50% sweet and no ice. The drink itself was overly sweet and tasted like artificial strawberry ice cream topping. The strawberry overpowered the buckwheat flavor. I wish the buckwheat was more prominent in this drink. I would rate this drink a 3/5 and I may try it again at 25% sweet. I still really enjoy this boba shop and would try other drinks on their menu. read more

[COVID REVIEW] It is purple tier, but Westfield is still HOPPING. It is packed. I was really surprised. I wouldn't have come since it was so packed, but I won a drink prize that was expiring soon so I wanted redeem it! Thankfully Rabbit Rabbit Tea is pretty open. There's not seating and its just a stand in the middle of the mall. Its on the second floor. Olivia was amazing and she mixed our drinks quickly (I ordered six for family!) She was also very patient and helpful with recommendations! :) I highly recommend the Rose Assam Milk Tea! That was a delicious drink! The boba is a lighter tan color than the dark boba you see at other places and it has a slightly different texture, it is a little more tender! I will definitely be back after COVID! read more
Oof. Valley Fair has a ton of boba shops so places really need to stand out. I tried Rabbit Rabbit Tea and the cashier was super rude. She kept interjecting in the middle of my sentences and obviously didn't want to be there. I got the lavender milk tea with half sugar. The drink was okay. It was still super sweet however you could taste the lavender. The milk tea was slightly watered down. I had a sip of the lychee peach black tea with no adjustments and man it was way too sweet. There was a synthetic peach flavor as well. All in all, won't be coming back here. Rude staff and way too sweet drinks. read more

[Covid Review] We came here last week before the Santa Clara country started get the rules strict again. I was surprised by how many stars they get from the Yelp & we always hesitate to try it out, and another reason also we always see there's a long line. This time, we don't see the line because it was 11 in the morning & kinda super early for us 1st time having boba drink. The reason I gave them 5 stars because they really made my boba drink to what I like. So I ordered Iron Buddha Oolong Milk Tea & requested no ice & 25% sugar and adding boba as topping. My hubby and I drank it and agreed that the drink is good. And we like the taste and sweetness. Not overly sweet but still can enjoy the tea flavor. The boba also chewy. They did a decent work for our drink and we glad that we did try it out. read more

This was my second time trying Rabbit Rabbit tea. The first time I ordered a fruit tea and it wasn't very memorable, so I thought I'd give the milk tea a try. My friend told me she usually gets the buckwheat milk tea, so that's what I got with egg pudding. To my surprise, this drink was amazing!! I'm usually the slowest drinker of drinks, but this was gone in 5 min (usually I'm a sipper and my drinks will last until the night LOL). The wait was not too long given it was a saturday and the mall was jam packed. I would come back here just for this drink and next time I am getting a bigger size! read more
Looks good taste good! I've been here a couple of times and I've also tried other boba places in the mall, but this is probably my favorite. They have good boba - perfectly soft and chewy, and not too sweet. The tea is good too, not watered down, and they have a good selection. My latest order was the Assam Milk Tea with Boba, 50% sweet, which was perfect. And I took it around with me while I walked around the mall. They're especially unique for their rabbit snout straw decoration, which you can grab when you get your drink. The downside is that the wait is relatively long, I waited almost 20 minutes for my drink. Not sure if there's a reason to complain, because I don't think the employees are slacking, I saw that they're working very efficiently. Still wished it didn't take so long for my drink. One thing to note is that if you ordered via the QR code/your phone, and not the self-order tablets in the front, they will call your order number instead of your name. read more

My boyfriend and I wanted something to drink after walking around Westfield, which btw is way too packed and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. We saw this cute spot and decided to try it out. I got the Iron Buddha Oolong with boba and my boyfriend got the Cloudy Day smoothie. The concept for Rabbit Rabbit is so cute - Alice in Wonderland themed with IG worthy drinks. My boyfriend's smoothie was super cute with whipped cream "clouds" inside the drink. They also have these little rabbit nose cut-outs you can place on your straw. I think it's for the thinner straws because I had to shove my boba straw in to get it right lol. Solid boba with a super cute theme and A+ presentation. I also really appreciated that all workers were wearing masks and gloves while making our drinks. It's reassuring to see them practice safe working procedures. read more

Won't lie, I just tried this out cuz of the name of the place. And what did I get on the menu... the Pink Bunny! Perfect, simple, strawberry- flavored smoothie... no whip, no added extras, and only 50% sweetness. Love that you have the option of sweetness levels for their tea, etc. And my smoothie came out perfectly. These aren't your milk-based smoothies, but blended ice and a light flavor (then of course your chosen level of sweetness). The consistency was great, didn't come too watery and melted, but it wasn't so frozen that I could barely drink it. The customer service was pretty standard. They seemed pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, there was no wait to order, but a good amount of people standing around waiting for their drinks (with 3-4 employees working hard at it). I probably waited about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. At least it's easy to social distance in the mall's open space, but no seating nearby. This boba shop is on the 2nd level near the Nordstrom entrance. read more

Shopping at Valley Fair for the day, I needed something to quench my thirst. This place located on the second floor, diagonal from Ramen Nagi, always seems to be busy. I went for the queen of hearts mojito- strawberry green tea with fresh cut up mint leaves and slices of orange and lemon. I absolutely loved this drink! Perfect amount of sweetness and the fresh mint and fruit added a yummy touch. I sipped on this all day long- it comes large size $5.99 Super cute packaging too! Thank you read more
Menu was a bit confusing since the online menu (where you have to order from) didn't have the descriptions so we had to look at the physical menu nearby. I ordered the Sulley. Since Sulley is blue and purple and the image itself was also blue and purple, I was expecting it to be blue and purple. However, it was white and blue. Not sure if it's supposed to be like that or if they made my drink wrong. I was also surprised that the boba was white and not the traditional brown sugar boba. The drink itself, at 50% sweetness, was not the best. I think the white stuff was the best part of the drink (had a peachy(?) flavor. Otherwise, the drink was bland and not worth the price. Came across this boba booth as I was walking around Valley Fair Mall. Since it's my first visit here I went safe and ordered the Assam milk tea with boba. Got a medium size with 30% ice & 75% sweetness. The Assam milk tea was mediocre - it didn't have a strong tea taste but rather watered down.. even requesting for less ice. The clear boba was meh, okay.. the outer part of the boba tasted a bit soggy but the inner part was chewy. read more

Nobunny compares to you Finally got to try this place! A lot of people have recommended I try this place and I saw it while visiting Valley Fair so I figured why not! I ended up getting two drinks, the Iron Buddha and Mango Mountain Fruit Tea. The Iron Buddha oolong milk tea tasted like a watered down basic milk tea. Boba was just okay. It was a little chewy, but also hard in the middle. For the mango mountain fruit tea, I barely tasted any mango, but I also got only 70% sugar which could have been a factor. Overall, I had an alright experience. The drinks are a bit on the expensive side, especially for the size. I could've gotten something much better that's closer to me. I went with their most popular drinks and what a lot of people recommended on yelp. I might give it another try if I was at Valley Fair again! read more

Stopped by this one when we were in Westfield Valley mall. I haven't seen them anywhere before so I had to try them out. Ordered the lychee milk tea with a bunch of toppings for me since my bf already got a coffee. The order process was smooth since you gotta order on the screen, which is super convenient and you can customize your drinks easily. I should've gone with large size with the amount of toppings added on. They do give you a generous amount of toppings that I felt like I was just having toppings, not too much milk tea lol. Not gonna complain. Overall, a nice place to stop by for a drink when you shop at Westfield. read more
