4 inch strawberry cane, enough for 6 people
    Lindsay C.

Easy to order online and they had a 4 inch cake which was perfect for 6 people. Our cake was so cute! I knew they closed at 7 and we were coming to pick up the cake after dinner. They were nice enough to call 30 mins before to remind us to pick up the cake. The fruits were really fresh and sweet, cake was soft and delicate, lots of whipped cream which wasn't too sweet. We got the strawberry filling over the blueberry and best of all my MIL said it was good. You know when Asian parents praise a place that means it's really good!

Came by for some baked goods the other day and it was a tasty experience. The bakery seems to have taken over the old Egghead Sando cafe. I was about to try their strawberry cake until I saw a box of egg tarts! The egg tarts were ~$13 for a box of 4. The Portugese egg tarts weren't too sweet. The pastry shell were light and crispy. Staff were couteous. They take credit cards only.

christmas cabin cake 2025, basically $100, very tasty tho

I was excited to try this bakery after seeing it on social media. They had a special series of cakes that they were selling especially for the Christmas holiday season. After perusing the options, I ordered the 6 inch Christmas cabin cake that was advertised as serving 4-6 people and was roughly $100. Ordering online and pick up was quite seamless. It was an interesting experience to visit this bakery to pick up the cake. The other customers in line to pick up a Christmas cake were all speaking Chinese and I could see the workers making the cakes in the back also looked Chinese and the workers at the front were also speaking Chinese lol. I am also Chinese so it felt like literally everyone in that room was Chinese, not that I'm complaining! I showed them my confirmation email and they brought out my cake that was packaged very nicely (I mean as I would expect for the price). The cake was a matcha chiffon cake with strawberry cream in between the sponge and chocolate cream on the outside. I must say that the cake was quite tasty, with actual strawberries in the cake as well. The design is adorable and the cake was characteristically "not too sweet". I think the serving size was accurate as well, since I bought it for a Christmas party of 6 people and we still had a bit leftover after everyone got a slice. Overall I am quite pleased with the cake I got. It is a bit expensive for the amount of cake that you get, but it's definitely a step above a regular Paris Baguette cake so you have to pay a premium for that.

    Earl Grey Basque Cheesecake

The cake was amazing, I ordered a few weeks ahead of time online and there were only a few issues since I didn't put in the right phone number but they were able to resolve the issue with me really quick! I got the earl grey basque cheesecake and it was very light and had a florally taste. They also have jellycat cakes which look really cute as well as a variety of flavors available.

Went here at about 133pm and the majority were already sold out (unless if they did not make it for the day). All that was left were the mochi balls, the savory mochi balls, taro cake, and their seasonal persimmon cake. They have free samples each of their matcha crème and chocolate crème (with chocolate balls!) that they place within the mochi balls. I didn't sample and I wasn't thrilled due to going out of my way as well as the lack of product... sooooo I purchased the filled mochi balls at $14.95. Service: loved how she instantly spoke mandarin :) There's outdoor seating but never saw a single person sticking around. Modern esque wedding decor like vibes...far from thinking an Asian owns and operates this establishment until you read the product signs. Woohoo! Overall: Their mochi balls were absolutely fabulous. I regret not purchasing solely the plain balls because they DID make the balls on point. The matcha was way too bitter BUT the chocolate was amazing because it was just right with an added crunch! I'm excited to try their other products and to purchase their plain balls :)

Moist cake that isn't very sweet. The cream is light and the ratio to cake is good. Would return.

Super cute bakery!! They make you read a note to make sure you know how to drive your cake back safely lol. Ordered their jelly cat cake and my friends and I loved it!!

    Strawberry jellycat 6" cake
    Nancy L.

I placed an order for the Strawberry Jellycat 6" cake in advance for a friends birthday and it turned out to be available for pickup early like 1pm! So it worked out wonderfully and the pickup was so smooth. I told them my confirmation # and the cake came in a box, ribbon and with a gold candle. Everything was super cute and this cake was so worth it!!! The cake itself was soooo good, not overly sweet and the fruits were super fresh!!! I would definitely come back again if I wanted a cute cake.

    Pistachio basque cheesecake
    Sarah K.

I ordered the pistachio basque cheesecake and corn basque cheesecake from Horizon Bakery in Cupertino, and both were amazing. Each cake was light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced--not too sweet, just the right amount of richness. Even through a DoorDash order, the quality was impressive, arriving fresh and delicious. I'd definitely order again and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique twist on classic basque cheesecake.

It's kind of wild to think you'd want to spend $70 on a 6 inch Jelly Cat inspired cat, but ya girl did it and have 0 regrets. If you're planning out your events and want to preorder a cake then I'd suggest you do so - they have a ton of tempting options available for preorder but the days seem to get filled up fast so I'd suggest not hesitating and pulling the trigger. Unfortunately, I waited, and all the preorders were taken for the 19th so I opted to try for their same order pick up instead and was able to snag a 6 inch cake with their traditional cream and strawberry filling. Located in Cupertino, they took over the old Egghead location. Parking is abundant as they're in a small lot and free. They require your ID and card used for purchase before handing you your cake. The cake itself was nice and airy, very similar to your classic Asian style fruit cake where it's not too sweet. My parents both really enjoyed the cake and took the rest of it home with them.. which made me sad as I could've totally had a 2nd slice and not feel bad.

    Poor cupcake packaging

While the cakes themselves are delicious, the cupcake packaging could use an upgrade. The toppings are quite generous and top-heavy, which unfortunately causes them to tip over and lose their presentation in the current packaging.

    Mini jellycat cake
    Kimberly H.

I may have found my new favorite cake place in South Bay! The mini jellycat cake is the perfect size for 4 people (about 1 slice each), when you don't want any leftovers. The face and legs they added (in picture) are also soooo cute. The cake itself was delicate and not overly sweet, perfect sweetness in strawberries and cream. I like that we can order ahead of time to pick up too, would recommend that as well. One time I accidentally ordered, and they were able to cancel my order as soon as I gave them a call. Great service and amazing cakes indeed!

Absolutely adorable fluffy cake! If you like Asian sponge cakes with a light layer of whipped cream? This is it. They have adorable designs you can pick in with walk in or you can go to their website and order custom ones. I got this cake walk in for my dad's birthday and they grabbed a new one from the back quick and easy! They also asked if I need a candle and she was very nice! Small little bakery with no sit down so it's a grab and go in a small plaza but not bad at all for a unique cute Asian cake! Definitely will come here again for other birthdays!

I love that you can also order their cakes on the app, without having to call in. Their workers are generally pretty nice, and they do offer to heat up your pastries if you want when you pick it up. This location has outdoor seating as well as indoor seating, so it was nice to be able to sit outside with my dogs. It's in a large plaza with plenty of parking, so you won't have any trouble. I've tried their salt bread, which needed more butter and just taste like a decent dinner roll. Everything else though was good. Their coffee croissant was delicious, but slightly too sweet due to all the icing and filling. Their limited edition Biscoff cake slice was amazing if you love cookie butter it was thick and fudgy. And you can't go wrong with their strawberry fresh cream cake, which is usually really light and fluffy with a not too sweet cream that Asian families can enjoy. I've only had the experience of a dry cake, one time, possibly because it was sitting out for too long? Either way, Paris Baguette is one of my go to Asian bakeries for a good pastry and cake.

Even as I grew older, I never grew out of combing through their catalogue of delightful egg tarts and sweet and savory buns. The experience I'm speaking about today pertains to their custom cake order. You will likely need to speak Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese for this. I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for my party of approximately 20 people, and we had almost half of the cake left over to spare! To be fair, I did give a much more generous estimate (I mentioned that there would be around 20-30 people attending my party). Definitely would've downsized had I known everyone's appetite would be so small. The ladies working there will let you know which size is best for your party. The cake was gigantic, and made in my favorite flavor (their mango mousse) with my birthday message written atop it in red and white icing. I loved everything about it! They're generous with the pickup process, you can definitely arrive after the time you specified for picking up. Everything went very smoothly, my friends were surprised that the cake was so delicious and many had never even had a mango flavored cake to begin with either! The creamy rich mousse layers complement the spongey cake perfectly. It was $135 total, but if you get their regular fruit cream cake, it'll be cheaper than if you pick a specialty cake (their tiramisu, passionfruit, etc).
