Tong Sui has delicious drinks! I've been to this location several times when I am at the Valley Fair mall, and the drinks never disappoint! The location is small and on the weekends there is usually a line out the door. There is a tablet to place orders directly, and when the line is long, staff help take orders. I would say they have a pretty efficient system and move fast, so even if the line gets long, it still moves, and drinks come out fast. You can also place an order online and pick it up. This is faster. These are the drinks I've tried: -T01 Coconut Ice Bomb with Mango: this is my favorite drink. I usually add coconut pudding which has a mochi consistency or coconut cloud which is more of a cream consistency. The pudding is my favorite. This drink is delicious and refreshing! I usually get regular sweet and it is perfect. -T02 Avocado Mango: this is also a food drink! It is creamy and the ratios are just right. -T05 Coconut Ice Bomb: this is refreshing and simple. If you love coconut water, this is a good choice. It has more flavor than coconut water, but it's not too overpowering. I haven't had the TDesserts at this location but I had them at a different one. They were not my favorite because they tasted a bit bland. It has been a while though and I want to give them a try here. I love the drinks so much and when I am in the area I must have one. If you find yourself around here, this is a refreshing and delicious drink choice.
Grabbed a couple of coconut puddings to go at Tong Sui at Valley Fair. This place is popular, and I haven't been by without seeing a line of people waiting. I could tell the staff was a little stressed on a Friday night, trying to get people to do a bunch of orders and get through the crowd quickly. They have both ordering from a person and a kiosk. There are signs that say eat your coconut pudding that day, and I think that is a good idea. I had the mango with sticky rice one about half an hour after I got it, and it was great. I saved the black sesame for the next day, and it tasted fine, but the texture wasn't great. I think I'd come back and try drinks, or find a closer location that is less chaotic!
Long line but went by quick. Got 3 pudding: Matcha red bean was what I chose and I enjoyed it. Flavor is mild and balanced. Personally, I would have preferred stronger matcha but most people probably dont. Other two not pictured are mango sticky rice and sesame pudding.

Service was super patient and kind. They had a steady stream of customers. there's eight locations in the Bay Area, but we live about two hours away. I hope they open up closer to me in the future.
My heart belongs to Tong Sui. This is one of the few dessert places in the bay that tries to source healthy ingredients and have their natural flavors shine through. The might cost more than a typical milk tea place but the quality and tears are worth it. Taste: They have a lot of staple coconut puddings and drinks as well as a selection of roasting seasonal options. I've never left disappointed so please give everything a try. My personal recommendation is the mango mochi coconut pudding and the avocado mango drink. Parking: This location is located in valley fair by ramen nagi, so there's a parking lot that is a 1 min walk away. The first hour is free! Service: You order through a kiosk then they call your name/number.
Both my wife and I have seen this place in the past over the years. The Chinese in us assumed that it was just a dessert place. It wasn't until a recent visit that we decided to look at the menu. They are much more than a dessert shop. They also serve teas, smoothies, and a variety of drinks. The coco mango and coco papaya drinks that we ordered were very good. We both liked this place and will visit when we are in the area again.
The mango sticky rice coconut pudding and coconut ice bomb with mango were okay. The mango on both desserts was tangy and sour with a slight hint of sweetness. The mangoes didn't taste fully ripe, which took away from what should have been a naturally sweet dessert. I was expecting something much sweeter, especially with mango-based desserts. While the presentation was nice, the lack of sweetness in the fruit made the experience disappointing.
Nice stop for drink inside the mall ! we're here on the weekend and it's crowded. The line is long. Tip: you can order on their website instead of waiting in line; very convenient as you will receive a text when your drink is ready. Tong sui is expensive but tastes very fresh.
got a drink instead of a pudding on a whim & was kinda surprised I liked it ? we had 11 people & I liked that they didn't do all our drinks first - they made time for other people's smaller orders too drink was at t0% sweet but still felt a teensy bit too sweet imo
Came to Tong Sui for the first time after hearing so many great things about it. The line wasn't very long and the service was pretty quick. We got the Coconut Ice Bomb with Mango and Rosie Lychee Coconut Pudding. Coconut Ice Bomb with Mango - This drink wasn't super sweet and it tasted so fresh. I just wish there was a bit more coconut flavor because the mango was more dominant. It was the perfect amount of ice too! Rosie Lychee Coconut Pudding - Loved the consistency of the coconut pudding. The Rosie flavor was a different consistency which I didn't mind, but the coconut consistency was a lot better. All 3 flavors were apparent and went well together! Overall, I would definitely come here again and try more of their puddings!
I was not a fan of a honeydew frozen slushy. I thought the little cut up bits of honeydew were really bitter and not good at all. Kind of just kept melting and there was no flavor. I just really didn't like this drink at all from the texture to the taste. I did try the pomegranate drink and I thought it was pretty good. It was tangy and sweet at the same time. I would give this place another shot , but I wouldn't go out of my way too. There's just so many more places that have impressed me from the start. For 8+ dollars a drink, I'm not taking that risk.
Extremely refreshing on a walk around the mall. I personally think it's delicious and the service is fast. There are so many options at the mall but I gravitate to this place everytime. I hope it doesn't close down because that exact "stall" is something new every couple months. There is a self service kiosk to order from!

My family's stereotypically Asian taste buds can't get enough of this Bay Area chain specializing in Cantonese-style silken coconut pudding! This particular location at Valley Fair Mall makes for a super convenient shopping break. ;) The storefront was tiny but clean; however service was a little slow. Thankfully our resulting jars of goodness more than made up for the delay--we savored each spoonful of the Mango Mochi Coconut Pudding, Matcha Coconut Pudding with Red Beans, and Rose Lychee Coconut Pudding and wondered where they'd been our whole lives. I finally checked out Tong Sui inside Westfield Valley Fair, and it's a solid spot for a quick dessert fix. Even though it's tucked inside the mall, it's easy to find. The line was pretty long when I arrived, but don't let that scare you off--it actually moves really fast. Once you get to the front, they have two kiosks where you put in your own order, which keeps things efficient. The best part of the experience was the service; the guy who helped me had a huge smile and was incredibly nice, which is always a plus in a busy mall environment. This place is inside Valley Fair mall, close to the side where Macy's Men's store is on the 2nd floor. Ordered the Rosie Lychee Coconut Pudding and the Blue Bliss drink. The Rosie Lychee Coconut pudding is very light and not too sweet, and it's very refreshing. The Blue Bliss drink is pretty and taste very good with coconut flavor. Definitely will come back to try other items. read more

Sweet water is the translation of tong sui in English. I ordered the persimmons coconut! It was so good, not too sweet and tasted really fresh. They also have other items besides coconut pudding, such as a variety of boba. I would definitely recommend this place for a sweet healthy treat. read more

With a menu that focuses on coconut drinks, it's naturally light and refreshing. My ultimate go-to is the coconut ice bomb, lightly sweet with oolong jelly - simply perfect. Tong sui also includes great creamy fruit options to pair with the coconut, including mango, melon, and persimmon. The manager at the front that takes the order's is pretty rude, went here a few times now and every time she has absolutely zero customer service. I normally order the avocado coco but for some reason every time I get it from this location it doesn't taste right. I normally go to the location in Milpitas and their drinks are always on point and never disappoint. The stuff there is much nicer and accommodating to the customer. read more

I've never been to a place like this before. The main ingredient is coconut water. I could not stop staring at this place out of all the other options around. Not to mention it was blaring white, so I felt like a fly going for the bright light. For one, I love coconut water. And two, everything looked and sounded so refreshing. &they also offer pudding?! I ordered three things. Blue bliss(I believe?), coco earth, and the signature pudding. The service was fast and easy. All good, chefs kiss. I wish they opened one of these in the east bay. read more
I saw this place while standing in line waiting for Ramen Nagi to open and what caught my eye was "coconut desserts". I told my husband we have to here after and he was like sure why not. I love coconut, so this was a must for me. When we got here, there was two people at the kiosk, so a girl helped us out at the cashier, but I was having a hard time what to choose bevause everything looked so good. I also didn't know that I could order coconut milk instead of regular milk, so this was a plus for me. The mango sticky rice was 10/10. I would definitely recommend. It hit the spot. The christmas tree drink tasted like a strawberry smoothie but fresh and even though it was cold outside I could not stop drinking it. I finished it before we got to the car. The place is located upstairs near Eataly. The location is so cute. You have the option to order on a kiosk or be assisted by the employees. The service here is great everyone is so accommodating. My favorite drink to get when I come is the Coco Mango smoothie. The smoothie is so perfect it's not too much coconut or too much mango it's perfectly balanced. Just the right amount of sweetness too ;) highly recommend! read more

I love Tong Sui! The first time I ever went was at the San Mateo location. checked out the location inside Westfield Valley fair with my bestfriend, since she never tried it before. We got just one double coconut to share. It is a vegan option. Taste: it was really refreshing for me. Not too sweet. It's basically the signature coconut on top with coconut water jelly on the bottom. It was yummy! 10/10 read more
Through browsing Valley Fair's Directory at the beginning of July, 2025, I discovered Tong Sui Coconut Lab. With my friend, Kristin, I finally got to check them out for the first time on the early evening of Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Located on the second floor nearby Eataly, we arrived at the coconut pudding shoppe shortly before 6 PM. The tiny spot was brightly lit, clean and tidy at the time of our visit. Tong Sui's menu specializes in coconut-based desserts, drinks and fresh fruit smoothies, boasting organic, low-calorie products for guilt-free indulgement. Interestingly, there are no size options per item category. For example, all of the Fruthies and drinks from the Coconut Ice Bomb Series come only in 24oz servings whereas beverages from the Creamy Coconut Water as well as the Coconut Matcha section are offered only in 16oz sizes. I was pleased to see that they serve vegan items. Below are what we ordered: Coco Strawberry ($8.95) - Kristin enjoyed this drink of fresh strawberry, milk of choice and house-made fresh strawberry purée. She found it nice and yummy. Coconut Breeze ($9.95) - I came here specifically for this vegan beverage, one of the current Seasonal Specials from the Summer Watermelon series. Composed of Coconut water and Coconut milk, this drink is creamy, but light. Mildly sweet, the Watermelon, Grass jelly, and mix of Mini Taro Ball and Sweet Potato Ball add an array of textures from soft, chewy, to even a little crunch. Very filling, it took me hours to finish. Overall, a delightful drink that could serve as a dessert similar to the Vietnamese chè (a variety of sweet soups, beverages, puddings, and custards made with water or coconut cream and various ingredients). Service was nice and quick. When our beverages were ready for pick-up from the counter, the team member who took our order walked to the front of the store to let us know. A nice first impression Tong Sui Valley Fair left on us. I'm pretty sure that I will return, especially if they add more vegan items. Those will definitely reel me in. read more
Solid coconut dessert spot. Conveniently located in Valley Fair if ur already there. My fav is to order at Shihlihn across for savory snack and then come here to order the sweet. I like all the flavors u cant go wrong. (Maybe the rose one i dont love as much bc i dont like the rose flavor that much). Tried their strawberry matcha and it was good as well. Ordered a Strawberry Milk with extra strawberries and they delivered! It was placed at 12:23pm and got ready 7 min later which I was really happy with. It is pricey -- $9 for a drink but it's considered higher quality and fruiter. Ordering in the app was easy and seamless despite Valleyfair WiFi being wonky. read more
It makes me SO HAPPY that PERSIMMON is back on the menu! It reminds me of when I was younger and my mom would grab a bunch from our tree. The persimmon on top of coconut pudding is like heaven. The cheezo drink with persimmon was also good it has such delicious cream on top. I can see that they use real fruit in their pudding and drinks. Tong sui is a small chain providing coconut based desserts and drinks. We went to the Cupertino location recently and decided to try this one in the Valley Fair mall. TL/DR the Cupertino one is better. The place is clean but has minimal seating which is shared with lots of neighbors. The staff is basically nonexistent since orders are done on a tablet and handed to you based on your number. The paradise bowl was decent but a low-rent version of the one at Cupertino. It's smaller and missing ingredients. read more
