Quality/Quantity - I guess a slow day today. Not much in stock. See pictures. Still a decent selection as I was able to pick up 6 items for our guest. I got one of this, one of that, etc. for our guests. Sorry, I was in a rush and running late, so no pictures of the pastries I bought. Atmosphere - Small location. Cool, decent decor. Plenty of shared parking in the mall. But not 100% easy in and out. So drive safely. "Open" bakery, see pictures. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm. Service - Self service, so good. Price - $24; so $4 each on average. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2004 in the U.S. and now with 110 locations, and 1,740+ locations world wide.

Given a cake from this bakery. It was extremely soft and sugary; I think it was 1/4 cake and the rest was icing. About melted halfway as well but it was kept at room temp and not in the fridge before being given to me. I'm not a cake or sugar person so I had a small slice to be polite and it was really too sugary. Also, the person who bought the cake told me they ordered it online and when they went in to pick it up, it wasn't ready yet when they had received a confirmation it was. Maybe for those who really like sugar they will enjoy the cakes here.

Milk Cream Bread! SOOOO bomb+
S K.

First time here. Lady at the counter was friendly. Clean inside. The milk cream bread is soooo bomb. Its not too sweet and the bread itself is light. Glad I got two milk breads as I'm coming back for that alone. I also tried the curry croquette and corn cheese donut which were both okay. The outsides were so good but both fillings needed more seasoning/flavor.

Boba tea & mocha

We tried black milk tea taro boba and iced mocha. Ambiance is average Service is the best and friendly staff. But dessert doesn't taste good. I tried their tiramisu - it's too much sweet.

Mango cloud small

Came in on a Sat afternoon. Not busy at all. Staff were cleaning but attentive to us when we came in. Little dim lighting, K-pop playing, neat clean place. Had a good vibe. Was hunting for cakes. Ones on display were for sale and we picked a small size mango cloud. We all enjoyed it. Mango cream had a bit of a tartness to it and had real mango pieces in the cake too. Not that sweet, even the cream outside. Definitely Asian style. Light delicate and not too sweet. Enjoyed it and would consider trying another type of cake next time. Cake is mainly cream, so they have a plastic film around the cake to hold it in place. Hint- start cutting the cake from the end of the plastic film wrap. Easier way to cut and serve! Oh, and they give you a paper envelope with a cake cutter/spatula in it, as well as 4 long candles. Has matches in a compartment in the cake cutter handle. Pretty cool! Will be back.

Kimchi Croquette
Francie M.

Everything I ordered was bleh - the pomagranate lychee-ade drink was sickenly sweet, while the kimchi croquette and red bean donut tasted like they were fried in stale oil. Just go past this shop down to 85C in Main Street Cupertino :/ Logistics: - indoor seating only - plenty of strip mall parking outside

Macaron (Blueberry Lavender/1qty), Macaron (Chocolate/1qty), Macaron (Earl Grey/1qty), Macaron (Red Velvet/1qty)

We visited on a Monday afternoon and ordered the macaroons box. We got the blueberry lavender (tasted strongly of blueberry and a light lavender which was yummy), cookies and cream (it was creamy and vanilla-y), chocolate (so delicious; must try!), red velvet (classic-ly good), earl grey (classic-ly good too), and salted caramel (good too; the last bite was too sweet). The staff helped me out when checking out and the ambiance was chill.

It's been years since I've been back to this TLJ as the ramen place we used to dine at closed, and I am not in this part of the city. Anyways, it is nice, clean, and spacious! There are some large tables for groups to sit at as well as smaller tables. Service is friendly and helpful. The cakes and pastries are good. The matcha cake was soft and spongy. The inside was cream and strawberries. One of the strawberries I had was tart. Otherwise, a nice huge sample.

Johana R.

This place has the cutest and tastiest pastries/coffees! Brought my sister for her birthday we had a cute coffee date! We tried a slice of strawberry cloud cake, créeme brûlée and croissant paired that with the lavender latte and coffee latte. I loved every single thing! Must trying the croissants, they have all types!

The food is worth the wait. Don't sleep on the black pepper sausage danish: the croissant dough is crisp and flaky, and doesn't get soggy when baked around the sausage. It's comparable in execution to the Croissant Hot Dog served at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas (in Caesar's Palace), but at a way more accessible price point. Which isn't to say this place is cheap; like many artisanal bakeries in California, it comes with a premium price tag, but at least it's not Dominique Ansel pricy. Croissante's croissant dough baked goods (viennoiserie) is pun-intended "proof" that you get what you pay for. The dining space is limited and lively. Conversing is a little tough, but if you just need a place to sit while eating, it's just right. Extra special shout out this time to Dill who had informed me the fried chicken dishes today would be an hour and a half wait. After deciding there wasn't anything I wanted more than the Fried Chicken and Spiced Croffle (croissant dough baked in a waffle iron) and was happy to wait, they were nice enough to check in with the kitchen and see if it could be made sooner than that. I didn't expect to be accommodated, so I was happy they were able to do that. You get two chicken thighs and croffles per order. It's enough for two light eaters to share.

We arrived Sunday afternoon around 1:30 and the line was getting long. By the time I left, it was out the door. They had a huge selection but my goal was to get the salt bread but they were out for the day. I ended getting two ham and cheese croissants, pistachio bow tie croissant and the matcha pan suisse (scored the last one!). I'll say it but it was hard to decide on an order because they take everything down before you even get to see the whole display. Everything was delicious but I did not anticipate the total. It was around $36 for 4 items.

The place was situated in a quiet plaza just outside of Lawrence Expressway. There's ample parking but it doesn't feel like the location is suitable for a cafe where you can picture sitting inside looking through some big windows facing a busy pedestrian walkway. However, once I stepped inside, I was surprised at how zen and peaceful the decorations were and how fitting it was for a cozy and quiet cafe hangout. The cake shelf was surprisingly busy. And this is where I took one star out because the lines were confusing and the staff skipped me to talk to the group behind me while I was clearly the next to be helped. Luckily another staff member came out from the back kitchen and jumped in to help. The staff spoke fluent mandarin. I was interested in their box cakes. A few of the yelpers raved about their soy milk cake and luckily they had one out for sampling. It was covered with lots of cream and the cake layer was soft and moist, but it was still slightly too sweet for me and I felt that it lacked the tofu kind of soy flavor. Then, I spotted on their menu that they have a black sesame matcha box cake, and black sesame is always my favorite, so I asked for it. They had the last one left! The staff said she had never tried it so she couldn't tell me if it is less sweet than the soy milk cake. Since it was the last one available and I already sampled the soy cake, I decided to give it a try. I am happy that I did. The cake was filled with matcha mousse and tasted light and aromatic with the jasmine kind of matcha flavor. It is definitely less sweet. Unfortunately, it doesn't have as much black sesame as I'd like. But overall, the cake flavor is the kind that I like, subtle, moist, and not too sweet. $38 for a box cake of 4x4 is a bit pricey, but I'm glad that I gave it a try. The cakes were freshly made and tasted best the same day of purchase. They also recommend refrigerating the cake and consuming it within a day or two.

I kept seeing posts about whaT's More cake's persimmon cakes, so I decided to give them a try. I preordered the persimmon molten cake and the persimmon crepe cake through their website. The online ordering process was smooth, and both cakes were ready right on time for pickup. Unfortunately, the persimmon molten cake was disappointing. While I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet, it was very mild in flavor. It tasted more like a simple sponge cake with a persimmon filling in the center, and overall, it felt quite underwhelming. In contrast, the persimmon crepe cake was much better. Each layer had persimmon cream and jam, which gave it a stronger and more pronounced persimmon flavor without being overly sweet. Overall, it's a cute cake shop worth checking out if you're looking for unique flavors in the South Bay. Parking: Plenty of parking available in the lot.

It's a small bakery with lots of trays of individually packaged cakes and pastries. The smell was very pleasant and comforting. Using a flat basket (or tray) I grabbed a few selections.
