We always pass by this store since we are always in that general area either walking towards Ramen Nagi / Marugame Udon or taking the escalator down to go to the outside area of Valley Fair. It's hard to miss since the store is quite large at least externally and a very bright white. This time we thought we would get a quick treat to go and bought one of their pre-made Mango Mochi Coconut Pudding at the register. Even though it was already pre-made, you still have to wait in the queue who ordered ahead of you which makes sense but I wish there was some secondary queue for these kinds of orders since they just need to hand it out to you. Overall, I really enjoyed the dessert as it was not too sweet and had a nice gooey texture that I liked. The location is small and on the weekends there is usually a line out the door. There is a tablet to place orders directly, and when the line is long, staff help take orders. I would say they have a pretty efficient system and move fast, so even if the line gets long, it still moves, and drinks come out fast. You can also place an order online and pick it up. This is faster. These are the drinks I've tried: -T01 Coconut Ice Bomb with Mango: this is my favorite drink. I usually add coconut pudding which has a mochi consistency or coconut cloud which is more of a cream consistency. The pudding is my favorite. This drink is delicious and refreshing! I usually get regular sweet and it is perfect. -T02 Avocado Mango: this is also a food drink! It is creamy and the ratios are just right. -T05 Coconut Ice Bomb: this is refreshing and simple. If you love coconut water, this is a good choice. It has more flavor than coconut water, but it's not too overpowering. I haven't had the TDesserts at this location but I had them at a different one. They were not my favorite because they tasted a bit bland. It has been a while though and I want to give them a try here. I love the drinks so much and when I am in the area I must have one. I could tell the staff was a little stressed on a Friday night, trying to get people to do a bunch of orders and get through the crowd quickly. They have both ordering from a person and a kiosk. There are signs that say eat your coconut pudding that day, and I think that is a good idea. I had the mango with sticky rice one about half an hour after I got it, and it was great. I saved the black sesame for the next day, and it tasted fine, but the texture wasn't great. I think I'd come back and try drinks, or find a closer location that is less chaotic! read more

My husband and I came here and ordered the Melon Melody and Strawberry Dream. I tried both drinks and thought the Strawberry Dream was okay and at least drinkable in terms of flavor, although I do wish it was a little sweeter. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed by the Melon Melody. The pieces of melon in my drink tasted like they came from the white part near the peel where there's basically no sweetness or flavor at all. It ended up making the entire drink really hard to enjoy and I only had a few sips before giving up and having my husband finish the rest lol. Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Business Hours Very disappointing experience at Tong Sui in Valley Fair. Their posted closing time is 9:00 PM ONLINE, but when I arrived before 9:00 PM, the staff refused to take my drink order because they needed to clean up. What made the experience even worse was the employee's extremely entitled and condescending attitude. The employee spoke to me as if they were lecturing me, acting like there was absolutely nothing wrong with turning away a customer before the posted closing time. If they need to stop taking orders at 8:30 - 8:45PM to allow time for cleaning, then they should clearly state that their last order is at 8:30 PM - 8:45 PM ONLINE instead of misleading customers with a 9:00 PM closing time that posted ONLINE. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time traveling to a store that refuses to serve them during its advertised business hours. I understand that employees need time to clean and close, but that doesn't excuse poor communication, misleading hours, or disrespectful customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service. What frustrates me most isn't just being refused service, but the complete lack of professionalism and the attitude that wasting a customer's time is perfectly acceptable. read more

I was not a fan of a honeydew frozen slushy. I thought the little cut up bits of honeydew were really bitter and not good at all. Kind of just kept melting and there was no flavor. I just really didn't like this drink at all from the texture to the taste. I did try the pomegranate drink and I thought it was pretty good. It was tangy and sweet at the same time.
