It's just a grab & go because there is no seating. Cookies are lovingly packed including instructions for reheating and a thank you sticker from the owner I taste tested a sliver w/out reheating. The cookie and icing were not overly sweet with a slight lemon flavor. Softer than I expected. Chewy and crumbly, but not dry. When I try it heated, it will get that crispy outside texture. This cookie can be dressed up for an end of dinner dessert warmed up with a scoop of ice cream or sorbet. The bake shop is in an old mini strip of small shops hidden behind a gas station in a high density housing are with lots of apartment complex and sparse parking.
